First, I scheduled online, and less than an hour before the appointment, the designer canceled on me. While disappointing, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled for the following week. This time, the designer, Lise, reached out to confirm the appointment--only to not show up at all. No call, no explanation, nothing. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially from a company that markets itself as providing premium services. I wasted hours rearranging my schedule for absolutely nothing. If this is how Crate & Barrel treats customers during the consultation phase, I can't imagine how much worse it would be once a purchase is involved. Needless to say, I'm reconsidering spending my money here as this store doesn't value my time.
