From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by friendly staff. They immediately recognized the quality and craftsmanship of the piece, which reassured us. A few weeks later, we received a call that our carpet was ready--and it looked absolutely amazing. It was clear that it had been handled with the utmost care. While we were there, they even custom-cut a carpet pad to perfectly fit the rug. This year, we brought the same rug back for cleaning. To our surprise, Arash not only remembered us, but also remembered the unique two-sided Aztec design of our carpet. Once again, it came back looking beautiful. He also guided us through some of the other carpets they have for sale. His deep knowledge of rug quality, style, design, and craftsmanship is impressive, and his personable, kind nature makes the experience even better. This is truly a trustworthy place with exceptional service, and we definitely recommend them.

They came out to inspect and told me there was nothing wrong - yet this new floor had dents and chips with only my husband and I living in the house walking on it in socks only, yet our downstairs floor from 1986 withstood pets and children and has no dents or chips. There is obviously something wrong with this floor, as can be seen by all of the reviews from people that are having the exact same problems. Initially, Randolph acted like they were trying to help and contacting the company that made the floor, but after three years of my having to follow up monthly I have been sent to their distributor who can't do anything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They do not stand behind their products and even worse they do not carry good quality ones.

The icing on the cake was the thank you note I received! Companies rarely do this anymore. I felt valued.

We replaced the w2w carpet in our family room, 14x20, and also did a 4x4 foot square of LVP. The installation team of 2 arrived on time and got the job done, clean-up was thorough. This was in April 2023. In mid-September of 2023 we noticed that the carpet was coming up against our hearth. I called CP, spoke with Ara. We agreed to set up an appointment in October. I emailed Ara when we got back from vacation. No answer after a week. I emailed again. And a third time. No answer through the end of October. I finally emailed the store address. No answer. I called the store. I was told that Ara comes in at 10. It was 9:45 am when I called. I told the employee that I would call back. I called back at 11 AM, Ara was with a customer. I left my name and my phone number. No call back. On November 8, Wednesday morning, I called again. I was put on hold, and a few minutes later the employee who answered my call, said that Ara could not be found. I left my name and my phone number. I waited five hours and did not hear from Ara. When I call back, he answered the phone. By now, I hope you have concluded that once you've paid them and had the work done, they will avoid you and they will ghost you. I was surprised that Ara did not acknowledge the multiple emails and phone calls that I had to make to get to this point. We scheduled the repair for Friday morning, November 10, between 8 and 9 AM. It is now Friday, November 10. It is 9:30 AM. I hope you are thinking what I am thinking. What I am thinking is that what started out as a good thing has turned out to be a bad thing. We have a $4000 flooring job that needs a repair within six months and the lackadaisical response is ridiculous. I hope you have concluded that this is not a happy ending and that you should not risk putting yourself in the same situation.
