    Final re-assembly

Just fantastic -- they fit me in and were able to come within an hour of calling. My new 175 year-old Bosendorfer was moved carefully and set up perfectly.

This is the new home of the piano in my family room

I called this morning and Francisco answered. I was expecting to leave a message. I explained that I had a client in LB giving their piano to me and I needed it moved to La Palma. He said no problem that he could do it this morning. An hour later he was on his way with his team. Very professional, courtesy and they had it loaded in a flash. They brought it to my house and brought it into my family room. Great service. I highly recommend Paco's. It's a fantastic family business. And they totally blew out all the dust out of piano before loading it up and bringing it over to my house.

    G. Kelly I highly recommend Paco's. I'm moving my mom from Vegas to California and contacted Francisco on short notice. Not only did he give me an outstanding price, he went out of the way to accommodate my time frame. He was responsive and kept me updated making my situation a lot less stressful. My mom is 87 and her Baby Grand Piano is more precious to her than life itself so having experienced, reliable movers like Paco's is a dream come true. Thanks for everything Francisco!

We had a piano restoration business and used Paco often to deliver and pick up pianos. They are excellent.

However I was called to discuss the move as I requested and I was notified about when they were coming. When they backed in their own truck and quickly started grabbing their dolly and other necessary equipment, I knew I was in great hands! They took such care of our piano. I was even impressed that they locked the truck back with a padlock even though they went directly from one house to the other. They were so kind. I am very appreciative of the hard work. I know that I am to talk about the price of the move for this review (which was a great price and value) but I would rather discuss how they valued my possession. Thank you both!

I asked upfront if his worker was gonna be able to do this and was reassured that he could until I witnessed the piano slide down the stairs on the dolly and they had to hire someone off the street to help get it up 6 stairs. Well, unfortunately, it did not end there I found a significant ding on my piano and some questionable wood splits ( but it may be ok, need to get that checked to as I'm not sure if it was the impact of the piano sliding down. Long story short , I was strung along for at least 6 months and Jeff finally came back out , denied it was them that did it and said he would get someone to fix it for a "couple of hundred dollars" did not want to claim it on his insurance. He has strung me along for months and now has completely ghosted me. My mistake of not asking for some kind of contract/invoice that I would normally get during these types of transactions which would cover claims. I will look into small claims. They definitely needed at least 3 ppl for this move, he brought 1 & 1/2 ( very nice guy) and hired someone off the street . My bad, I operated in good faith and I am paying the price for it. He now wants to put the blame on someone else, my storage company of 20 years after it was him that assured me that it was wrapped tightly at time of pickup, not sure what steps he took to protect it after? Ya live and ya learn. I should not have taken a chance with something so important for me.

My mom told them they had to ask their auntie if it would be okay, in which I did say yes and told my brother that he will have to find a moving company to help move it to his house if he wants it (had no idea that there were piano movers). My brother ended up finding D & J Piano Movers, who are right out of Azusa. My brother called them on a Wednesday night and they gave him a quote right away (it cost $200 to move the piano about 8- 10 miles away from my house). D & J Piano Movers was great because they did let us know that they would be able to pick up the piano this past Monday (it would have been earlier but my schedule didn't work to be where I would be at home during designated times). On Thursday, they let my brother know that they would come on Monday between 9- 11 am. They called on Monday morning to let us know that they be arriving in about 15 minutes. They parked on the curb by our house around 8:50 am and got ready to start moving the piano out of our living room. The process was smooth and easy. I also asked them to take a box to my brother's house that held all the sheet music and music books. Overall, it was a good and positive experience and appreciate that D & J Piano Movers was able to give us a time frame to when they would arrive. And also give us a call when they were going to be on their way. And I am glad that our family piano can go on to the next generation to be used and hopefully just as loved as I had in my childhood.
