I have never in my life had a more heinous experience ordering ice cream. It was a rainy day and me and my two friends decided to come in and get an ice cream. We walked in and were "greeted" by the two bitchiest girls I have ever come across. I felt extremely uncomfortable the entire time and felt so un-welcomed. It literally killed me to tip the girl just a dollar. On top of the disgraceful service, there were hundreds of signs around the ice cream stand that explained their rules for their customer. Ex: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU DO NOT LIKE YOUR FLAVOR. Though these are completely understandable, they are all written in ways that made me feel like I was being yelled at. The owner/manager, Rachel I believe, is extremely rude and is known around the area for being a hard ass. I will never go to Ceal's again. Do not give them your business. I dumped my ice cream after my experience there and went straight down the street to Dunlap's, where I was welcomed with warm smiles and happy people. read more

Located next door to Ceal's Clam Stand, Ceal's Cold Creations serves up ice cream treats and cold stone creations using Gifford's Ice Cream. This small indoor ice cream parlor and offers ice cream, frozen yogurt, sorbet, cups, cones, waffle cones, dipped cones, sundaes, frappes, banana splits, ice cream to take home by pints & quarts, homemade cookies, and ice cream creations on a cold stone (first mix-in fee). I like that they offer no sugar added flavors and lo carb flavors and I had a sugar free Butter Pecan cup, which was very good on a hot & humid day. My only concern is the hard ice cream in the glass freezer is set very low/deep and the scooper had to really lean in and stick her whole head in the freezer to scoop my cup, yikes!! There is only one table inside to stay cool and picnic table seating outside in front. Other than that, I enjoyed with Butter Pecan in my air conditioned car as I sat in traffic for an hour trying to cross the drawbridge back to Hampton Beach. read more

Me and my friends went there cuz we wanted ice cream and my friend has a beach house right beer there so we walked there to get some ice cream,we ordered our ice cream but they got everything wrong, my friend asked for a chocolate ice cream with marshmallows but she got it with sprinkles instead and my other friend wanted a cone but they gave her a cup and still charged us for the cone and we thought that they just couldn't hear us cuz of our masks but they repeated all the things we said, they also did not wear gloves and touched our ice cream, once we got back I noticed that I was getting a stomach ache but I didn't really now why so I thought that I might be lactose intolerant but no turns out everyone had a stomach ache and we were all having horrible stomach troubles and we realized that we probably got food poisoning. So we will not be return there anytime ever. read more

This is an awesome place to get some really good quality ice cream. The kids love it because there are choices! and they fold in delightful chunks and drops of yumminess on a cold stone and voila! your very own ice cream flavor profile is born. (too much Food Network). They offer such a great variety of Gifford's ice cream, as well as ways to eat it and in which vehicle to get it out the door. My 3 yo god-daughter said that this was the best ice cream she ever had (cotton candy). And the 5 yo grand-nephew was in love with his creative pairings of ice cream and add-ons. My number one all time favorite ice cream shop! When I go to the beach I must get ceals it goes hand and hand. There ice cream is so rich and creamy and tasty I have never tried a flavor I don't like. Plus the mix in deal with the first one free is a score! On top of that there prices are cheap to begin with and there serving size is huge a kiddie more then enough. My favorite combo so far is a kiddie with black raspberry and peanut butter pie ice cream mixed in with butter finger and peanut butter sauce. Its like heaven but in your mouth all up on your tongue and sliding right down the pleasure pipe. Pow pow 5 stars for you ceals! I shall be back! read more

Convinced this place is only in existence because of the location. Never has the flavor I want and every time I walk into this place I hear them tell someone they're out of something. they also will not make a frappe with 99% of their flavor because they don't make frappes with chunks of any kind (God forbid they get their blenders dirty!!) plenty of better ice cream places on this beach. read more

Miserable the girls had no idea what they were doing and it took 15 minutes just to complete my one order of three small ice creams waited 45 minutes. Ice cream was good but everything I ordered they were out off, finally I stuck with vanilla ice cream with whip cream and strawberries. Will never go back that's for sure. read more

We come to Ceal's for ice cream and for food every time we are in Seabrook, and the people are generally unhappy and do not seem to enjoy being at work. The past three days, however, the employees have been even more unhappy and even more rude than ever before. We have been the past three days because we love the ice cream, the food is pretty good, and its a great tradition for the family to enjoy going together. The first day we went with a fairly large group of about 10 people. We were the only people in the building at first, and after we ordered, a couple, who we then began talking to, entered. As each person got their ice cream, we clapped and cheered and laughed, because we were family and we were having a great time. The employees not only did not react but seemed unhappy and annoyed at our behavior. The second day, only 4 of the original group of 10 went in, and one of the girls that were there the first day was there again. She rolled her eyes at us as we entered. She again seemed very unhappy and annoyed about us being in there. Today, we went in for the third time and that same girl was there again. As we walked in, she and the other girl (who had not been there in the past three days) ducked behind the counter, started laughing, then both popped up with a smile and said: "Hi, how can I help you?". But, they were both again rude and seemed like they hated their jobs and were completely unpleasant to be around. It's unfortunate that someone who works in a vacation town, with tourists around all the time, working directly with people, is so unhappy in their job. My friends and I walked into Ceals during a thunderstorm, so we were the only ones in the store. And let me tell you, I have NEVER felt more un-welcomed at any business in my life. There were two girls working and both barely said a word to any of us. The place just looks dirty and negative, with signs that almost seem like they are screaming at you. Yes, they have good ice cream but I honestly could not get out of there fast enough. I felt uncomfortable and like I was unwanted as a customer. I don't know what the owner is thinking, but she either has somethin up her bum or is just a witch. This place has potential, but they need music, good company, and just overall better vibes!! read more

I visited Ceal's for the first time and, while I was very pleased with the ice cream, the counter help was the least friendly I have ever experienced. With barely a welcome and at best a grunted reply to my questions, I felt incredibly unwelcome and like a complete burden to the staff. My friend's young daughter asked for an oreo flavor with sprinkles on top. She didn't get the sprinkles so we asked again for them. With much attitude the woman said it would be 75 cents more because she already had the oreo mix in. We didn't care about the extra cents, but if she had gotten the order correct in the first place it wouldn't have been an issue. Needless to say, we will not be returning to Ceal's for ice cream or bad attitudes. read more
