Ours was a very tricky install / delivery but the guys were great. Zero marks on the walls and rails.

Adrian, Chico, Dan, and Robert just left our house. Those guys are absolute rock stars. We have the worst possible scenario when it comes to delivering and setting up a piano. It had to go upstairs and around three corners. We had also just had our walls painted and wood railing stained. This was not a keyboard or stand up piano they deliver either, but of course a full-size grand. The two lead guys had an amazing attitude, they came up with a strategy and the piano was upstairs and set up and ready to be played in less than 15 minutes. Not a single mark on the wall. Everyone was vaccinated and wore a mask which was greatly appreciated. Possibly worth sharing, this is the company that field piano uses and they sell six-figure Steinways. We couldn't be happier with how everything went.

These guys went above and beyond to not scratch my floors

Encore Piano Moving helped me move my piano with 0 hassle and 0 problems!! My piano was so protected by their company that I ended up Not needing to tune it afterwards because it was perfectly intact!!! The price is a really high at $200 for less than a mile move.. but I guess I got the best for the job. So I'm not complaining.

This piano is a family heirloom and I recently inherited it from my sister in Atascadero. I was very anxious about the move to my home in the L.A. area. I also have a long flight of very steep steps to my front door. When Dan called to confirm delivery, I nervously asked about my stairway and he chuckled, saying they were excited! He immediately put me at ease! Dan, Rob and Chico were consummate professionals and had the job done within an hour...maybe less. I highly recommend this company. They are professional and Dan has been with them for over 20 years! Bravo, Encore!!!

My piano safely delivered to it's new home.

I've hired Encore Piano Moving twice now to move an antique piano I inherited from my grandmother. It's not cheap to move a 500lb piano but they've always been the most affordable option when I've compared prices. Their staff is also very friendly and personable. I had the same crew the second time and they remembered me!

Ready to go to the next home to bring joy to the family.

These guys were wonderful. They took my Mother's beloved piano to a new location for someone else to love. They gave me a text message the night before to give me a narrowed down three hour window and then a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to let me know they were on their way. The men were very respectful to my home and disassembled our baby grand and carefully wrapped it up and put it in the truck. There was no damage to my home or to the piano. I know that these guys work really hard so I made sure to tip well. I encourage everybody to tip. The hourly wage does not even compensate how hard they work.

The smallest breed of piano, still astonishingly heavy. Encore re-homed it for just over $200. Hooray for cash discount!

It turns out that getting a basically free piano off of Craigslist isn't the amazing deal you'd hope for, because even a little spinet is way heavier and more delicate than you'd expect and it's not like moving a sofa at all. Even if you rent a truck, and that costs more than you think, you'll need several burly friends and you're probably going to break the thing anyway. The spinet's owner was in a hurry to get rid of it, and I wanted a cheap, fast solution. I reached out to five companies and got quotes of up to A THOUSAND DANG DOLLARS for a move from Mulholland to LB. Not so free now, are you, piano? Encore won the day with the lowest quoted price of $225, less a $20 cash discount. We communicated via Yelp and eventually over the phone, and two days later it was done. The two guys showed up on time, gently whisked the 500lb. baby into the truck, and later brought it up a mercifully short set of steps into my house. They even helped me get it positioned just right, which is good, because it's so heavy I can't slide it, like at all. THANKS ENCORE

Then when I was deciding between two different models, both Kristie and Ben solved that as well! Ben is very knowledgeable and does a great job in relating his experiences to the products. I ultimately went with the Kawai K-15 because it made sense for my budget and experience. And they helped me understand the pros and cons of choices as well. Overall, I definitely recommend Kim's Piano to anyone who is serious about getting a piano for their home.

I'm a music teacher and at home I have been playing an 88-key digital piano at home for a few years. Piano is my first instrument and never bought a piano because I play off of a Steinway Grand Piano and a Roland nx700 stage piano. Well, after several years of not enjoying practicing at home, I now can thanks to Steve Rivera's recommendations! I knew what I wanted, he worked with finding me the piano I've wanted...a white upright (Kawai or Yamaha). I went with the Kawai K15 because it's new and I couldn't refuse a brand new piano! Anyhow after multiple emails, I was able to purchase one without walking into the store. Steve sent me videos of different models playing the same short piano piece and it was very helpful! Well, fast forward to today and a week later I am sitting here in my living room practicing! Thank you so much Steve and Kim's Piano!!!

Francisco - the face of Paco's Piano Movers - was friendly (treated Me like a human being worthy of respect & compassion), approachable (didn't talk down to Me as if I was a dumb customer), responsive (returned My calls expeditiously), flexible in his dealings (honest pricing & aware of the real life details versus just the conceptual service He provides)... basically worthy not just of these 5 stars, but also the actual dollars that exchanged hands.
