Not only did he spend almost 3 hours to tune the piano multiple times to make sure it was just right and stayed just right, he disassembled most of the parts, so he can get into the crevices to vacuum out the dust. He reassembled the parts making sure everything was even more secure than before to eliminate all the subtle unwanted "noise" from the piano. Lubrication was also used to make sure all the keys moved smoothly like they are supposed to. I am definitely going to stay with Tin for all future piano tunings.

She was very kind and upfront about the cost. Once they arrived and saw the piano, she immediately knew that more work would be needed and quoted me the new price.
