Reliable. Get the job done. They are on time, respectful, professional. I will definitely use them again.

It has been a week since our baby grand piano arrived and we could not be happier with our experience. My husband hired Pianos Direct to move it from Redlands to our residence. From start to finish, the transaction was smooth and seamless. Phil was responsive, punctual and professional. On the day of the move, he and his assistant showed up on time, fully equipped and ready to work. They got down to business, completing the disassembly under 30 minutes and the assembly in about the same time as well. The rate was very reasonable given the quality of work rendered. With no hesitation, we would hire him again in the future. read more

Pianos Direct - Thank you for moving our piano and handling with such care! - Piano Services Near Me

Thank you to Phil for answering my call on a Saturday afternoon, for a move the following Monday. Their price was fair, and they confirmed they would move my old square grand piano Monday morning at 10AM. Phil and his partner arrived at 10am. They are friendly professionals, reliable and handled the piano with such great care. I am so pleased and relieved! read more

Best piano mover ever used and I've used many. Phil is SUPER responsive and responsible. Treats your piano and your home (floors, doors, windows, etc) like they were his own. Calls when he says he will. Shows up when he says he will. So refreshing to do business with a company and a person who does what he says he is going to do. Not all that common these days, really. The other THREE companies/ people I requested quotes from? One never responded at all, one responded the day after my request and the third one responded today--three days after my request and a day and a half after Phil had COMPLETED the move. He responded to my request within about a half hour, gave me his quote immediately, accepted the job immediately and put me on his schedule right away. So very satisfied with Phil and his work (work ethic and human interaction). Five stars for sure. read more

Phil and his son moved our baby grand piano and we had a great experience. Despite the short notice they were able to accommodate our schedule and Phil kept in touch leading up to the move. They were expert movers with disassembly and re-assembly and took great care of my mother's prized instrument. We would happily recommend Pianos Direct to our friends and family. Phil and his team delivered excellent customer service from start to finish! We did a multi-piano and multi-destination (long distance) move and they delivered even a little earlier than expected! I would hire them again in a heartbeat, please check them out! read more

They were closed on a Sunday when I called them, but Ronnie, the owner Phil's wife, called me back to see how she could help. They provide great value and are so efficient! Everything was clearly communicated by them, and they are an honest and trustworthy company that knows what they're doing when it comes to moving pianos. The baby grand piano that they moved into my studio was originally missing a pin, so Phil temporarily fixed it with a paper clip. He explained what needed to be done to make it work well. So efficient and good to work with. They will always be my go-to for piano moving. read more

We had less than a week to move a piano from Palm Springs to Carson, CA and came across Pianos Direct via Yelp. I knew nothing about piano moving, but Phil explained the process and provided a quote that was very reasonable compared to other movers. The day of the move he arrived well within the scheduled pick up time. He and his partner were super fast dismantling and securely packing the piano. Same with the delivery...and it was all done the same day! So pleased with Phil and Pianos Direct! read more

Very last minute but I reached out to Phil from Pianos Direct to see if he could help me move a piano same day (and a holiday no less). He let me know he was on another job but gave me an eta. He was responsive and kept me up to date on his whereabouts. Very professional and quick. I've never paid to have a piano moved before but I felt the price was fair. Thank you to Phil and Dave for being so helpful! read more

The movers were punctual, professional, accommodating, and friendly. A text to confirm the delivery and set up was conducted in a timely manner the day before and responsiveness was prompt. The team, Phil and his two workers, took their time to assemble the piano, were patient with our family's positioning and repositioning of the piano, and ensure we were satisfied with the service before leaving. They never rushed the task or were put off by the process. I am not a habitual reviewer, but I do believe that attentive and competent service deserves recognition. Pianos Direct earned and merits this positive feedback. If we ever need to move our piano, we will be contacting Phil and his team first. read more

Arrived within window of time. Professional and capable. They worked with me despite my mistaking a grand for a baby grand. Thanks guys!

They handled my piano with great care and were very quick. They were also priced the same or less than many companies I contacted.

Loved them! Very responsive, friendly and great work. Made it easy. Highly recommend.

Phil delivered my piano today and he & his team did a fantastic job, were on time, and responsive. I would definitely recommend to use them as I will be using them for my next piano move. 5 stars all the way! read more

Phil and his team were amazing! They easily and quickly moved my piano from Alta Loma to Ontario up a sloped driveway then up the stairs into my condo perfectly. You can tell they work well together and communicated to protect both the piano and the walls. Before they moved the piano, they put cloth and moving blankets to cover the stairs and the flooring. Moving up the stairs took some time, but they were really careful and used some cool tools to make it happen. Having played piano for 25+ years, I was pretty nervous to move my piano (mainly because of the stairs) but Phil and Pianos Direct were great. Also, the price was extremely reasonable compared to other movers. I would totally hire them again! read more
