The gentlemen were very knowledgeable about their products and very patient (and strong) as they lifted countless rugs to show me the many different designs that matched the colors, style, and sizes I was looking for. Great place to buy carpets. They know what they are selling and they have great varieties! They would explain to you the differences between similar looking rugs and explain their recommendations. Stopped by TR after checking department store rug galleries and not finding the wool runner in the size or color I wanted. I was immediately welcomed in and two staff members showed me every runner one-by-one in the size I asked for. TR had the wool runner I needed in a color that's beautiful in my space. It was near the bottom of the stack, so I REALLY appreciated the customer service that wasn't available at the mall rug gallery. I love my rug and the price was very reasonable. I tried to visit this establishment the other day but was unsuccessful. Arrived at the address which was odd in itself, walked in the door and seen a sign that stated it was a distribution center, didn't see anyone working so called the number but no answer. Very strange experience. Wife and I left. I thought this was a good choice since there are so many good reviews but didn't notice the reviews were years old until after our visit. Incredible collection of rugs ! Hidden little gem in sterling area ! Sam is very helpful. We wanted a big area rug for our house. They offer rugs for every types, be it, modern or traditional. Prices seem to be quite fair too. There is always a chance for negotiation. Only complaint is they don't do full refund even if we didn't take the final delivery, we ended up buying something lesser in return. read more

This place is AMAZING!! We found coordinating rugs for our great room and dining room. They are great quality and fair pricing. One of the rugs had to be ordered and the wrong thing came in. They got the CORRECT one in within two days and were very apologetic. Stuff happens! Super nice staff, GREAT selection. My experience with Sam was awesome. He had a lot of patience with me during the entire process. After finally purchasing the runners (beautiful runners) I did not get a chance to pick them up because I had to travel out of the country. Sam stored them for me until I returned to pick them up. I waited on writing a review for a bit to think about my purchase and experience, and I can still say that I am thoroughly impressed and happy with the service and rug that I purchased. The warehouse was a little hard for me to find, so make sure you call in advance to let them know you're coming! That also ensures that Sam is ready to greet you and walk you through the immense selection of rugs. I told Sam what kind of rug I was looking for, and he gave me a wide variety of options. He definitely was very knowledgeable about his inventory, as he offered different sizes, colors, styles, prices, etc. Even though I was indecisive with my choices, Sam was patient and kind as we did a double and triple take on rugs I considered. I was also given the option of purchasing a rug, and if I was not satisfied with it, then he told me that I could bring back the rug for an exchange. We have bought rugs from Treasure Rugs, and keep going back. We have also bought restocked furniture, and love the deals they make on those. We found that one of four chairs was missing some hardware, and Sam gave us a discount when we found that, and helped us figure out where to get replacement bolts that worked just fine. It's really unfortunate we had such a terrible experience here because it seemed like nice rugs at reasonable prices. However two employees didn't realize I am Hispanic and started cursing and speaking terribly of me not knowing I understood every word. This is a terrific warehouse FULL of rugs. Sam, who I assume is the owner, was very helpful and took his time to show us a large variety of rugs. He even allowed us to take the favorite rug home to try it out. WOW. JUST WOW. This treasure has the largest collections of rugs in all sizes, colors and designs that I ever seen, including in Turkey. Let me be clear, Sam will beat the prices of any store by a wide margin. Many of the rugs you might buy from big retailers come from this store. Sam gave us a 10 minute education on every type of rug. He gave us HONEST suggestions as to what might best fit our needs. It is easy to overlook this place. I have driven by for 17 years before I found it today after getting frustrated at the big retailers. Not only are there thousands of rugs in every possible design, but he can get many of them in several colors of the same design and in shapes ranging from matching runners, small, medium and large. Go Saturday or Sunday. He actually is the supplier for many online retailers. You will get a better than fair price. Oh, we took 3 rugs home to see on our own floors. 2 Turkish rugs, one Belgian with different colors. After finding one that fit beautifully, my wife went into the living room and announced that the Belgian would go perfectly in the living room. We were supposed to buy one. She was right. Now we have 2 RUGS FOR LESS THAN ONE at the more than 10 big box stores, furniture stores and rug retailers we visited. Selection. Price. Honesty. Service. Education. Very large selection of beautiful area rugs. I have a weirdly shaped dining area with vents on the floor (the width was in-between two sizes). Agreeing with other Yelp reviews...Sam was very cordial and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things about rugs you never would have thought about....who knew some rugs have a lighter and darker side due to the "nap", depending on what side you look at it from? They have a tremendous selection of all different types and sizes of rugs. He and his assistant were able to fit four very large rugs into my SUV (with one seat folded down), so they must be masters at Tetris! read more
