Juan and Heidel moved my Yamaha upright piano down 40 stairs from my home in silver lake to a new house that required setting up a ramp to get my piano through the front door. They were super pro and took great care of the instrument during what looked like an extremely hard job. I really appreciated their professionalism and expertise and would absolutely hire this company again. read more

Benny's was the second bid I got. They were referred to me by my piano tech. They were more reasonable than my other bid. Twenty stairs at one house and forty at the other. Benny sent 4 guys, just to be careful he said. My 700 pound piano arrived safely. The guys were all friendly. And they threw in casters, for free. read more

The guys with Benny's piano were awesome!! Incredibly capable and careful. They made me feel super comfortable with everything they did. They moved my upright piano and a couple other heavy items with care. There was no damage to anything (piano/flooring/walls) and they made sure I was totally satisfied before they were done. Luis, Denis and Fanor communicated well with each other and took the time to make sure everything was safe, efficient and that their service was top notch. While I didn't shop around too much, I also felt that the value I got was excellent. read more

- - - UPDATED WITH SCREENSHOTS - - - Highly unpleasant and unprofessional experience. My fiancé and I used Bennys Piano Movers last month to move a baby grand to our new residence just a few miles away. We found several deep, noticeable scratches that were certainly not present before the move. All attempts to rectify the damage with owner have been unacknowledged. Unfortunately, we are left to settle the damage in small claims court. Save yourself the headache and find others movers. Not a fake review, verifiable indication of the owner's "professionalism"- consider yourself warned. read more

How Sad!!!!!! We used this service two years ago when we moved our piano from one house to our current and it only cost us $346 We are now moving back within one exit of our previous house... Virtually the same area and I was quoted $800 today! Say what!?!? Crazy thing is, I want to say this quote is for the same move but actually, it's "easier" because when these guys originally moved the piano out of our previous house, it was quite tricky to maneuver, however this time, it will be very very easy as it's all ground level/concrete going straight into a recording studio. When I found the original receipt and sent it to them, the price magically dropped from $800 to $500... Hmmmmm? I got the typical... "Let me check with the Boss..." How sad... This would have been our third time using this service... The first time was when I purchased a piano used and they moved it to our house for only $200... From $200 to $350 to $800!?! See the photos below... Pretty unbelievable they would treat a return customer this way, when I am virtually hiring them to do the exact same move if not a bit easier only 22 months later... Get this! He said, "rates go up...." I'd by that... Maybe $50 even $75, but not over double!!!!? Well, rates go up and so do pictures and reviews... Use a different service!!!!! There's plenty of them in the area!! You'll get ripped off from Benny's for sure!! Just look at the pics... The truth is in the pics! Then, they hit us up with a rebuttal sayin I'm threatening and hiding texts? Post them? Since you wouldn't because you're now lying.... We did!! You are cheating people and then lying in writing... You can clearly see when I say, "I yelp often..." Wow... ***Post the threat? We will be leaving this review on all review sites starting tomorrow! read more

These guys are criminals. They took out piano in to storage on July 17 of 2020. Returned a different piano April 24 2021. No response, lies only, they claim they delivered our piano to a different person who in turn sold our piano. Benny your time of reckoning has arrived. read more

I recently hired Benny's Piano Movers to move my piano. When it arrived at my new apartment, there were distinct scratches that have RUINED the value of my piano. When I contacted them and pressed for insurance, as I understand there can always be honest mistakes, they informed that they DID NOT HAVE INSURANCE and would not pay for the damages. How can a company moving such valuable furniture not be insured? STAY AWAY unless you want to run the risk of a damaged piano, an insurance-less established, a rude customer service agent called Mervin. read more

Professional in every way and also affordable. We could not be happier with their service and attention.

These movers were very willing to work with my schedule. They called me early on the day of the move to check if I was ready--and I was--so they came and completed the job very quickly and carefully. Luis, Roberto, and Jairo were very friendly and efficient. They also helped us unpack the piano from the bed of a pickup truck and helped take off the canopy. I will be using them again in the future! read more

Choosing a piano mover can be daunting, I get it. The piano store I purchase my Baldwin L from selected Benny's. They use them consistently. It so happens, I sold my grand piano at the same time and Benny's was also the mover. I received a call from Luis the day my piano was scheduled for delivery and provided an estimate time of arrival. Luis and Roberto arrived on time and had the task of packing my grand piano, loading it on the truck and unloading the grand piano I purchased. I did have some skepticism how this would be managed, but these guys were fantastic! They were quick without being ignorant of the product they were handling and very professional. They were also cognizant of my homes surroundings and very respectful. I am very happy with Benny's Piano Movers, would use them again in heart beat and I recommend them. read more
