Got a quote when scheduled. (For some reason, other companies can't keep to a schedule) move scheduled for today from Cypress, AND they can deliver to Vegas in 1 day. No one else could offer this, and it was a must, as I've limited time. Joaquin, Chuy and Justin came today, actually a lil bit early (THANK YOU), and loaded my apartment out very fast, with impressive detail. These guys made my day. Moving can be stressful, and these 3 guys took that away. Joaquin, thank you. Chuy, thank you. Justin, thank you. Well done. read more

CC Relocation is the best company you could choose to move your stuff. Over a year ago I started planning my family's move out of state. That is when I found CC Relocation. I spoke to Randy on the phone and he offered to come evaluate my belongings that I planned to move to give me a fair quote/estimate. In the end I did not move that last year so I didn't have him come over but I told him when I did move I would definitely be calling him again. Well the time came for us to move. I spoke to several companies and got various quotes. Then I found CC Relocation again and spoke with Randy yet again. He volunteered to come over and give us a free estimate. Which he did the following day. He also offer to come back at anytime to give a new estimate if we got rid of a bunch of stuff. As we packed that is exactly what happened so he came back and gave us a new quote. They showed up just as planned. The movers we all absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Definitely go with CC Relocation for your moving needs. read more

Had to move again and decided to use my last movers since I had such a great experience. The movers were even better this time between their friendliness and professionalism what more can you ask for? I wish I could give them an even higher rating since they repeated this service for me more than once with such efficiency. Bottomline they were reasonable priced and worth even dollar and penny. Love these guys and strongly encourage anyone looking for a moving company to give them a call and your business!!! read more

Moving and dealing with moving companies can be such a headache. Luckily for us, Curt and the team at CC Relocation made our out-of-state move such a breeze. Randy was able to come to our home the next day after our initial conversation to provide us with an estimate. Curt, Joaqin, and Jacob packed and loaded our items with great attention and care. Joaquin and Jared were able to deliver and unload our items the next day with the same careful demeanor. Not only was the team at CC Relocation polite, careful, and personable the whole way through, they were able to accommodate our move to another state with very short notice. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. Thank you! read more

Just as an update, apparently as a result of posting this review a check finally came in the mail. It wasn't for the promised amount...... My opinion has not changed. They get 1 Star. Run, don't walk to the next mover. read more

We used CC Relocation for our recent move from Orange County to Reno. Moves are logistically complicated and emotionally and physically exhausting, so for a moving company to consistently maintain a 5-star average rating from its customers, that should tell you that they are truly experienced and on top of things. I can confirm. From the outset, Randy was extremely responsive and professional, and the quote he gave us was by far the most reasonable out of the ones we got, which was great. Randy was also a truly genuine guy and I felt very comfortable we were in good hands. He told us we could call anytime we needed, including while he was on vacation with his family! We went with packing plus moving services from our 1400sqft OC townhome to a 1500sqft house in Reno. Thankfully our stuff fit in a smaller trailer so we were able to do a flat rate, but they do bigger moves too. The move took 4 days: one for packing, one for loading the truck, one for the guys to drive it to Reno, and one for unloading at our new house. On packing and loading/unloading days, the CC team showed up promptly on time, explained what to expect for the day, and were very efficient and careful handling our belongings. Our packers Justin, Jesse, and Benito were awesome and even saved us some money by MacGyvering some flat boxes instead of mirror boxes to pack our picture frames. Our movers Ricardo, Benito (who was also our packer and driver!), Isaiah, and Siul were also awesome and were quick and efficient all day despite moving some seriously heavy stuff. I can say now after a week of unpacking boxes that not one thing was broken or damaged (although they do have insurance) aside from a dust jacket on one book getting a little crumpled...that's how well this stuff was packed and loaded. We could NOT have done it that well ourselves. The CC team are truly pros and worth every penny, and then some! Thank you for helping us make this big move as stress-free as possible! read more

I don't even know where to begin. First of all the moment that I spoke with Randy was so polite and he must have known that I was feeling a little overwhelmed by all of the questions that I received from other moving companies he walked through the entire process and scheduled within a few days. It was an easy process, he stopped by my place to walk through and give a solid estimate he also gave me all the info I could possibly need for the day of and moving tips. I was excited and thought this is too good to be true. Moving Day: My movers Ricardo, Cesar and Siul showed up at the exact time they said they would and we're ready to roll. I was amazed how efficient they were. I had some items that were loose and needed to packed last minute and they packed everything for me and helped me in any way they could. I unfortunately moved from a 2nd floor unit they were like this is nothing meanwhile I was exhausted from all my packing the night before they just smiled the entire time and said they wanted to make me happy that's all that mattered. Oh my gosh! I would totally recommend this moving service to anyone for the simple matter that they have integrity, great customer service, they are honest they will not rip you off, they are professional and very thorough! We all know moving is never fun, but hiring an honest company is hard to find and I can honestly say that this company from The initial call to my moving day and the arrival of the movers I felt completely at ease. They knocked everything out so quick and stacked all my belongings so good it was like a well played game of tetris. I didn't know what to do with the rest of my day.. oh yeah unpack um not today. Lol Remember When calling don't forget to ask for Ricardo, Ceasar and Siul!! They will get the job done with smiles on their faces the entire time! And they are so polite!! Thanks guys!!! read more

These guys were amazing. We moved from California to Idaho and they are punctual and communicative. Pricing was the best I could find. We were loaded by Benito, Eric and Preston and watching them play box Tetris was amazing. Unloaded by Jairo, Bob and Gary. All were ultimate professionals and so helpful. Highly recommend them!! read more

Ricardo and his team are AWESOME! We've used them twice- and about to sign them up for another family member move. On time, efficient and friendly crew! They come in with a strong team and make it all happen. Anytime we had requests for adjustments, re-arranging it was met with positive response and quick action. When they quote they stick to the number- no bait and switch. Thanks guys! read more

It was an AWESOME experience. These guys did a GREAT job. On time, very respectful, hard working from beginning to end. Thank you Randy, Ricardo, Chuy, Arturo, Cesar. I will be using your services again. Thank you!!! read more

I had the greatest experience with CC Relocation from the beginning to the end. First, Randy, the owner came out to bid the job. I interviewed 3 movers, one of which I used twice previously for moves, and Randy was the only one to follow up with me. I met all a second time and once again Randy was the only one to follow up with me. Being in sales myself, this is what swayed me to deviate from a mover I had worked with previously to someone unknown. Also, Randy quoted me pricing that was much more favorable. Now for the day of the move, there were three gentlemen to make the move from Irvine CA to Grass Valley, CA. They were on time, professional and really wonderful to work with. I felt comfortable from the beginning. Joaquin, Joshua and Jose were a great team working together! We agreed to a delivery date and once again they were on time and kept us posted during their travel io North. Beyond the call of duty, they assisted with some furniture movement at the arrival home to make room for the incoming delivery. Joaquin and Joshua were the team to deliver. It was a big job but they were happy to help in any way they could. I can't say enough nice things about this company from the owner to the team. Thanks so much to you all for making what could be a stressful move into a really pleasant experience. Jan Jordan. read more

These guys were 5 STAR! Joaquin, Ricardo, Gus, Siul, Gunny, Arturo, Cesar and Chuy all teamed up for a great experience. Super polite, thoughtful and prompt. If I could them 1000 stars I would. Eric and Kevin are amazing. These men were professional, respectful, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. They wrapped each of our items very carefully with blankets and tape. I would recommend them any day of the week and I will use them again. Great company to do business with. From the beginning Randy made it very easy to schedule, Curt followed up with assurances that everything was all set, and then Eric and Kevin were the "icing on the cake". When you use this company, be sure and request them. You won't be disappointed. read more

Incredibly happy with the service from CC Relocation! Randy was very helpful and responsive, and always cheerful! We were moving from Orange County to Lake Havasu AZ and used CC Relocation. They were reasonably priced, well knowledgeable and very professional. We had a little hiccup with scheduling, which we were assured was the first time. However, they came through with flying colors. Curtis the owner made it right for us and we couldn't be happier. Joaquin and his crew were incredible, so nice and on top of it. We would definitely recommend CC Relocation - - no matter where you are moving to, they are there for you! Dan and Kathy read more

I used CC Relocation to move from Laguna Hills, CA to Casa Grande, Arizona. What a wonderful experience working with Randy to set up the move and then Ricardo and his crew who came to my house to load the truck. The price was very reasonable, especially compared to other movers. If there is such a thing as professional movers, this crew was them. They were on time, courteous and most of all, careful with my stuff. They also answered any questions I had related to the packing and delivery of my belongings. If anyone is planning on moving I would recommend they contact CC relocation for an estimate. I do not think you will be disappointed. read more

Super fast and helpful movers! Packed up 2 rooms worth of furniture and hauled down many flights of stairs and did a great job being careful (as can be) and fast as well! Appreciated the amazing communication from Josh who seemed to be the team leader for the move. Only negative is that they showed up just after 8am and I had to ask them to move the truck and by the time they did that and I showed them what needed to be moved it was about 8:30 but they charged for that first half hour which seemed excessive and I've never had movers charge for time not spent moving. Thanks again for the quick and amazing work and will definitely keep in mind for future moves! read more

We were moving from Mission Viejo to downtown San Diego. From a 4 Bedroom house to a two bedroom condo. My wife and I were super nervous about the move since we had a lot of art work and high end furniture. Randy showed up on a Sunday morning to see our house and give us a quote. Nice guy, very friendly and direct. I booked an early morning on a Thursday to avoid weekend San Diego traffic. A team of professional movers (Emmanuel, Sam, Ricardo) showed up on time and quickly cleaned up the entire house. Disassembled our bed and TVs and wrapped all the furniture. Very professional, polite, honest and trustworthy. Highly recommend this company and the entire team. read more

I'm so glad I found this company! I got a nice looking card in the mail with their advertisement and gave it a try. They sent a representative to check out all of the pieces that I have to move ahead of time. He set a date and determined it would require two people to move everything. They showed up on time and confirmed the day before and the morning of the move. Both of the guys, Kevin and Jose Luis, were very pleasant and fun to talk to, they were also very professional, and good at what they do. They looked at all of the pieces and figured out how to load, and they made really good choices about how to load the truck. They remembered exactly where I told them everything was supposed to go. I was already exhausted, even though I was hardly doing anything, and they didn't even seem phased. I would definitely use this team again, and the price is very fair!, There were no surprises. The last time I had to move with a different company, my experience was not as good as it was this time, I could not have asked for better! read more

Curt was absolutely amazing! He made my parents move so much easier. CC Relocation went above and beyond my expectations and I can't thank them enough. Priced fairly combined with their outstanding customer service makes them a wonderful company to work with. Thank you for your caring, honest and hard working work ethic! read more

CC Relocation is fabulous! We have used them for both packing and moving and all their guys are awesome. Ricardo, Arturo, and Francisco moved everything with a smile and were extremely hard working for a very long day, as we had a lot of stuff to move. We had packed as much as we could prior to moving day and were exhausted. They didn't complain one bit and got right to work. When is seemed like we needed extra guys, Ricardo just let me know and ordered the extra help and they were just as great! The company used to be called another name, but when he retired, his partner changed the name and still provides the same level of service! We have used them for multiple moves and always recommend them! read more

Honestly, our move with CC Relocation couldn't have been better. Randy personally came to my house to provide an accurate estimate for us. I shopped around with seven companies and they were the only ones who did so. Phone estimates left me with a high risk of paying more the day of. Pricing was the most reasonable, but not so much lower than others to raise any flags. Randy was the sweetest. Our moving team showed up early, with a phone call upon arrival. They brought four men for our little two bedroom apartment. Joaquin, Josh, Jesse, and Chuy made our move seamless. They were quick, extremely professional, and maintained five star customer service the duration of the move. They finished in about four hours! Bottom line, you can trust these guys. I've been burned in the past by other companies, and I won't be making the same mistake twice. CC Relocation for me. read more

Used CC Relocation after my sister had a great experience using them for a move and and im so glad we called them. Setting up the move with Randy was super easy. He took the time to come look at our current space so he could give us an accurate estimate and gave us great tips on how to make moving day easier. We had three movers on moving day - Ricardo, Siul and, Santos. They were awesome! They completed packing our entire apartment and moving into a townhouse in 2.5 hours. They were efficient and friendly and made sure everything was placed exactly where we needed. I have a Peloton I was worried about getting damaged in the move because we were unable to remove the screen and they took great care to make sure it got here safe and sound. Can't recommend this company enough. read more

Randy called me right when I need someone to give me a good quote. He was pleasant on the phone and I didn't feel like he was up selling me. The movers came the next day, packaged everything up for delivery. Would 5/5 recommend these guys for any long distance move. Will use again! read more

Ricardo and Chuy were amazing. I'm that guy that started packing on Sunday and had them arriving Monday at 8am. I made a good dent but needed much more help when then arrived. They took the lead and helped me pack the remainder of my things. Absolutely amazing guys. They had me completely moved in less than 8 hours. Will definitely use them again. read more

Moving is not fun but CC made it fun. They were conscientious and worked hard. Only issue was my son's medical bed. Needed the Healthcare company to put it back together later. Otherwise they were awesome. read more

I had looked around at a few different places before CC was recommended to me and sooooo glad I went with them!! They seriously had the best prices the most wonderful attitudes ever. They were amazingly nice, courteous, and respectful of all my goods as they were being packed. Wardrobe boxes being included is a huge bonus as most places charge extra. Same with my TV boxes, most other places charge extra for the boxes and even to pack a TV. So huuuuge shout-out to this crew, Riccardo, Emmanuel, and my boy Chuy. They were an actual pleasure to work with and could seriously not have been happier with the outcome. They moved 2 separate apartments into 1 over multiple floors within 1 day!! I will 10/10 use these for any future moves and highly encourage anyone to call and get a quote. Super worth your time and money here. read more

Moved from a one story two bed apt to a two story two bed apt. Ricardo, Jose Luis and Josh made the experience pain free and super enjoyable. They worked SO hard were respectful and didn't leave until the job was done. Infact, they had a flat tire afterward and while they were waiting saw us unpacking our car. Even though the job was done and they had been paid. They jumped up and helped until both cars were unpacked. They provided additional packing supplies and boxes and we started looking for more things to pack because they were so efficient. They finished faster than the projected time and overall I couldn't ask for a better experience. Will be a loyal customer in the future. read more

I used CC relocation services one week ago and I could not be more impressed, not one single piece of furniture damaged. Ricardo and Francisco are the BEST, very mindful to do the job right and very good sport with my 6 year old who thought he was helping them all the time. If I ever have to move again, I will definitely call CC relocation. Excellent and outstanding experience! By the way I interview three other moving companies before Randy came out to give me estimate, and the guy knows his stuff. I highly recommend this moving company. read more

Couldn't be happier with CC Relocation. Randy was very professional and communicative. He was the first to call and first to come give a quote. His quote was very fair and complete. All our furniture was very well taken care of, wrapped, and arrived as it left. I would absolutely recommend CC Relocation!! Thank you!! read more

Thanks for a great, professional moving experience with CC Relocation crew of Ricardo, Curt, Steve, Joaquin, Chuy, Arturo earlier this month. Packed a 5 BR on Monday-padded, packed, shrink wrapped, labeled....A local move with some parking challenges so they used a smaller truck and made two loads and unloads on Tuesday. Lots of nonstop hard work by this crew and a few good laughs too. And thanks to Randy for estimate, early drop off of some supplies so we could pre pack a few things, and great communication on the scheduling. read more

They were very reasonably priced and I was pleased with how quickly they got the work done. They give a cash discount, which is fantastic. My company needed to move a lot of furniture from one office to another. We went with CC Relocation after some searching and Randy reaching out to us, and they did not disappoint. Joaquin, Ricardo, Chuy, Siul, and Jose came a day early to disassemble the furniture and prepare for the move. They were on time the next day and started right away. Assembly went smoothly. They worked very fast and therefore did not go over their quote. I would definitely recommend using this company. Thanks again guys for your hard work!!! read more
