Do not use this moving company! This company stored all my belongings in a sub standard storage facility resulting in substantial monetary loss. No climate control, security, or pest control. My things were covered in rat pee and poop and furniture and rugs were heat damaged and discolored. When delivered to my new home Randy and Curt held me up for $1200 more than quoted. I was afraid if I didn't pay they wouldn't deliver my furniture. Several expensive pieces were missing and I had to file a police report with Anaheim PD. Rating them with one star is being generous! Please, please beware! read more

This moving team did a fantastic job! Very quick, concise, organized and friendly! Would highly recommend this team to others moving across state lines. read more

I have moved countless times and CC Relocation has by far been the best moving company I have ever worked with! It was a Sunday evening when I put in a request through the website and Rand had reached out to me before the end of that day! I told him I needed to move out of my two bedroom townhome and into a storage unit. He made an appointment to come to my place the next day so he could get a gauge of the amount of stuff that needed to be moved for a quote. He came the next day and had a quote for me after 20 mins! The day of the move came we had Eric and Curt move our stuff, who were awesome! They were quick, efficient and really made sure to carefully move our furniture. Will definitely be using them when we have to fully move out of California to Nevada. read more

Ricardo, Francisco, and Victor from CC Relocation were absolutely incredible and professional. They were very kind and thoughtful in offering suggestions regarding better ways of moving our stuff in a safer way. We were amazed at their speed, efficiency and positive attitude. I would highly recommend these men to Anyone moving Anything! From estimate to completion of the move, CC Relocation was exceptional at making our move as stress free and smooth as possible. My back and spine give them even more props read more

Completed move. One truck needed was estimated, ended up being two. But they did not charge extra for that. Major issue was the sloppiness of the invoice. Writing was hard to read and could be mistaken for different amount. I tried to get a printed, clearer invoice from Rand and Curt. Rand did a lot of talking and no follow through. Curt never answer my VMs or calls. read more

CC Relocation made our move from CA to TX effortless! They sent 3 packers, the next day they loaded us and our home was delivered 3-4 days later. Very friendly and caring crew the whole time through. I actually chose them because of the good vibe I got from Randy while looking for a company to use. Very good service and I would definitely recommend CC Relocation. read more

I had nothing but a great experience with CC Relocation. Eric T and Ryan were both fantastic, hard working individuals. They arrived early and started right away after speaking with me about what was going on the truck. They took great care of my possessions and worked in a very efficient manner. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Scheduled a move a week in advance for a friday. They called me the Tuesday before to say that they will not have anyone available except Thursday or Saturday. I went with Saturday. Saturday morning rolls around and they don't show up at 7am like they were supposed to. Called the company at 8, no answer, but I got a text back "Can I call you later?" Did not receive a call back, so a little after 9 I called again. No answer. Finally at 10 someone calls me to say that they dont have anyone to move me. Yes, they did not show up on the day of the move. Making it even worse, they did not even bother to return my call until 3 hours after they were supposed to show up. Ended up having to get a Uhaul to move myself. read more

This is my 2nd review because this Phenomenal company sent me the team of Eric T, Tim, Paul, Ken to move my stuff to AZ and bring it all in. I was so lucky to have Paul again (such a great guy). All of them went above and beyond. Made it such a great experience. Kind, careful, fast and very clean. I truly can't believe that I got so lucky. Please call them if you need anything moved. You will not be sorry! read more

CC Relocation was amazing! First of all Randy came over and was professional and friendly while doing a thorough estimate. Ricardo, Justin and Jose Ruiz (our movers) were A+++!!! They handles all our items with care and listened to direction with great enthusiasm. They were so friendly and yet focused on getting the job done not wasting a single moment of time. They were more than helpful in more ways than I can explain! I would rate this company ten stars if I could!!! Do yourself a favor and hire CC Relocation...it will be the best decision you can make for yourself for your moving needs!!! Thanks guys!!! read more

Best movers ever. Great service, on time polite and friendly. Eric and Kevin were my main movers and couldn't be any better. Very professional. If you are in need of movers CC Relocation is worth the call, you will not be disappointed. And the cost was far less than any other company I contacted. Cost efficient, professional and friendly it just doesn't get any better Thank you Eric, Kevin and Randy read more

I must have called 10 moving companies in preparation for our local move. Most were pretty ridiculously priced without really listening to what our needs were. Randy came out and saw what we needed moved and gave us a quote that was actually the cheapest of all the other places. Ricardo, Joaquin, Chuy, and Jose Luis arrived early and after doing a quick walk through, started moving stuff out. They even helped move some items down to the garage which was not in the original scope. These guys are NAILS and LIGHTNING fast. Not one complaint when I added a few more items to the load. We were all Very impressed with them. They even finished early. When the truck was leaving to go to the new house, I saw one of my neighbor's little boys struggling to carry down stairs a piece of luggage. He looked like he was about to tumble down the stairs with the suitcase. All of the sudden the truck stopped and out jumped Jose. He ran up the stairs and took the luggage from the little boy and carried it down for him. These guys are not just good movers, but good people. read more

Excellent movers! Highly recommend. Very careful and diligent with care for personal items. Quick and personable movers. Thank you!

Was moving as a result of a promotion at work and that was enough stress and moving parts. These guys made the moving piece super easy. Quick great priced quote, clear communication upfront and good service start to finish. I used packing and moving service and the packing was efficient and great quality, zero damaged goods or issues at either house on both ends. Highly recommend. read more

Eric and his team did an excellent move for my family. Very polite, professional, works hard and very efficient. I would totally recommend them to my family and friends. read more

I used CC relocation for a local move in Irvine. Wahkeem and Eric showed up right on time and moved me really quickly. Their pricing is very fair and their estimate of how long it would take was very accurate (which was surprising because a lot of moving companies underestimate the jobs). Moving is a hassle in general, but these guys made it hassle free. I will definitely be using them again next time I need to move. read more

Chuy and Ricardo helped me moved from an apartment complex to a 3 story townhouse and did a great job! They were super fast and efficient and did a very good job protecting my furniture, zero scratches! Super punctual! They actually showed up 10 minutes prior to our appointment time! They were very professional and polite! Definitely consider this company and ask for them if possible! The rate I got was very reasonable and it was a "not to exceed" quote. ............... Disclaimer: I do have to mention that the sales person (Randy) called me a day before because the forecast was showing rain and tried to tell me the quote was no longer good if it rained, he also tried to reschedule the move but the forecast was showing 5 rainy days so that wasn't an option for me, I was so mad because he never mentioned that the quote was contingent on the day being nice and sunny... I understand that rain makes everything harder but the quote should have included that as a disclaimer... when I addressed that, his answer was that he didn't know it was going to rain and if he wanted to, he could tell me he wouldn't move me if it was raining... luckily rain wasn't bad and the movers didn't even consider not honoring the quote since it didn't impact their progress. I struggled with giving them 5 stars because of what Randy tried to pull the day before but they did such a great job that I didn't want to impact their rating because of him So make sure that if you get a "not to exceed" quote that they include the terms of the quote and ask for Chuy and Ricardo if possible! read more

Randy was very responsive and was competitive with the other moving companies however we decided to go with someone else due to past experiences with this other company. If we hadn't, we would've definitely gone with CC Relocation. read more

Responsive. Hardworking staff. Accurate estimates. Provide extra services to make the move go smoothly.

I couldn't be happier with this service. Ricardo and Siul were courteous and quick! They made sure that our belongings were placed exactly where we wanted them and handled everything with care. And the cost is well worth it. If ever we move again I we'll definitely be contacting them. read more

The movers were great. Both Eric and Jose were very helpful in helping me pack and move stuff. The only down side is that I had to hire them for 4 hours minimum even though I only really needed them for 2. This is was a company requirement but I was desperate and the movers were extremely helpful. They wrapped TVs and furniture for free. read more

CC Relocation moved us from Orange County to Texas. I can't say enough good things about them. Randy was great to work with. He came to our house so he could provide an accurate quote for the move. Price was very fair compared to other movers. The whole process went so smoothly. Everyone was extremely professional on both ends of the move. The entire team is very honest and professional. They were on time, worked both carefully, (especially with my antique desk/hutch), wrapping everything and delivered it to our new home taking care not to scratch our wood floors. Patiently moved stuff when I expressed a desire to see anything moved to another position or room. Very nice guys! They finished earlier than we'd scheduled so we saved money, too! Hope we never have to move again, but if we do I'm calling them! read more

Ricardo, Siul, Jose Luis and Eric packed up and moved my things with the utmost care. I highly recommend this company. I used CC Relocation to move from Orange County, California to Austin, Texas and can't say enough good things about the entire process and team. Randy did a thorough walk-through of my apartment ahead of time and was really helpful in answering any questions. Ricardo, Siul and Jose Luis packed up my entire place in under 3 hours and were efficient, professional, and all great guys! It took 5 days to arrive with all of my belongings in Austin, and the team communicated with me throughout the entire process. Jairo and two other guys (I'm sorry I can't remember their names!) arrived with the loaded truck and unloaded my entire place in just about 2 hours! There is also no elevator and the guys didn't complain once and were so quick and organized. I highly recommend CC Relocation for anyone looking to do an out of state move and will definitely use them again in the future! read more

We hired this company to move my husband and I from Tustin Ranch to Corona. We moved from a first level 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo to a 2 bedroom, 21/2 bathroom three level condo. They arrived on time and immediately got to work. These men were simply amazing. They were professional, honest and extremely hardworking. They are truly there to satisfy the customer's needs. Our furniture was handled with care with nothing being broken. Our movers were Josh, Sivl, Eric and Randi. The move should have taken 6-7 hours and the completed the mover in just about 4 hours. Please request them, you will not be disappointed. read more

Can't recommend CC Relocation highly enough! We first started using this company many years ago and have had to call on them for several other needs like storage in addition to moving services. I always recommend them to family & friends & they never fail to impress. I actually can't believe I haven't done a review before now. The guys always show up on time, work together as a team & work quickly. I've had to call them back to get more furniture out of my house & into storage and they do not hesitate to come back & are always ready to work with good attitudes. Today I hired them to do a very small job that ended up being a lot of work & the guys were courteous & efficient. They even pushed a huge fridge up hill from the bottom of our long driveway. I'm very grateful for Siul and Ricardo for moving three refrigerators around from my house and garage without hesitation & they went the extra mile and hooked up my fridge water for the dispenser! Highly recommend. read more

Used these guys when I moved from Lake Forest CA to The Dalles, OR. They were awesome from the beginning to end. The are a lot of moving scams out there but these guys are legit. Never pay upfront money as that's a sure sign they will be to get in touch with later. Randy and Kurt were easy to reach and kept in touch throughout. Even w COVID and wildfires raging we were able to get our stuff with nominal delays and great communication. Everything arrived in great shape too. Highly recomended! read more

I had Ricardo and his crew to move my Business (5 offices), and they were a delight to have again. Ive moved before and always had bad experiences so im most grateful for how easy and stress free CC Relocation made things. Randy came to my apartment ahead of time and gave me an actual quote - which was fair and precise. Ricardo and crew did my actual move. They were timely, efficient, organized and accommodating. Truly can't say enough good things about CC Relocation. They took a quite stressful move out of state and made it easy. Starting with Randy coming to my home to actually looks at what was to be moved not just asking me online. CC Relocation moved us to our new home in Laguna Niguel and I can highly recommend them. Starting with a very competitive estimate, the team showed up on time with the right capacity and were flexible & patient when we were not 100% complete with our packing. They allowed for a second stop to pick-up some additional items - at no additional cost - and stayed until they were confident that everything was in it's place. Great to know if I need to move again I know who to call. read more

I was really impressed with this moving company. We were moving from CA to WA, so choosing the right moving company was critical. Rand, the owner, is so knowledgeable and personable. He did a walkthrough of our home and gave us a flat rate quote right on the spot and we even got to pick our delivery date! No waiting around for a quote like the other companies we were considering and some of these companies have you sharing a truck, so you only get a delivery window. The day of the move, they showed up on time and 3 guys packed and loaded everything up on one truck, very quickly and efficiently. One of the movers drove the truck to WA and he arrived right on time. Again, 3 guys unloaded everything and asked which rooms to place and set everything back up again. I'm very pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend them to everyone. We received several quotes - I can assure you that the price can't be beat considering they can work with your timeline for pickup and drop off. read more

I could not say enough good things about my experience with CC relocation. They were very professional and reasonably priced compared to other quotes we received. The movers arrived on time and notified us when they were 15 minutes away. They were extremely efficient and worked quickly while handling everything with care.
