Ron was compassionate, sympathetic, and professional. He talked in plain English with me about the nature of the types of viruses and trojans that compromised my father's PC. He set up an Admin account for me and a User sign in for my father to prevent unwanted software from being installed and made further security suggestions. Ron even offered to print out a detailed receipt for my father to give to his bank to certify a professional cleaned the PC. I wouldn't hesitate to use Everything Computers again. Dude wants to give my iPad back with NO screen and give me the $260 back. I said no. Give me what I paid for which is an iPad with a fixed screen or provide me with a new iPad. They VERY CLEARLY explained the risks of attempting data recovery and the unlikelihood of retrieving all of my data from a broke usb drive. Luckily, I was able to get all of my data back. But, unlike other data recovery companies, they separate the charges for diagnosis and retrieval. That way, if you can't actually get any of your data back, it only costs $50 for the diagnosis. This chair is critical for her daily mobility. Someone at Batteries Plus in Woodstock recommended MarTech for micro soldering. I took the cord and remote and it was fixed in 2 hours. My understanding of micro soldering is taking a pen point sized spot on a microchip and attaching a smaller wire. This place is awesome. Great price and super fast. 3 weeks later and the remote is still working great.
