The clothes were hanging up, not on the floor or in the way, and there was someone home who could have been consulted if there was a concern. Instead of simply asking for any items to be moved, they chose to touch and rearrange my personal belongings without permission. I found this unprofessional and disrespectful of my privacy and personal property.

I saw Bethesda Carpet Palace recommended by several neighbors in a local Facebook group when…read moresomeone asked about stair runner installation. I needed a stair runner installed so I brought my family to the store on a rainy weekend day. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. My pre-K kid had a great time at the store, there are countless carpet samples to look at and touch! The amount of options to pick from is impressive. We left with a few samples, and it was easy to schedule the measurement. We have an old house with unusual stairs/posts, but Ali helped us figure out what made sense for the reveal and aligning it well. The quoted price for materials and installation was reasonable and transparent. It was easy to schedule installation and they did an excellent job. I can see why many other families recommended them in my local Facebook group, and now I'll be doing the same!

I know this isn't their usual work, so it might seem odd that I am writing a review. However, I think the quality of the work was exceptional and I believe that would also be true of their more conventional cleaning services. The only reason that I have not hired them to clean carpets and curtains is that I have just moved in and don't have either. Kam and Clinton came on time, were informed and courteous, worked non-stop for hours, never said a discouraging word, and did all for a very modest fee. These are personal qualities

When I forwarded pictures of my concerns the workers promptly came back and actually made things worse by leaving foot prints in the lacquer they left behind and I have yet to be able to smooth them out. Well, to make a long story short I going to pay over $500 for a real professional to fix their mistakes. Do yourself a favor and don't go with the lowest estimate. I learned the hard way that you get what you pay for. I definitely can't nor won't ever recommend this company to anyone.

Overall, we are very happy with the quality of the work and the customer service provided by Amir. The carpet and waterproof vinyl installations both went smoothly. The crew worked efficiently and finished the jobs in a couple of days. The hardwood flooring project took a frustrating turn, but Amir ultimately resolved it to our satisfaction. The crew installed the hardwood in summer 2023 and shortly afterwards much of it shrunk and developed creaking. After a lot of back and forth with Amir and the manufacturer, Renaissance replaced the problem areas. My wife and I appreciated Amir's professionalism and integrity. Our townhouse's flooring is now so beautiful thanks to Renaissance!

First, it was great working with Teresa, as she handled all of the communications from scheduling the meeting to answering my many, many questions. And she did so with efficiency, thoroughness, patience, and so much kindness. Second, the quote we received from the team was very reasonable, given the request and having done a cost comparison with other vendors. As Teresa quoted, the team completed the work efficiently and kindly. Our floors look AMAZING! And we are beyond grateful to have partnered with their team! I will be sure to add pictures when I get a moment to do so, but I did want to get this review out and say thank you to Teresa, and the rest of the AG floors team!

The fact that I'm going to have to refinish my floors in 2-3 years is absolutely infuriating given the cost and inconvenience of getting wood floors refinished.
