It's a great golf course, the obstacles are a bit more sedate than some mini golf places - you aren't hitting the ball off the gang plank or anything, but the holes are challenging, and the obstacles are varied. The highlights of the surroundings are the flowers and the water feature. We had some ice cream on their deck after our round. They have a bogo half deal on tuesdays this summer (2026). Captain's Cove is in Hampton village, so away from the boardwalk, but worth venturing away.

Well anyway a group of us got together this afternoon to play. It was breezy at times, but very hot with no shade to be had. The theme of the course is Pirates .. the course itself was good but run down in some areas. But that in no way stopped us from having fun! The clubhouse is a combo of a few rooms with an arcade and all air confitioned . I will admit that it was so very hot on the course that I wimped out & decided to head into the clubhouse. I explained to the staff that I would like to wait inside while the others in my group finish up... No problem. And at one point a staff member walked over to where I was and ask if I would like some water or soda. Very nice of her. This place has batting cages & I believe gocarts. But I don't know if the gocart section is open. All in all we had a great time. Even though the course has kind of seen better days I would recommend this place. Its a lot of fun!

There is always an opportunity to win something or get a free scratch ticket if you get the bonus hole in one. I come at least once every summer! There are 2 single staff bathrooms near the entrance which are handicap accessible. There are some vending machines for drinks. I will continue to come back each year to play!

I understand that staff are human and emergencies happen, but about half an hour later the business appeared to be open again. That inconsistency made the situation feel misleading and unprofessional. We would have had enough time to play, and instead we left feeling brushed off and deceived. Good customer service requires clear communication, especially when customers are being turned away during posted business hours. This experience left such a poor impression that I would not feel comfortable returning or recommending this place.

I stick to go-carts & mini golf with the occasional batting cages. For Father's Day 2026, my husband & I treated my dad to both go-carts & mini golf. Dads golfed for free that day. It was busy so they quickly ran out of adult height clubs but we didn't mind using shorter ones. We gave up after the 5th hole because groups were getting backed up. Unfortunately, I don't think people read the rules about a 6-stroke maximum per hole & the groups seemed large (5+). It is still an awesome mini golf course! The Slick Track is super fun! I didn't have a chance to try the Naskart track because the line never seemed to go down. That track allowed (2) people per cart. Clean facility & they also serve beer / hard seltzers (not sure how long that has been an offering). That's a plus, in my opinion!

I just purchased a new set of clubs and had a tee time 8am this morning with my son. I was excited…read moreto use my new clubs. As it turned out it was drizzling. :-( but not very busy. So we decided to play and hope for better weather. By the 4th hole we were wet but not soaking. I teed off on the 4th hole par three, and my 7 iron slipped from my hand flew up in the air and landed stuck up in a tree about 20-25 ft up. This is my second day playing with my new clubs. There was nothing we could do, we could not reach it, or even reach the branches to shake the tree etc. About 3 holes later the ambassador came by and asked how it was going etc. and I told him about my club in the tree on the 4th tee box etc. I described as best I could where it was etc. He said, "let me take a look". I wasn't very hopeful :-( As we were teeing off on the 12th hole the Ambassador rode up to us again with my 7 iron in his hand. :-) Wow, what great customer service... service above and beyond the call. This was amazing to me and definitely made my day. As soon as I got my club back, the drizzle stopped, the sun poked out and I played much much better for the remaining 7 holes. Thanks for going above and beyond with excellent customer service and a 3 1/2 hour round. Thanks again NN

The place smells like mildew. The staff cross contaminates ice cream, so be careful if you have allergies. We like to support businesses in our town and we always give second sometimes third chances.
