I would love to give these guys 5 stars. They were fast, friendly and efficient. They went above and beyond to get me moved from Aliso Viejo to Mission Viejo. The loss of two stars comes from them breaking the glass doors on my bookcase and then not responding to phone calls/voice mails to rectify the situation after telling me "we'll take care of that" during the move. They event made a notation on the invoice. The doors were not broken in transport, they were shattered before they even left my old home. Two months later and I'm still waiting for someone to replace my broken glass doors...which they don't make anymore by the way so they busted irreplaceable glass. On top of that, they didn't clean up the broken glass and I got charged an extra cleaning fee from the complex. read more

So we made a move from Long Beach to Riverside and got a Quote from different Companies, what I like about CC relocation is they actually came to give a quote so they know exactly how big the move is and what is needed to make this move run smoothly it like other companies it all on the phone or video calls. Randy who came to give us a quote was friendly, knowledgeable, punctual and wasn't so pushy about us making the decision right away. We used CC Relocation to move from Orange County to Henderson, NV. In short, they were terrific! I have never had as good a move as I had with them. My first conversation with Randy put me at ease. It was impressive that he visited my place and met with me. He also answered all my questions, calls, and texts promptly and professionally. Trust me, the man knows moving and how to size up a job. All of our belongings from a two-bedroom apartment, plus two storage lockers, fit perfectly into their truck. Benito, Kevin, Tim, and Ricardo were fantastic. They worked together like a well-oiled machine, helping each other and knowing what they had to do to get the job done efficiently and safely. Ricardo fit everything into the truck perfectly, like a giant jigsaw puzzle. On the delivery end, Benito drove the truck and expected to get some local help to unload. We moved a packed 4 bedroom home and a 2,400 sq/ft workshop from CA to TN for under $20k and here's how we did it. We booked our moving trucks with U-Pack / ABF. After much research, we concluded this was our best and lowest cost option by far and we're very pleased with the entire process with these three companies we used. We used CC Relocation to pack both of our ABF moving trucks. I've used CC Relocation several times before using their trucks (highly recommended) for local moves to move my parents 3 times, my sister once and myself twice. In addition, the friends I've referred to them were all highly impressed. We'd all choose and recommend them to anybody in a heartbeat! CC Relocation gets an A++ Awesome in every way when you need highly experienced skilled mindful super hard working movers! We used Pristine Movers to unload our U-Pack / ABF trucks and we had the best of experiences with them as well. I'm convinced Pristine Movers is the best moving company there is in middle TN! In regards to CC Relocation, Curt and Randy own and manage this company and the guys we had doing all the work for both of our trailers were Eric T, Siul, Kevin and Tim. I wanted to mention their names because they were all that good at what they did and CC Relocation has always impressed me, especially with this move to Tennessee. We carefully packed everything we could in boxes and crates except for the large items such a furniture, appliances, tools, equipment, motorcycles, etc. We purchased moving blankets and tie downs from Harbor Freight and CC Relocation provided the tape, stretch wrap, and some other padding as needed. They carefully wrapped our furniture, appliances, cabinets, shop equipment, etc, in moving blankets, then stretch wrapped and taped them tight so they looked like carefully wrapped padded presents. These guys are truly experts at what they do and it's amazing to see them in action. They work at full speed except for the few short breaks they took and everybody stays as busy as possible, which means your moving costs will likely be less than you imagine. Siul was their puzzle master carefully packing the inside of the trailer tightly and every inch of it was carefully packed full. We even had some motorcycles to move and they quickly built decking inside the trailer utilizing the e-track on our trailer so there was a strong deck above the motorcycles to load boxes on top of, while also carefully filling the nooks and crannies with other items. With CC Relocation, there is no wasted space in your trailer and they'll get the job done quicker than you might imagine, which means it will probably cost less than you imagine. They're definitely worth using and very trustworthy, so if you're struggling with who to choose for your move, look no further because they're the best at what they do! read more

I just wanted to update that these people are crooks, scammers, liars, cheats,. Do Not Use These Movers. Worse movers ever. They got in a wreck, and did not tell me. When my furniture arrived with over 40 items just missing because I'm assuming they broke them so they just threw them away hoping I wouldn't notice, and probably 20 or 30 other items broken,. And when a few of the items showed that they have been dented chipped broken and I brought it up to the movers, the first thing out of their mouth was did you buy the insurance. Just had this company relocate a home. Moved a family- an entire home. First of all they are prompt. The crew was Matthew, Eric and Jimmy. They showed up with smiles and a great attitude. They said that they were "excited to help"! From there they organized the home to be loaded. They wrapped the furniture and loaded it. Set a moving day per our preference and based on when we were expected to be at our destination to meet them. Affordable: Best price out of all the movers I checked out. Flat rate, one time payment. 3796$ for our two bedroom apt 1100 square feet. Reliable: Moving day was on a Saturday and they arrived to our destination (Anaheim, CA to Dallas, TX) exactly when they said they would on the following Wednesday. About now you're researching moving companies, reading reviews, trying to get an idea on cost and debating on hiring a company for your move or doing it yourself. I was right there with you (In our case an out of state move). It's stressful. So I put my info on one of those quote sites and Randy from CC Relocation (OC Moving Champions) was the first to call. He was professional, polite and straight forward. Gave me all the info I was looking for and said he will follow up with me in a few days. Then it started, companies calling and emailing non-stop. Some multiple times a day, everyday. But not Randy. He stuck by his word and didn't contact us until I actually called him to ask some more questions. He offered to come to our house and take a look at everything to provide a more accurate (Free) quote which we accepted. After getting his final quote I still (painfully) shopped around and no one could beat what Randy quoted. We decided to commit and go for it. Randy came over once again the day before the move just to make sure he would have the right size truck for us and there wouldn't be any last minute issues (love this). Ricardo, Siul, Arturo and Cesar arrived on time (10 minutes early in fact) and got right to work. These men were quick, careful, efficient and such hard workers. The got everything packed up in half the time we thought they would and we're on the way to the new house! When the truck arrived at the new house it was straight to work. I gave Ricardo a walk through of which room is which (label your boxes clearly) while Siul, Arturo and Cesar started unloading. These guys are non-stop! They moved everything in, set up our furniture, hooked up the washer dryer, etc... Above and beyond is an understatement. I ended up getting some extra cash for their tips because of how impressed I was with their hard work. It was a lot of research, stress and a bombardment of sales calls from different moving companies but we are beyond happy with our choice to use CC Relocation. CC Relocation moved me and my two roommates from Laguna Niguel to Mission Viejo. They were awesome from start to finish. I found out about them because I actually accidentally put my info into some sort of moving match service in Facebook, and then tons of moving companies started calling me. I pretty much don't answer my phone if it's an unknown number, but I happened to answer one time when Randy from CC Relocation called. I set up a time for him to come over and give me a quote, and he arrived as scheduled and was super helpful and knowledgeable. We were moving from a 3 bedroom condo on the second floor to a 4 bedroom townhouse with 3 floors, so Randy quoted me for 4 movers + truck and materials for $175/hr (drive time is multiplied by 2) + 8% for truck/materials. He estimated that the job would take between 5.5 to 7 hours, so that would put us at somewhere around $1039.50-$1323. Now this sounded pretty good in comparison to some more expensive quotes we had heard, but was still a bit out of our budget. For that reason, we eventually decided to hire them just to move our furniture and several bigger, heavier boxes, and we would move all of our other belongings, clothes, decor, etc. ourselves. Hopefully this would bring down the work time, maybe even to their minimum time of 4 hours. Our movers arrived bright and early on moving day. They started working at 7:45 am. These guys were super, super hard workers. Josh, Francisco, and our other two movers (I can't remember their names! :() were nonstop, fully putting our furniture on their backs and hauling a** to the truck. They had finished getting all of our furniture and large boxes loaded by 9:45, and since we were so good on time we actually decided to have them load all of our boxes that we had put in our detached garage that we were planning on moving ourselves with a uhaul. They had those loaded in like 15 minutes. We drove to our new place which was only about 15 minutes away, and they guys got to work right after a quick walk through. Again, we had them unload boxes into the garage to save time, but all of our furniture went up, most of it to the third floor. They worked just as hard and fast on the unloading side as they did on the loading side. They finished so quickly that we actually had them move our boxes up to the designated floors, too, which only took them like 15 minutes. The BEST part is, for all that work, they finished in less than 5 hours and we only paid about $860!
