Because there were some old stains, he warned me that they might not be able to remove all reminants. Appromately 10 days later, once again at the designated time, two gentlemen returned with my rug. It is absolutely beautiful. It looks much better than I anticipated. The price for doing the work was very reasonable, and the customer service is outstanding. I am extremely pleased.
