I had black raspberry and I feel like they gave me black cherry instead. I asked for a cone and the girl hands me a soft serve cone dumped into a cup and said it was "impossible" to do anything else because it was too soft and wouldn't hold. It was terrible, I took a few spoonfuls and threw it away. Had a tasteless icy flavor, but also with a gross "fake" taste. Not creamy at all. My daughter had chocolate vanilla twist and it too was tasteless and icy, not at all creamy. Some of the worst soft serve ice cream I have ever tasted. Keep walking, I'm sure any of the other ice cream locations are better, they'd have to be. This place is terrible.

I like that they offer no sugar added flavors and lo carb flavors and I had a sugar free Butter Pecan cup, which was very good on a hot & humid day. My only concern is the hard ice cream in the glass freezer is set very low/deep and the scooper had to really lean in and stick her whole head in the freezer to scoop my cup, yikes!!
