GREAT IPAD REPAIR & COMPUTER REPAIR! My 1 year old infant is always playing with our iPad for kid games and stories. Over time though she has pretty much destroyed the iPad to the point where it was barely functioning. The glass was broken and it was barely charging. The other day I stopped by CNR to have the hard drive replaced in my laptop and Mike saw how beat up my iPad was. He offered to check it in for free to diagnose the issues and get back to me. Later that day he called and said the glass definitely needed to be replaced but the other charging issues needed to be looked at further. He told me about their advanced diagnostic fee and presented all the possibilities of what could be causing the charging issues to me. He left the decision in my hands, but since my iPad was less than 2 years old, I decided the advanced fee was well worth the cost. Again, later that day, Mike called and said that the battery or the charging port was the cause of the issue. He said that CNR would order test parts at no additional charge to verify which one. Later that week I got another call and Mike said they successfully diagnosed the battery needed to be replaced. I approved the work and my iPad was up and running later that day! When I picked up, Mike gave me recommendations on good cases that I could put on the iPad to protect it better from my baby. I am so happy with the service I received from CNR. They were up front with me about the costs, the possible outcomes for repair as well as the time it would take. I will continue to do business with CNR for any of my technology needs! Had a problem with my home computer and I was having problems trying to find somebody who could do it. I called one company, and they said they would check their schedule... and never called me back. In total contrast, I called CNR and spoke to Mike, who gave me all of my options once I described my problem. I asked for a Tech to come to my house and was told I would receive a call back from their Project Manager to schedule a time. Within an hour, I had received a call from Francisco, who arranged a tech to come around at 8:30am the following morning. Joe was there exactly on time, and took 2 hours to clean and sort out my very stubborn computer. He was extremely courteous and professional, and the rates charged in the end were VERY VERY reasonable. I would highly recommend CNR. My computer has never worked this well! read more

I AM THRILLED!! I went to CNR to have my iPad repaired and they did as always a wonderful job (I have also had my computer fixed by CNR). They replaced the screen digitizer of my iPad 2 the very same day, very quickly. I did not know if any other parts of my iPad were damaged after I dropped it on the floor so they performed diagnostics for me free of charge!! I paid a very reasonable price for the repair. I originally went here to have my iMac hard drive replaced which CNR Technologies did a great job on. When I was checking out, one of their technicians noticed I had a cracked screen on my iPhone 5. When he told me they performed that repair for the the low price they offered, I couldn't resist. They had my iPhone 5 repair completed within an hour.
