To give him credit, he gave it to me at the queen size price (got a king) and decided to wait. It's now April 1st with NO SIGN of my bed frame being delivered- not even a follow up call! I decided to call in to check the status of my delivery as they promised mid March and another gentleman picked up who seemed to not know what was going on. Eventually after going back and fourth he said he would call joe and call me back - I'm still waiting on that call back. UPDATE: the sales associates name is LEE. I decided to give them a call back and he proceeded to have a screaming match with me over the phone denying ever hanging up in my face/never calling me back! STELLAR customer service! If I could I would have refunded every penny I spent here at this awful store. We originally rated MW a 5 based on the initial experience, and because they asked us to provide a review, but just read on... Part #2: Delivery day - the delivery company called and arrived on time but then the driver informed us that they could not take away our old mattress because of a stain (a coffee spill in 2009) because of "COVID restrictions." (picture attached) He called his dispatcher who was an incredibly rude robot who could only repeat (4 times) the line "we cannot remove a mattress with a stain." In response to the question of what options do we have... her response was the same. The delivery men basically ran out before we could anything. We called Amir who said he would speak with his district manager about the removal of our mattress and that he would call back that day. Needless to say - no call back, and we have a king size mattress still sitting in our bedroom. After spending nearly $6000 with this firm, their so-called "white glove delivery" is anything but customer friendly; it's insultingly rude. I would turn to a more reputable firm in the future. Part #3: Dashed hope - on Weds Nov 30th we received an email, text message, and voice mail from the delivery service stating that they will pick up the old mattress on Friday between 10 AM - 1 PM. We thought great, our messages had gotten through and they were correcting their mistake. On Friday the delivery truck called when they were "10 minutes away"; two hours later - no show. I called the delivery service and was told that some peon, John Gibson had recalled the delivery service and they wouldn't be picking up the mattress. Three voicemails later, this Gibson person refuses to return my calls. We called Mattress Warehouse and spoke with the District Manager, Winston who said that he never heard of them coming back to pick up a stained mattress. SOMEONE made a decision - emails, text messages, and voicemails don't just trigger and the delivery truck was on its way until Gibson recalled it. Winston was going to look into it on Friday and get back to us within two hours - no calls and after we left messages - again no return phone calls. Several subsequent phone calls have not been returned. Just presenting the facts - if customers choose to deal with this shady business - buyer beware!

In the middle of the biggest headache!!!…read more Purchased an extremely expensive split King adjustable temperpedic frame and bed. 1st Bed delivered. One side didn't work. They made me refuse the delivery. They also forgot the pillows that were supposed to be delivered. During the process, they took a piece that connected the two pieces together. 2nd replacement bed delivered. It was missing the piece, was on phone it's management and they said (after minutes of arguing my situation) said I didn't have to refuse bed and part will be coming and replaced tomorrow. Now, days later, I've been dealing with the distribution and manager which is saying the part doesnt exist or even if it does isn't needed. So frustrated. I just physically go to store, sales rep got on the phone with temperpedic customer service to confirm the piece exists, and is needed for the bed. The only sympathetic person that helped me was Ali. He actually listened and tried to help. But the company as whole was extremely including district manager and VP Mike Brown have all but ignored or not cared about this incident. We bought a Queen standard mattress for our son, and then soon afterwards bought a twin for my daughter and now a King Purple Flex mattress for hubby and me. The Queen and King mattresses come with the adorable squishy toys! The airy waffle mattresses are super comfy and hold up well and even better than our Sleep Number mattress! The Purple Flex is softer and less firm than the standard mattress with extra layer of foam. I can feel the difference when I lay on my son's mattress vs mine and the extra $300 is well worth it! The mattress has a cooling agent. The thick Harmony pillow offers perfect back support when lounging around in bed (writing this review and watching TV!) The flat Dreamweaver is perfect for actually sleeping. My only complaint is that the Dreamweaver has a mild funky smell. The mattress is pretty easy to roll out and didn't need much assembly (we didn't pay for installation). The stretchy linens are super comfy and worth the splurge and received a great bundle discount on the pillows and linens. It's a natural materials brand but does offer adjustable bedframes and a variety of other items. My ultimate purchase was not what I thought it was going to be after researching online, which vitiates the point of shopping. The delivery process was somewhat opaque and not speedy; it's not something you want to get into if you're in a time-sensitive situation. I don't think they have an option to just walk out the store with a mattress; you have to buy online and it's made and shipped. I rather wished I'd paid a little extra for assembly. In substance, I'm not sure it's the best mattress out there, but it is the best one I've had and I'm pretty happy with it after a few months.

On one half of the bed I got medium and soft, and on the other half, I got soft and soft. I prefer soft beds but even the soft/soft layered side is a little too firm for my taste. I never did get used to it and I've had it for nearly a year at this point. The part that makes me regret choosing this particular mattress is that it's impossible to get the layers to sit just right. They need to be snug and it's hard to get them not to slope. It's like a two layer cake where the layers never quite line up just right. I love that the materials are eco friendly and honestly I would consider a different mattress from the same store, just not one with layers that shift so easily. I think I paid around $4,000 for this mattress, but they sell a traditional spring mattress for half that price and I wish I had gone with that one instead (and then maybe bought a topper for softness).

Let me explain - this business presents many different silos within their organization - custom furniture, blinds, window treatments, etc. What they do not tell you is that the companies they recommend are "sub-contractors" for them. Here is what happened in the Fall of 2014 - my friend/client strolls into Atrium taken with the beauty of the showroom and furniture. There she tells them she is looking to have draperies done for her home. They connect her with a "Terry" who they admit to knowing who comes out to the house of my client and proceeds to sell her draperies where he gets deposits (totaling almost $10,000) for the purchase of fine French fabric and this Terry takes her existing draperies which she paid $52,000 for. Here is where the story is typical - of course Terry runs off and has one excuse after another for not showing up with merchandise or her money back. To date, she has received nothing, no deposits back, no new fabric nor the draperies removed from her house. Enter me, I am bought into this in a desperate attempt to reach this Terry or help get her draperies and money back. I stroll into Atrium and immediately know this is a scam operation - check out their web site and if you don't see scam written all over it you need glasses. Long story short Mr. Pinto (owner?) admits to not only knowing Terry and L'Atelier USA LLC but admits that he put this guy in front of my client for the sole purpose of selling her draperies and while he also clearly told me "I'm aware tht Terry has been scamming people" he contends that he has nothing to do with it and cannot help - he cannot tell you where Terry is, where your money is and the best he can offer is an apology. Yet HE, Mr. Pinto put this scam artist in front of these clients that got screwed and why you ask - so he can get a cut of the money. My client is an elderly person who has done well in life but this kind of scam is disgusting whether you have money or not and are young or old. This business is a complete shell of a company and a scam to steal your money. I will follow-up with this and make enough noise with the State Attorney's office, BBB, anyone I have to in an attempt to shut these crooks down. ENTER THERE GLOSSY STORE AT YOUR OWN RISK and GIVE THEM NO MONEY FOR DEPOSITS.
