Came here to check out sofas. Needed a large store, at least larger than the crate & barrel in Arlington, VA. Decent amount of furniture to check out! Lots of kitchen items to look at as well. Staff weren't very helpful or friendly. Apple Maps may show the crate & barrel across the street outside of the mall but it's not- it's in the mall! Not sure if I'll come back to this location if I don't have to test sofas / fabric.

Love this store and layout. My basket is always full. Honestly I need a cart! The staff asks to bring items to the counter when they notice my basket filling up. They did this on three separate trips. I hope it's in their staff training. I love coming here for that reason. Also, there's parking right outside the doors! Again love that! And of course love their products!

Bought a concrete coffee table and end table last year for a Christmas gift for my son . The coffee table is cracking and chipping already . I called Crate and Barrel and they did absolutely nothing ! They said they only guarantee their furniture for 30 days . Seriously ? Furniture costing $1000 dollars is only guaranteed for 30 days ? The gentleman told me that within 30 days you should know if it's damaged . Yes ! If it arrives damaged then I agree but not if it is poor quality and does not wear well! I will never buy a piece of furniture at Crate and Barrel ever again ! They have the worst customer service !

This is a beautiful and stylish store. If you are looking for ideas on how to style your home, then definitely stop by and take a look. There are three floors and everything from silverware and glasses to sofas and rugs. I went with the purpose of looking for lamps and they had a lot of choices. The salespeople were wonderful! A shout out to Mandy, who was super helpful and had great ideas. The prices are not cheap, but you can find unique selections, that are excellent quality. I will definitely go back and I have a few ideas on what I want. The store is located right across from Tyson's Galleria. They deliver to our area and you can pick up items from the store and they will wave the delivery fee. Now, I have to make up my mind. : )

First time in the new store since they moved not too long ago! Love the new location in Tysons Galleria. I was in love as soon as i walked in. Happened to have Afternoon Sunday Tea at the Ritz Carlton and wanted to pick up a few essentials for my business. Parking is super easy especially on a late Sunday evening. No one was bumping into each other and wasn't crowded. Found everything that I needed. My cashier John was extremely nice and helpful. Will be back..

Despite finding out on our last trip this location doesn't carry many Crate & Kids items, we decided to go ahead and purchase the Orland Black Bassinet & Pad from their website and ship it to this location for curbside pick up. You would think for $399.00 plus tax of a "solid wood" bassinet, it would arrive nice. This was not the case. We spent our entire morning (2+ hours) driving out of our way to pick up and drive it home, only to realize when we got home that it was broken in TWO locations. One of the spindles was broken in half and part of the base had apparently splintered during the cutting process and was just painted over. We called the store and unfortunately, they cannot start processing our return and re-order until we package the item back up, drive back out there, and inspect the item. We will give Crate & Barrel one more shot before removing our registry from the store and just returning the bassinet. You would think for an item that is designed to hold a baby, it would have had some better care in the creation and shipping.

John was knowledgeable about the products, had tremendous suggestions, assisted to have the work dine in the limited time we had, and graciously worked with our budget. We had both carpet and luxury vinyl flooring installed. The floors look FANTASTIC and we found no errors or adjustments to be made. We found Carpetland as we were unhappy with another vendor and decided to make a change. We are extremely happy that we did. Finally, after our work was completed, I reached out to John for a third service. While Carpetland does not provide that service (hardwood deep cleaning), John promptly suggested another company with contact information to reach that vendor AND a time that they were available. AMAZING!! Not only was the service unparalleled from the sales to the installation, the price was reasonable and we couldn't be happier. We can't recommend Carpetland enough and we hope to use John's service again. THANK YOU!!

My next door neighbor had Carpetland install hardwood floors throughout their house. Based upon…read moretheir recommendation, I hired Carpetland to replace the carpet in my upstairs hallway and the stairs to the first floor and basement after my wife slipped and fell down the stairs on some old carpet. We replaced the carpet with the same hardwood that we have on the first floor. The job went fairly well. There was a language barrier, as the crew that was sent either did not speak English, or did not speak it well. There were a few hiccups, but they were resolved without too many issues. Fast forward about 7 months. I decided to surprise my wife while she was out of town and had the first floor refinished. I specifically asked if the job could be done within my timeframe while my wife was out of town. While I was told that there would be no problem, I was not told that the tradeoff would be only one coat of polyurethane instead of two. That second coat makes a huge difference! Again, a crew shows up and language is an issue. I tried communicating as best I could, but they did not seem to understand. Dust control was a major issue. I am still finding areas of my house other than where the work was done covered with dust. The floor was gouged just inside the front door. Whoever was using the sander must have been doing on the job training. You can see where he changed directions with the sander and I still see swirl marks on the floor. The foyer was not sanded evenly, but the crew leader swears he could not see it. After registering my complaints, John-the sales rep-was very apologetic and offered to send the crew leader out to make things right. Roberto came back two days later and tried to gaslight my wife and I. He insisted that there were two coats of polyurethane on the floor...even though he wasn't not even present when it was applied. He did (mostly) fix where the floor was gouged. The non-English speaking crew returned the next day to apply a second coat of polyurethane. It is interesting that she spoke English well enough to ask for payment before she left. Once the floor dried, I noticed spots that were missed. I reached out to John again and he assured me that he would have Roberto come to address any concerns and he would return with him. It was at that point that I made the mistake of paying the invoice. I have not heard from John since. My next project involves replacing all of the carpet on the second floor with hardwood floors. Guess who will not be getting the job?
