Five minutes in a guy approached me and said someone would be by to help. I watched him and two other employees standing around jerking each other off for five more minutes. Completely disgusted. Review your camera cameras on who was supposed to be demonstrating phones on July 20 from 7:25 to 7:35 completely worthless staff.

I got it changed and came back a few days later because I dropped it. I didn't even drop it that hard and the screen still managed to crack. I had to pay again to get it replaced. When I received the phone back, they cracked my camera lens.... I confronted them and they said they didn't do that. Thankfully I took pictures prior to the service and I showed him that it wasn't cracked when I dropped it off. They eventually replaced it for free but didn't even own up to their mistake and got petty. Few months past and the screen cracked even worse. I know I shouldn't be dropping my phone but it happens. At the same time, I shouldn't have to be paying so much money for bad quality. I wouldn't come here again...

It took them an hour of my sitting in store for them to tell me that the only had demo phones in stock. Apparently that required several calls to corporate for the store employees to understand what that means. Then they said they would mail it to me. Ha ha they mailed it to the store. I made another trip to pick it up a few days later... however, the store employees locked themselves out of the safe where they store the phones. They'll call me when it's open.. two days later (and multiple attempts to call the store) I make another trip to stonestown. The employee tells me to have a seat. Six people in front of me- and he's alone (on a Sunday afternoon). After several inquiries about the safe- he admitted they are still locked out. He was going to have me sit there all afternoon before telling me that. I've been on hold for over an hour with customer service and zero resolution. Avoid this store at all costs! And maybe think about another carrier. Verizon customer service has been on a steady decline for a decade. I think they have finally hit rock bottom.

Always transfer ur data and files onto Micro SD cards tape it down and save the cards in a case. Don't put ur electronics in direct sun lites use flash lites to see the issues. We were greeted right away and added to the waiting list. It was a Sunday, but the wait was less than five minutes. Peter helped us out and swapped both screen protectors effortlessly.
