I am 55 years old and focused on My legacy: I have a Hamilton studio upright piano that has brought Me many years of joy. In Current Day I found a family - including an 11-yr old daughter desperately wanting to learn to play - to regift My piano to. Francisco & crew picked My baby up this morning, and she arrived safely in her new home. So, mission accomplished. Yayy, Me! Francisco - the face of Paco's Piano Movers - was friendly (treated Me like a human being worthy of respect & compassion), approachable (didn't talk down to Me as if I was a dumb customer), responsive (returned My calls expeditiously), flexible in his dealings (honest pricing & aware of the real life details versus just the conceptual service He provides)... basically worthy not just of these 5 stars, but also the actual dollars that exchanged hands. I was so stressed about moving the piano - I didn't want the recipient Family to toss it in the back of their SUV and get hurt *Bad* or destroy the piano *Worse* - and the pickup took literally less than 15 mins. The entire delivery took about an hour (5 miles btwn us). The new Family was so happy & grateful & excited, and I also felt immense relief and joy at being able to send the piano off to where it would get well loved & well used. Thank You, Francisco & Guys, for making this dream manifest into real life. I Appreciate You :-) sincerely, Shirley read more

If you ever need to move a piano, contact Paco's Piano Movers. So professional, great communication, and affordable prices. Everything you could possibly want in a piano moving company is right here. From the beginning, Francisco was wonderful. He sent a friendly reminder the night before and again when he was 20-30 minutes away, which I greatly appreciated. He was on top of it. Everything went smoothly. He said he would be at the pick up location at 8:00 am and was there a few minutes 8:00 am. The delivery time was between 11:00 am and noon and he arrived within that time frame. He and his team were in and out within ten minutes. When I move again, I know who I'm calling to move my piano. Thank you, Francisco! read more

Paco's was recommended to me many years ago by a pianist friend, and I used them almost 5 years ago. I just moved again and even inquired about moving my piano through the regular moving company I used, but ended up deciding to use Paco's again. They were communicative, quick, and fairly priced, and clearly know what they're doing. I was impressed with their work and will be calling them again if and when I need to move my piano another time. read more

He got the job done and I thought all was good...but later, when I moved my piano away from the wall to dust it entirely,....I saw a sticker at the edge of the bottom of the case.... an advertising sticker that I can't get off without all this cheap white residue remaining.... with PACO'S PIANO MOVERS on it. You can see it when you sit on the sofa. As if I want that advertisement on my $42,000 piano. And as if the person I will eventually want to sell it to will appreciate his advertising on it as well. He didn't even ask, he simply defaced my property. read more

Super reliable, fast, and great pricing. Have used them twice and would definitely recommend!

They moved a 1982 upright piano for us a couple weeks ago and they did great! Shopped around for prices and they were the best deal/customer service. read more

Excellent service, moderately priced. On time, diligent moving of goods and nice people.

I called this morning and Francisco answered. I was expecting to leave a message. I explained that I had a client in LB giving their piano to me and I needed it moved to La Palma. He said no problem that he could do it this morning. An hour later he was on his way with his team. Very professional, courtesy and they had it loaded in a flash. They brought it to my house and brought it into my family room. Great service. I highly recommend Paco's. It's a fantastic family business. And they totally blew out all the dust out of piano before loading it up and bringing it over to my house. read more

After a grand piano move, where the piano and home sustained damage, I was so pleased to have Paco's come to complete the botched piano move with preparedness and professionalism, and in a timely manner. Pricing was reasonable, so I will definitely be using them for the next move, which is impending. I have full confidence that they will complete the move without damage to the piano or my property. I wish I had found them FIRST! They are the Maestro's of moving! read more

Paco's Piano Movers moved an upright piano to our home from grandma and grandpa's house. From the initial inquiry to the day of moving, I was pleased with timely responses and information. After the initial inquiry/quote, they were able to give me a 2 hour delivery window, which they confirmed two days before. The day of the move they gave me a courtesy call to let me know they were on their way. The two movers were friendly and courteous, and moved the piano with great care. We were really happy with their service and highly recommend! read more

great communication, and service moving piano upstairs. Best price too. they protected the stairs, and was in and out in 15 minutes.

G. Kelly I highly recommend Paco's. I'm moving my mom from Vegas to California and contacted Francisco on short notice. Not only did he give me an outstanding price, he went out of the way to accommodate my time frame. He was responsive and kept me updated making my situation a lot less stressful. My mom is 87 and her Baby Grand Piano is more precious to her than life itself so having experienced, reliable movers like Paco's is a dream come true. Thanks for everything Francisco! read more

Extremely fast and efficient delivery of the upright piano. The cost was also 300 flat rate for a delivery from Rosemead to Irvine, which I thought was a great rate given how easy of a piano move it was. The piano sounds great still too! read more

Thanks to Fransisco and his brothers for an easy piano move. We thought we could move it on our own, but heck no. I inherited a piano that had been in the family for over 25 years and has great sentimental value to me. I had never had to move a piano before and i was really concerned with how much it would cost. I called around and Francisco was quick to respond through yelp. His price was more than fair. I made an appointment and Francisco was very flexible with the dates and times. I even had to change the schedule a few times with no problem. They arrived on time at both locations and wore a mask and gloves. They carefully plan there way to the desired location before moving the piano. They carefully handled the piano and placed it without incident. They also helped me move a old 75" TV outside (i paid a little extra) I highly recommend using them for your piano moves. read more

Fantastic service!! So impressed. I called on a Friday, and they were able to schedule a pickup in Fullerton on Monday, with a delivery in Los Angeles the next morning. They were extremely prompt (arrived within the 15 minute window they estimated), very competitively priced, and very fair. No upcharges, no surprise fees--just charged me what they quoted. Plus, they make it look easy to move a 500-pound piano. They were in and out of my apartment in less than five minutes, and the piano arrived in great shape. I am SO glad I didn't try to do it myself! Would highly recommend Paco's! read more

Great experience. Paco's piano movers were quick to respond and easy to communicate with. The team that arrived were extremely efficient and handled the piano with care, both taking it out of the old house and loading it into the new! Highly recommend. read more

I highly recommend this business! I used the Yelp app to receive a quote, communicate, and book the piano move. The owner was quick to respond, and provided a reasonable quote. The owner and a second mover arrived on-time on the day of the move, and they were careful in handling our upright piano. He brought a third mover to the delivery address. He recommended I clean the dust off the back of the piano (accumulated over the years) before placing inside the home and even helped me! He also personally helped to place the "floor-savers" that we had purchased under the wheels of the piano and recommended a nearby piano tuner. If I ever have another piano move, I will plan to use Paco's. They were professional and friendly. Thank you, Francisco! read more

I have done 6 moves with this company. Each one better than the last. Consistently reliable team with fantastic communication. They have taken such wonderful care of my instruments. If you are moving and you have a piano, use a piano mover. Embrace the fact that they will do everything for (and in the best interest of) your piano. Don't trust your moving company, even if they tell you they can move your piano for no additional charge. Please people, trust piano movers with your piano, and this company in particular is absolutely fantastic. Thank you Francisco and team!!
