I brought my daughter , 4 daughters in laws and mother in law here on Black Friday for pedicures. They were so accommodating and did a great job on our feet. We would definitely come back. Thank you Central Nails! read more

Visiting from Oregon and needed a good place to get my nails done and this is the place!! My fiancé and I loved it and will definitely come back when we visit again! read more

This place is great. Fast service, good value for the money, and even though my toes were ugly from all winter no pedicures they didn't even look funny at it read more

The staff here is really nice and communicative. Genuinely nice people and they do phenomenal work. Worth the drive for a great experience.

This is my worst experience I've ever had. I wouldn't give them even 1 star. there is only one guy speaks English enough to understand what you want. I came there to remove my gel manicure. The guy, who was trying to do this for me was doing pedicure to another client the same time. I think he hate his job, and he was in rush. He didn't remove all gel, didn't make nails smooth before put new polish on them. When I pointed out to him on this, he got mad at me. And started do even worse. Finally, I decide get out of there before he kills my nails. And I paid for all this $17. read more

We loved this place. Five of us showed up without an appointment for pedicures and they accommodated us cheerfully. Did a great job on our toes too! Good selections of polish and the nail art can't be beat. Great way to get out of the heat too. read more

I very much enjoyed this place very nice and awesome people. I usually never stray from my regular salon but I might just have to make this my regular place from now on. read more

Bear did my nails, and they look great. He got a bit close to the skin while doing the cuticle and cut my skin. It's a very clean shop, they offered me a drink. Would have given a higher mark had the cut not happened. read more

My daughter and I just had mani/pedis here and they were great. We got the basic package but were surprised at how much time they took and how thorough both services were. My daughter also got her eyebrows waxed. Love this place and will definitely go back. read more

Couldn't be happier! My girlfriend and I came in to get our toes done and got helped right away. They did a wonderful job and were very friendly! We will definitely be back :) read more

We had great service. 4 stars because of couples/friends pedicures are done at the same time, but difficult to talk to each other as the seats are set at angles. This puts the person next to you either behind you or in front of you. read more

Loving this nail salon. I have been to many around the area and this one is my new favorite. The price is reasonable. The staff is super nice. Suzie will always get you in for what ever you need. I think the best thing about this place is its just comfortable. No one pushing you to get additional services or making you feel obligated to get more. . I like that.. read more

I came in having a horrible day and in desperate need of having some bad SNS job removed from a few weeks ago. Susie was so nice taking off my acrylics (and very considerately, I might add - she took care not to shave them down too much and very honestly told me I should take a break to let them breathe instead of trying to upsell). Their service was so good I hopped in a chair and got a GREAT pedicure from Jasmine, hard color to paint and all and she got it perfect. I'd move closer to here just to find a nail salon this good. Loved them read more

Amazing experience. Lucy did an amazing dip manicure exactly what I asked for. Susie made the experience fun and was very personable. Overall great experience:) read more

I was so excited to get my nails done. I had grown them out for a month and was ready for a gel manicure. Well i wemt in and the guy doing my nails proceeds to file down all the growth and then he cuts open my cuticle, puts glue on it and then gets cotton stuck in the cut with the glue. Needless to say i wont be going back and i dont recommend this place. read more

I'm glad I found this place. Great service, great work, friendly, clean. I'm going in today this will be my third time. Lucy has done my nails. Shes great I love Lucy! My new place read more

Lucy was great. Super relaxed environment. Clean. Very happy with my experience. Highly recommend!

I stopped in today to have my gels soaked off and to get a manicure and I'm appalled that the woman who was going to work on me was allowed to touch clients without gloves. The Phoenix Health Department needs to come to this salon. It was dirty in the actual salon and the tools and files are not sanitized everything looked old and dirty. The woman who was going to "soak" off my gels took out her electric file out to file them off with a bit on it that should only be used on artificial nails and I had to ask twice for acetone, on top of that she had open bloody cuts on her hands and a fungal infection on many of her nails that is transferable just with contact in case you're not aware. I got up and left as catching a fungal infection is almost a life sentence as they are very difficult to get rid of, spreading disease in a setting where you are touching innocent people who might not be bold enough to put their health first is disgusting and irresponsible. Go at your own risk. read more

I am so very disappointed. This is a sloppy gel manicure and not even an hoir after I left the polish started chipping and peeling. I called Suzie and she told me to come back in and she would repair it, I suggested that maybe I should redo the dip powder and I could pay the difference, she said no it's too late and if there are any problems with peeling or chipping I should just let them chip and come back in two weeks. She fixed the three nails on my right hand and sent me on my way. At about 6: 30 after I had finished cooking dinner and washing the dishes I sat down and looked at my nails and there was a chip on the pointer finger of the left hand. I can not keep goi g back for repairs, and since I work as a phlebotomist in a hospital(which I told Suzie) I can not just let my nails chip of and co e back in two weeks! IT IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNSANITARY! With the tip I paid $40 for a soak off from an off brand dip powder(so it took about 7 minutes to soak off) and a gel manicure + a tip. I will NEVER GO BACK! WORST GEL MANICURE I HAVE EVER HAD! read more

Looking for a pedicure for the teenager and myself today and very glad I found Central Nails. Kelly did a great job on my well worn feet and the teenager's manicure and brows! Very pleasant people, good service, no hard sell and great prices. We will now make this our "go to" regular shop. read more

Found this place on Yelp and had never been before. I am very hesitant to try new nail places but I ended up liking it a lot! It was a very friendly and professional environment. I went to have gel done and my friend got a pedicure. The quality of the jobs were pretty good but not the best, however, I was pleased. Kevin did my nails and he was a delight! Very nice and talkative and dealt with my changing mind! A little bit pricy for me (I'm pretty cheap though) but not too bad. Overall a very good experience and I will definitely be coming back! read more

Amazing service from an incredibly friendly staff! The place was very clean and put together with bright lighting. The mani/pedi was well done with sterile prepackaged instruments. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! read more

I've only had a pedicure a few times in my life, usually when family comes into town. So I don't know what to compare it with. Today I went by myself to Central Nails on Indian School Rd in Phoenix. Now THIS is how it's done! Great service. They are gentle too. Next time family comes to town, this is where I'm taking them. And I will tell all my local friends. Central Nails is THE BEST!! read more

Suzie is wonderful and fast been going to her for years she is the best. She always Gets creative and she is talented love her

Today was the first time we have ever been there. My friend and I went based on the good reviews. I'm 34 and had acrylic nails done by so many people in my life and let me tell you this was the WORST full set I have ever gotten in my life ever..... They were so thick they looked like they were falling over at the top I asked her to thin then out and the owner said don't come back crying to me when they break. They were ALL crooked and uneven, there was polish all over my cuticles when I said something she started talking about me in another language to her co workers. The worst set and experience in my life I cannot stress enough people please please do NOT go here and waste your money. She was watching the news the entire time not even looking at my nails. She got upset because I didn't like anything and asked her to fix the shape the thickness was just caked on more and more powder and when she went to shape them I don't think she knew how to use a nail file. I am blown away by the job she did I don't understand how someone can be a nail tech and do nails like that. When we finished, another customer sat down and she loudly announced to get client,"she was a waste of my time". I'm still in shock. In the time I was sitting there prob six more customers came in, rather then turning them away she sped through my nails to get onto the next customer. I've never written a review for anyone, I don't do that but this is important that people know this place is horrific. The woman at the front counter should not be doing nails and needs a lesson in manners and professionalism. Please don't go here, this is 100% accurate and I don't think anyone deserves to be treated or take something that is supposed to be relaxing and treating yourself into a horrible experience. When I was done she said if u don't like I can cut them all off and you don't have to pay. Just outrageous. read more

I cannot judge how they are doing nails but my review is based on bad customer service. Went in to get a polish exchange for my nails and my toes. They told me it would be an hour waiting time and I should come back in an hour to an hour and a half. I asked to make an appointment but was told it's not needed. I show up an hour + later and they tell me that I would have waiting time again. They wouldn't commit to a time but indicated it might be another hour. Seriously? Why don't they let me make an appointment? I have better things to do than driving there again for nothing. That was my first time with them and I won't go again. read more

I found this place on Yelp. I chose it based on other reviews. I called for a same day appointment for two persons. No problem. We had a great experience. I am a relative newbie to manis and pedis but my sister is not and she agreed that we got great service, great results and would come back again. I will be back again myself when I need some more pampering. Staff was friendly, professional and meticulous about the quality of their work. The place was clean and inviting. read more

Had the lash extension done, very disappointing. I cant complaining that they did not look right and they were not straight, and Suzie kept try to tell me that it was my eyes. She then used scissors to cut them, which made them worse. There was so much glue that I could hardly keep my eyes open. The next day I had have them removed, which made my lashes worse. Suzie didn't seem to care Leaves me wondering if she has even been trained on lashes. I am in the process of submitting a complaint with Arizona Board, that is how bad they were. read more

I Recently Went In After Looking At Several Positive Reviews. Unfortunately, I Was Very Disappointed. The Employees Were Nice & They Have Great Colors, However, I Feel That I Could Have Done My Manicure At Home. I Came In With Gel Polish On My Finger Nails. The Lady Who Did My Nails Took The Polish Off, Cut My Cuticles, & From There Went On To Paint My Nails. I Had To Stop Her Because 1., There Was Still Gel Residue On Some Of My Fingers That She Had Not Scraped Off, 2., She Did Not Buff My Nails, & 3., She Did Not Shape My Nails (My Nails Were Uneven, Broken, Etc.). The Acetone Weakens Your Nails & I Have Long Natural Nails, However, My Nails Do Not Feel Strong This Time Around, They Are Flimsy. Normally When I Get My Nails Done, I Spend About 45 Minutes Minimum At The Shop. I Was Only There For About 15-20 Minutes ... Which Would Have Been Wonderful, If I Didn't Have To Practically Coach The Lady Step By Step On How To Do My Nails. read more

The service is not welcoming. The owner was arguing with the customer in the store, and after the customer left, she talked sh*t about her to other customers which is horrible. Also, the price is not cheap for what you get. I won't go back. read more

Went there for the first time today and left impressed. $30 for a mani pedi and the salon was clean and the staff was friendly. I was looking for Lincoln Park After Dark in their OPI selection and found a bottle of the color that was almost empty and when I asked if it would still be OK to pick/use the bottle they promptly came up with a fresh new bottle. I picked a light pink shade for my mani and Hanna warned me it was very light and suggested another option but I insisted. After the color was on I found out what she meant...the color was very transparent. Transparency in color doesn't bother me but I thought it was nice that she tried to help. While she was doing my mani and asking a few friendly questions Hanna discovered I was on my lunch break. Once she found out that information she asked how long I still had and made sure I was out on time. Even with her being sensitive to my time constraints I left with a great mani pedi that doesn't look rushed. All in all a great find. I think I've finally found my nail salon of choice in central phx. Thank goodness! read more

Amazing...amazing...amazing! I have been looking for a place to make my regular salon for 2 years! This one is it...Dee did my pedicure and she is a wonder! BEST leg and foot massage I have ever had. Everyone was so friendly will definitely be back again soon... my feet look 20 years younger - I go barefoot a lot so they tend to get calloused. And Dee did a great job on my toes...they look like a million bucks! Be aware... there are 3 salons in this shopping center - i went to the wrong one the first time...Central Nail is on the WEST side of the mall by Filibertos. read more
