Excellent paino tuner! I was so happy to find Uy as we have an old Steinway upright that can be a challenge and now it sounds wonderful!

I hired Uy based on the reviews I found online. He was prompt and respectful of my time, and our home. I have a Kawai piano that has been in my family for 60 years. Probably wasn't tuned in the last 30. Uy tuned each key precisely, then showed me a sample of his musical talents by playing a classical piece when he was done. The piano sounded great. I will definitely have him back for tuneups. And the price was very reasonable. read more

Uy has been to our house twice in the past couple years to tune our older upright piano and highly recommend his services. He's friendly, communicative, and reliable. His pricing is fair and will continue to rely on him for our tuning needs. He's also a part time DJ and MC for weddings and events! read more

Found Uy on Yelp and based on the volume of all the 5 star reviews, I decided to contact him. He was very responsive and he offered a few appointments options. I hired him for a check up on a used Yamaha U3 that I recently purchased that also desperately needed tuning. He is very friendly, informative and knowledgeable. Tuned my piano and made some minor adjustments on the action along the way and only charged me the flat fee he said he would charge for tuning. Definitely recommend his services and I'll be seeing him twice a year! read more

Really happy with the piano tuning service. Friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. Fair pricing and great results. Highly recommend to anyone needing a tune-up. read more

Mr. Vu & Warren did an excellent job with our baby grand Yamaha, both cleaning it and tuning it. Warren had quite a job cleaning decades of dust & debris from the strings/inside of the piano! He couldn't have done a better job! He was also kind enough to oblige us in playing some classical pieces before he left. He is a very talented pianist and such a kind person! Both him and Mr. Vu are! We will definitely use them for regular piano maintenance!! read more

Prompt response to my initial inquiry & thorough tuning of our old piano that I'm now so elated to be able to enjoy!!

Highly recommend this piano tuner! Huy came and tuned and restored our 110-year old piano. We have had numerous folks work on it previously who have told us we need to replace the hammers and the piano wires (which were painted at some point). Huy, however, had ingenious ways to restore the functionality of the hammers and our wires, allowing us to keep the piano original equipment. We were really impressed with his technical knowledge of piano repair. Huy has a really bright personality and positive attitude, and we enjoyed having him in our home while he got up piano back in fine form. Huy is the best tuner we've found in OC! read more

Came across Uy from my son's piano teacher and I am happy that I tried him out! I am very impressed with his skills and the software he used to tune my son's piano. He spent a good hour to check on all the keys. My last tuner barely spent 30mins without software... he recommended every 6 months tuning for now and I will definitely call him again for future tuning! read more

Excellent service and reasonable price! Uy was very helpful in finding out whats wrong with one of the keys on my baby grand. There was one lower key. Finally he found a screw that was stuck inside the key hammer ( I figured my playful toddler had drop it there) I'm very happy with the service and my piano sounds amazing now! Highly recommended. read more

It wasn't too long ago that I was able to purchase a vintage traditional upright piano for my children. Not only did Uy Vu help me tune my piano, he also recommended movers to help get the piano to me safely and at the lowest price possible. Soon after arranging the piano movers, Uy Vu paid a visit to my home to make sure the piano was in tip top shape and in working condition. He not only tuned the piano but also repaired the damaged pedal. He has made regular visits to ensure the piano is operating and performing at its best and I am forever grateful for his professional, consistent and expertise advise on keeping and maintaining the piano so that it will last for many more years. I highly recommend his trusted service and advice. read more

Totally deserving of 5 stars. Uy went all the way to Rialto to tune my aunt's piano. The piano was old and I was afraid it can't be fixed but Uy not only tuned the piano but also replaced dampers and repaired many sticky keys. And then he only charged for the tuning because my aunt and uncle are old. How about that! Thank you Uy. read more
