This place is horrible! We brought my son's phone to get fixed. Everything seemed to be working fine but days later the phone started to act weird. We brought it back and they charging me to fix it again. Saying something is messed up. Horrible customer service!! I worked with Zeke and he hung up on me while I was talking. I got my phone screen replaced by them and my phone was fine for the first day, then started glitching, battery dying, touch screen not working and phone restarting. When I got it repaired i filled out all of the paperwork telling me I had a 90 day warranty. I took my phone back 1 week later because of how bad it was messing up and the guy working there told me "we have no record of you getting your screen repaired here, you must have gone to our competitors. if you get it replaced it will be charged full price." So if you want to waste your money and still have a messed up phone then go here. If you don't want that, don't go. I see a ton of negative reviews on here and they all experienced very similar situations! Don't take the gamble it's not worth it! I had this Cellairis replace the battery in my iPhone 6s. The gentleman was very polite and helpful. Most helpful of all was that it took less than 25 minutes and cost $60. Over several years, I and some family members have used them for repairs with excellent results. I can't comment on their accessories and prices as I've always bought such things from Amazon. Do not use this service, I first was charged over $200 for a screen replacemnet on my XS unkowningly, I complained to corporate and they offered to fix it for free. The I take it to the new shop and the lady working told me she was unqaulified to do the fix but "would give it a shot" She messed up my Rear wide camera sensor and now my camera does not work or my flashlight, they refuse to do anything about it, I called and asked to speak to the owner of the location in Caterville, and she hung up on me DO NOT USE CELLARIS, Horrible customer service, I am taking them to Civil Court for the cost of my Broken XS and the repairs. Unless you want to end up in Court too I suggest not using them because they will push you to where you will have to sue them! read more

I am still in shock writing this post. I informed the gentleman that I needed a tempered glass screen protector for my iPhone 8 Plus and he offered 5$ off if I chose a case as well. I chose a case, but before handing him my cell phone to install the protector, I asked him very specifically if there would be a ring around the protector. I have had serious issues finding a protector that actually sticks to the phone because the screen is curved and most don't stick to the screen completely. He informed me that there WILL be a ring around the protector, but sometimes there isn't. I said, okay, so I'm gonna let you know now that I'm not paying for a screen protector that doesn't have adhesive on the edges. You know there is going to be dust and debris shoved under there because it's not actually stuck to the screen, right? He said, I'm not kidding, "yes I know". With a SMILE. I said forget it, took the case off, and he continued to talk saying that even if it looks bad you will still have to pay for it because I can't use that protector again. I said in response to him and YOU can understand why I would never purchase anything from you that looks horrible. I just have to trust that it looks good? He again, said "yes". With a smile. I walked away shaking my head, and he said something under his breath as I walked away. I turned around and asked him what he said, and he just smiled and said "have a good day". This store is a joke. This employee didn't know his product, and I had to SHOW him on the other side of the wall where there were more otter boxes and screen protectors that I was asking about. I went in to look at a simple cellphone case for my new LG phone. A super simple cellphone plastic shell casing was $24.99. They were mostly generic cases that I kid you not, are about 1/8th of the price on ebay. Not to mention, NO RETURNS on the cases. Shop online and save your hard-earned money folks. read more

I took my laptop here to get the screen replaced. Shortly after getting it back, the new screen started falling off. I took it back a second time, and a few hours after returning home the screen fell off again! They charged me $180 dollars for this non-repair. I requested a refund, which they immediately refused to do. After wasting half a day haggling with the Cellairis corporate office, they granted me only a "partial refund". So in essence I paid this place $40 dollars to fail to repair my laptop. I felt lucky to get anything back though, because clearly this business has little integrity or understanding of the concept of customer service. If you need a repair, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. They might rip you off too. read more

Avoid this pace like the plague!!! Took my iPhone in with a cracked screen. They replaced the screen and I then had touch screen issues. My phone was basically useless. I went back 4 times and supposedly had the screen replaced every time. Same issues every time. I finally took it somewhere else and they said it was a faulty screen. They also left out a panel that was supposed to be in there when they replaced the screen. I'm willing to bet it was only actually replaced once and they simply claimed to have replaced it the other times. Thank God my phone is finally properly fixed and NOT by them!! read more

DO NOT go here. Seriously, ever. I came in with a cracked screen and a fully functional phone. Left with what I thought was my phone with a fixed screen. I had to come back a few days later because the screen was popping off. The guy who "apparently" was the manager couldn't seem to reattach a white screen to my phone so I had to sit there past their closing time. He ended up having to keep my phone overnight and take it to their supposed "master tech" off the clock the next day. This guy could only attach a black screen to white and gold iPhone 5s. They also took out my fingerprint scanner for some reason. Then the audio stopped working and I couldn't listen to music or talk on the phone. I took it back again and no one could fix it. They couldn't put my camera back in my phone either. After over six visits to this store I had to drive to a different store to have another guy look at it. They ended up having to order me a "new" phone. AKA probably some crap refurbished phone. The charger they gave me with the new phones box isn't even a real charger. It's not even compatible with iPhones so that was obviously tampered with. It's so aggravating because every time I visited the store each employee would claim to be the store manager. Customer service doesn't do anything if you call them. The only person who was ever helpful at this business was Luther. Everyone else was extremely unprofessional. I came in with a fully functioning phone and ended up having to leave with what is obviously an old refurbished phone. I could've just dealt with the cracked screen until I had an upgrade available if I would've known that I was going to waste so many hours and so much gas traveling to this place to never get any real help. I had been here in the past and the work was average at best, but they are close, and they typically would at least keep their word and try fixing something again. The guy looks at the phone and says - "you have bent frame so I have to charge you". I said "this is a screen that you guys put and it is falling off". They said sorry $109. So I told him what I thought of his business practice. So I left, and I went to another store close by. They looked at the phone and said "Cellaris?". Yeah - we always get their shoddy work in here to fix. They explained the poor quality of how they connect the cheap screen to the phone. They also laughed and said "your frame is not bent". Went into Wal-Mart to return an item, and as I entered I saw the Cellairis store on my left. Two weeks ago I bought the Samsung Note 4 (from a T-Mobile store) and followed by purchasing the screen protectors from amazon. I never tried to put the screen protector onto my new Note 4, because anytime I had tried, I had done a lousy job. So when I saw the Cellairis store in Walmart (which I had never visited before), I figured I could go in and ask if they would be willing to install my new screen protector to my new Note 4. When I asked the lady that worked there (Christine) if she would be willing to help me with my screen protector, she was so nice, so polite and professional and said she would be glad to do so. She also told me about the "Shell Shock" glass screen protector they sell, and that she would be glad to install one of those on my Note 4, 3 to 6 months down the road, when my screen protector wears out; she even offered to give me a discount on it, as well as a one year warranty. Christine followed by installing the screen protector (the one I had brought in with me) on my Note 4 and she did an excellent job! She made it look so easy (proof that she has done it so many times before) and when she was done (within a couple of minutes) it was a perfect Job! It looked like it came like this from the manufacturer! Christine is great! Very professional with a very helpful and friendly attitude! Indeed something so very rare with service personnel nowadays! I did not even get this kind of service at the T-Mobile store where I spent almost $600 to purchase the Note 4! And Christine did not charge me anything, she did it for free and with a smile!!! I have been a Business Consultant for more than 2 decades, and this is the kind of service we "preach" to our business clients; I was so pleasantly surprised to see it 'in practice' and will definitely go back to this Cellairis store !!! Old owners were fast and fair. New owners are NOT. No price list. I was given 3 different prices within 10 minutes for the same repair. A cracked screen now requires replacement of the led board ($120-150 depending what employee u ask). I was never charged for this with previous owners. Don't opt for the lifetime "free" replacement screen. They will end up charging u for something else. Money trap. read more

I went here to get my iPhone 5c screen fixed. The screen wasn't cracked at all, but it just didn't work. So they said that it would take 2 days to fix, and that was too long, so I took my phone and left. Then on my way home I realized THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG IPHONE! How many other green iPhone 5c's are there. That is so unprofessional! I went back and the guy was like ashamed and DIDNT EVEN SAY SORRY! I came in with a cracked Galaxy s4 screen and they offered to repair it for 60$ on the condition that I review their service. Customer Service was decently friendly, no problems from me there...my problem is with their repair. I received my phone back with a small circle on the screen that appeared like a wet spot. The product worked alright afterwards but sometimes the screen wouldn't work and it felt like whatever I pressed on just wasn't getting the signal. I went in after a month and explained and they told me that they had given me the cheapest fix they had to offer and that my screen was not 100% adhesed to the LCD underneath and the more expensive fix (I believe around $120-$180) was the only screen repair option that takes care of my issue. The employee said something about how they could fix that for me, but was pretty unapologetic and acted like it wasn't their fault so I left because I was a little peeved that I had spent this much money on a service and they didn't even take the time to explain to me what I was signing up for. I had no idea a more expensive repair was available. I thought there was only one repair option- either get the screen fixed or not, simple as that. This problem has not stopped getting worse. On particularly humid days, moisture from the air finds it way into the small air gap under my screen and makes it extremely difficult to finish a text or even run a basic app function due to the water pressing things that I don't intend to. At this point I would love my phone fixed but I'm simply not going to give my money to this company that didn't even let me know what I was signing up for. It would be a different story if I had known that the cheaper option would be like this...but I had no idea and no one took the time with me to educate me. I would be better off with a cracked screen. I just want my old broken original screen back. I can't believe I spent money on this. read more
