Most furniture stores in my experience, absolutely will, or throw in a few freebies. I like their quality. The chair has held up for my son and I, along with a rather large dog. He can stay there! He seems to like it. Their sales staff are polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Some furniture stores are pushy. This one isn't. Prices are up considerably. Yes I'll allow some inflation, but right now doesn't seem so good on the wallet. Their furniture selection is decent enough. If you're in the area, it would help to at least give them a try.

He is patient and kind and does not drive a hard sell or slimy sell either. He is sincere and will take the time to work with you. His showroom is on the smaller side but has the right number of pieces you'll need as a model to what you're looking for. The key is his catalogs. He's able to work to find what you need by using his catalogs and showroom in combination. I showed him a picture of the type of sectional we were looking for and he made it happen. Five years later we still love it and it's a beautiful comfortable piece in our family room. The sofa bed also was great and another statement piece in our home. Recently I was looking to upgrade my daughter's bed from her toddler crib and had a few pictures on Amazon of the bed I wanted to get her but didn't trust buying such an important piece of furniture from Amazon. I rather would order from a reputable furniture store. So I came to Ayman again and he took a look at the pictures and found me similar ones in his catalog but nothing exactly the same. He reassured me that 1 of the options were doing to worth ordering from Amazon as the wood and construction looked solid. This shows what amazing salesman he is! He actually encouraged me to buy the Amazon bed, and connected me with his trusted colleague to assemble the bed. He then sold me a fantastic mattress to go with the bed at a great value, high quality mattress for my daughter. The whole transaction was smooth and pleasant and enjoyable! He delivered the mattress personally with his daughter and you can tell he's a hardworking family man. We're lucky to have gala futons in the neighborhood as I wouldn't hesitate to go to him for any furniture needs!

First, I scheduled online, and less than an hour before the appointment, the designer canceled on me. While disappointing, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled for the following week. This time, the designer, Lise, reached out to confirm the appointment--only to not show up at all. No call, no explanation, nothing. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially from a company that markets itself as providing premium services. I wasted hours rearranging my schedule for absolutely nothing. If this is how Crate & Barrel treats customers during the consultation phase, I can't imagine how much worse it would be once a purchase is involved. Needless to say, I'm reconsidering spending my money here as this store doesn't value my time.
