The technician provided no ventilation assistance (no open windows), no ,carpet fans, and upon job completion offered no advice to my aunt on how to ensure the carpets dried properly. When we reached out to the owner of this business afterward, he made it clear he didn't see it as his responsibility to ensure the carpets were left in a dry or even manageable state. This neglect left us with damp carpets and the risk of mildew issues due to the subsequent smell that we have encountered making the entire experience quite unsatisfactory.
