Avoid this store. The buying experience was great, and I committed to a custom-designed sectional and a dining set with eight chairs. I was informed that, because the furniture was custom-built and imported from Europe, there would be a long lead time of about four months, which I accepted. However, delivery now does not seem likely anytime soon. I asked the store to confirm ETA in July 2026, but they have refused or failed to act with any urgency. At this point, I intend to cancel the order, and I would not recommend this store to others. I did not expect this level of service from a retailer located in a high-end mall like Tysons Galleria and charging thousands of dollars. read more

I ordered a mirror that had an expected delivery date of three months. It's been one YEAR and I don't have the mirror yet. No one from the store (Tysons Galleria) provides any updates on the status. Employees seem frustrated when inquiries are made. The only response I have received is that it is coming from Denmark. The store manager said he would keep me updated I haven't heard from him. Do not purchase from this store..... read more

While we were happy to work with Omnia in the store and were excited about our order (more than 20 pieces for our living and dining room), the delivery process has been a nightmare. We were initially told that the delivery time would be 12 weeks. Now, after 14 weeks, I'm learning that it will likely be at least another 12 weeks before our furniture is delivered (6 months instead of 3 months!). Communication and follow-up about delivery have been TERRIBLE. I cannot recommend ordering from BoConcept. Go with Crate & Barrel instead!! read more

3/21/21 Met up with Grace (who is in training) and she told me Boconcept is a company in Denmark. This store open in May of 2019. Some of the employees do speak speak Danish. I noticed all the employees wore black with the shoes being a different color for the ladies. All the furniture can be changed up if you don't like the color. You can change out some of the furniture to a two seats or a family size. The furniture is also made like IKEA does. This could be annoying, but that depends on the individual. The items are on the pricey side, but this is a high end mall. Still I liked what I saw and I am sure one day I might get something from here. Thanks for your help Grace....oh, Grace didn't appear to have an accent, but I think she does speak Danish. read more

The uniqueness, quality and style of furniture at BoConcept is amazing, though a little pricy. It's not comparable with any of the furniture showrooms I have visited physically nor virtually. It's very difficult to catch me when it comes to quality and style but I succumb to BoConcept. read more

Received our sofa and coffee table from BoConcept today. Five star to EVERYTHING! Sales representatives, LINA is the best of the best. She knew everything in showroom, she is patient to listen my needs and recommend appropriate options. She is also fast responsive to whatever question I had. Keep me updated about the shipment. Cause it's from offshore and bit processy. It arrives on time at the end. Go find LINA, LINA, LINA. Delivery team, Laurence is flexible with delivery availability. The delivery staff definitely provides the best service. They're careful about not just the furniture, but also my wall, stairs, and floors. They got all the protection gears, blanket, wrapping paper, etc with them. They install and adjust furnitures to whatever I want, take out all packaging. I don't need to do anything. The furniture looks beautiful, hope it will last few years. Some picts of sofa and coffee table. read more

this is about a pleasant and helpful service...And what a contrast, but a mall away. Came back about 10 says later to a diff't BoC to see the same furniture we came to Georgetown to see (see the earlier Georgetown review). The Tyson's sales consultant who communicated beforehand, knew the furniture in detail, did some CAD scale mockup , provided good advice on color, gave us fabric samples, and has followed up. And another pleasant sales person (or store manger?) who said hello. I guess we caught the other store on a remarkably bad (please ignore us no matter what) day. But the G-town store manager reached out to hear what happened shortly after-- proper service recovery-- and I am grateful for that kindness. (But what we get, we'll get from tysons) read more

I had more than pleasant experience with Lina at this BoConcept starting from the store, getting help with selecting the right color, material, and size of the dining table/chairs and sideboard, delivery updates and the actual deliveries, and the follow-ups regarding all matters. She was very professional, kind, prompt in communication, and accommodating. We are very happy with not only the furniture but also working with the team at this location. read more

I had a great experience with BoConcept purchasing my sofa. When I 1st visited the store I was greeted by the Design Consultant, Lina who went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable and very easy. Lina also came home and provided me with many design ideas for room accessories and tables so I can love the new sofa even more. The sofa was delivered on the exact promised time and the white glove service was exceptional by being very punctual , courteous, and professional. read more

My wife and I probably visited a half-dozen different stores looking for contemporary, modern furniture before BoConcept. We're glad we found Tim and his team here at the Tysons Galleria location! From start to our delivery day today, he was professional and knowledgeable with everything in his showroom. We initially walked in for a bed for our master bedroom, but ended up furnishing majority of our place through them. So happy with our decision! read more

"Go to BoConcept. They're simply the best." That's what friends told us when we set out to find a table for our new kitchen two years ago. They were right. At BoConcept, with the help of design consultant Julie Bareits, we found what we had not been able to find anywhere else: a beautiful 51" round pedestal table that expands to seat 8 and stores its own extension leaf in the tabletop. The ingenious expansion mechanism allows one person to open and expand the weighty table with ease, while the table remains perfectly centered. It is both a work of art and an engineering marvel. What has made our "customer experience" even more special has been the top-notch professional service and personal attention BoConcept has given--before, during, and well after the sale. Over the past two years, I have called Julie and members of the installation team to ask questions about table maintenance or operation; they always respond promptly, with clear explanations (even offering to come out and demonstrate again!). Last month, I noticed that the tabletop, when viewed in a certain light, seemed to have lost some of its initial luster in places, and, if I squinted, I could see part of a dim ring left by a glass of ice water. I also noticed a tiny black spot on the tabletop. None of these areas was easily visible, but, since Julie had been so helpful all along, I called her and asked if she had some suggestions about how I might touch them up. She asked me to send her pictures, which I did. Within a few days, I received a letter from BoConcept's Warehouse Team Leader, explaining that he had convinced the supplier, as a "good service," to provide us with a new top for our table, which the BoConcept installation team would install free of charge when it arrived in December. We were stunned. And very grateful. Never before have we encountered such "good service" from a furniture retailer. Now we're recommending BoConcept to our friends. And we will definitely be back. read more

The sales sales associate at the store, Tarek, was extremely helpful. I recommend a visit to the store.

We received platinum service at this location. The representative supported us her name is Lina. She is very knowledgeable, professional and caring. I was there with my mom and she cared for my family like her own. I sent her a picture of the place where I was ordering a sofa for.She designed different options and went over the options with us of making sure we order the correct item. She is very caring, kind and excellent designer. She is the reason we went back to buy the furniture. She is a great asset to your company and brands Bo concept really well! Great team and beautiful furniture. I highly recommend this brand and the team. Thanks Lina for making a difference! read more

By far the best furniture store I've purchased from. The attention to detail and customer service are exceptional. Your piece of furniture will be unique and you will have a design consultant guide you through the selection process. My sales representative, Julie, did an amazing job explaining all the fabric and furniture combinations. The staff is available whenever you have questions and will do a professional design if needed. I was very impressed with the communication the staff offered through the entire process to make sure everything went smoothly. The delivery staff took all the necessary precautions to make a safe delivery during Covid19 including masks, shoe coverings and gloves. I highly recommend anyone to buy furniture from this company. The furniture is beautiful, you will feel like you own a unique piece. I'm very happy with my purchase and the overall experience. I will purchase from them again. read more
