Be cautious when signing a contract with Xfinity…read more They rarely perform at the service level you contract at, and getting them to honor contracted upload/download speeds are impossible. They write language into their agreements that basically indemnifies them and you're stuck with whatever speed they have you set up at. But that isn't the only caution here. Another area to be cautious with them includes service reliability. Before we canceled service four months ago, they had failed service in every 24-hour-period on 27 of the last 30 days we had service. Yes, you read that right. 27 of the last 30 days we had with them showed us losing internet connectivity for at least 60 minutes in the 24 hour period. That is NOT reliable service. Lastly, and what prompted me to write this review, I just received an email stating that I owe equipment. Keep in mind that my wife endured A THREE HOUR WAIT just to return the equipment we did have. What stands out to me is that this is the second time this has happened since we cancelled and went with Starlink. I believe they do this as a way of generating revenue from clients who cancel. Most won't take the time to fight it and they can just bill for the cost of the equipment regardless if it had been returned or not. I'm fortunate...I keep receipts and the first time they pulled this I spent two hours on the phone (which I'm certain I will have to do again) to clear it up. So...the bottom line of this review is to inform you to make the best decision for you. Good luck and don't go with Comcast Xfinity.

Az replaced the cracked screen protector with a new tempered glass one, and put on the new phone case. My Dad was very happy because his phone looked brand new again! The price for everything was incredibly cheap - compared to others, and especially the Apple Store! - and Az even gave my Dad a discount because it was an older phone. I got it changed and came back a few days later because I dropped it. I didn't even drop it that hard and the screen still managed to crack. I had to pay again to get it replaced. When I received the phone back, they cracked my camera lens.... I confronted them and they said they didn't do that. Thankfully I took pictures prior to the service and I showed him that it wasn't cracked when I dropped it off. They eventually replaced it for free but didn't even own up to their mistake and got petty. Few months past and the screen cracked even worse. I know I shouldn't be dropping my phone but it happens. At the same time, I shouldn't have to be paying so much money for bad quality. I wouldn't come here again...

Always transfer ur data and files onto Micro SD cards tape it down and save the cards in a case. Don't put ur electronics in direct sun lites use flash lites to see the issues. He ordered the fan, which arrived within seven days, and was able to fix the problem within a couple of hours while also assisting walk-ins. During the wait for the fan to come, I was able to take my laptop home to use if needed, although Evan advised that I limit usage to no more than 30 minutes at a time to prevent overheating and use it only for essential tasks. Additionally, Evan is a conscientious person. I left a gift that I received from my nephew at his store. While Evan was away for the weekend, he coordinated with his mom and me to ensure I could pick it back up. Lastly, the recommendation for Mobile Fix came from a Costco Warranty Support person who, based on his review of about 10 businesses on Yelp, ranked Mobile Fix highest for three reasons: 1. What a saver during pendamic!…read more I accidently inserted sim card into my iPhone 10 when my new iPhone 12 promax arrived when I exchanged the sim cards between 3 phones. Since all Apple stores are closed in SF now, the Apple technical support suggested going to a repaire store. After research on Yelp and talked to all the owners, Easyfinder is the closest store knows how to do it. And Easyfinder is also closest store near my house. Eddie was very helpful, he solved the problem after 30 minutes working. The phone is back to normal again. Now everything is back to normal. I will ask Eddie (or Easyfinder) from now on whenever I had probelm with my iPhones. Thanks
