Ft. apartment, removing badly worn, engineered flooring. The result is fantastic, the professionalism was top notch, and the cost likely will be fully recovered when we eventually resell. They also, at no additional charge, corrected a problem with one of the 13 years old carpets. I recommend them highly and would not hesitate contracting with them again.

I had no patience left and filled out the cancellation form the CEO provided mid-Nov. A month later, still no refund. This company is stealing its customers blind. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I had chosen the Alexander sofa along with the Maisie rug, and I had concerns about the rug having white patches on one side of it as seen in photos online as well as the in store pictures. I was then assured that it was a vintage look and that there was wear and tear, and that the rug I would receive would not look like that, and if so, customer service would work to provide me a "fair" solution. Now once I received the rug, my worst fear came true. One side of the rug is completely bleached/faded and it looks so cheap. Obviously everyone I contacted at Interior Define did not offer a "fair" solution, they only offered their standard return with expensive shipping and 15% processing fee. They kept saying that the bleaching is done purposely and is part of the design. What about the fact that I had raised these concerns with Blake ,my designer, and was told that this would not look like that OR else I could get a fair solution. To add insult to this, this is a Loloi rug and now I see that it is available on Overstock/Amazon at half price. I paid 795$ for this, and other sites have it for 330 to 400$. They will obviously refuse to price match. Now I am really worried about the quality of the sofa that I have ordered with them. There is no way I can call the store and talk to a real person. Obviously, I am going to avoid making another purchase from Interior Define, and post this to as many groups/social media as possible to inform others of their shady methods. They have one of the worst customer service policies. I have worked with good stores like Arhaus, Crate and Barrel, CB2 and have never faced such service before.

We tested out a few mattresses in the store, then placed our order and were out of there in less than 20 minutes. The customer service team was good, they were helpful, polite, offered some water while we decided. Most importantly though they were fast, and the check out process took only a few minutes. Later same day we noticed an online offer for the same mattress that surpassed the discount we received in the store, so I called customer service. I was able to connect to an actual person quickly, and again they resolved the issue quickly, matching the online price and refunding the difference. All in all probably was on the phone only 5 minutes. Received our mattress today, and the delivery team was also quick and efficient, took no longer than 10 minutes to include removal of our old mattress. So far the mattress looks and feels great, will revisit this review after using the mattress a few weeks, but don't think there will be any issues.

I hired Chris Spaulding of Carpet and Floor Designs to replace my existing floors with upgraded Bamboo floors. It was the worst contractor experience I have had in many years. Quality is terrible. Service is even worse. Here are some of the issues I dealt with. - After I paid a 2/3 deposit I was told that the job would cost $1500 , or about 20% more. - There were several other price increases throughout. - Chris or his crew never arrived at the time they said they would - Chis crew were complete amateurs. -Quality was terrible in many areas. I asked him to replace entire sections and he never did. - they caused well over $1000 dollars of damage. There was this brown glue over everything. 2 months later I am stil finding it on furniture. 1 set of towels' and sheets were ruined. They didn't cover anything, and dint even clean up their mess. In summary these guys are scammers. I didn't believe anything that Chris said. I saw through all his petty lies, and cheats. I admit, that I was stupid at NOT firing these guys at the first sign of trouble, which was before they started to do any work. I found them a breeze to deal with, stopping by the showroom to pick the sisal rug for the sun room and a maple hardwood flooring the living room and dining room, and proceeding to set dates, deliveries, etc, the whole thing was done in 5 days. My greatest worry was the finishing of the job, as I had already scheduled my vacation but they were done a day earlier than agreed. Because of prior experiences with some other remodeling jobs done to the second floor I was anxious about getting this done, but it really had to get done. Chris and his assistants handled the whole thing painlessly, arriving on time as per schedules and finishing early. When the time comes to do another part of the house I plan to call on them again. It's also a great plus that Chris is quite a personable and pleasant guy.
