The owner and a second mover arrived on-time on the day of the move, and they were careful in handling our upright piano. He brought a third mover to the delivery address. He recommended I clean the dust off the back of the piano (accumulated over the years) before placing inside the home and even helped me! He also personally helped to place the "floor-savers" that we had purchased under the wheels of the piano and recommended a nearby piano tuner.
