Not knowing at first, I went back to the store to compare mine with the floor model. That's when I realized something was definitely wrong. Rhonda was out that day, but Tina stepped in immediately and handled the situation with such professionalism and care. She arranged for a replacement, ensured everything was taken care of smoothly, and turned what could have been a very frustrating experience into a positive one. This was not a small purchase--it was a $3,000+ espresso machine with tax--so the level of support and customer service I received was extremely reassuring. You often hear negative stories about customer service, but this store proved those wrong. Tina and her team genuinely care about their customers, and it shows. Because of how well they handled everything, I not only left with confidence in my purchase, but I also bought additional items and will gladly continue to support this location. We went through Home Depot to replace a slate tile floor and steps with a VPF floor. They assigned ACS. they scheduled us for the day after Thanksgiving 2025 (ie last year) and they said it would take 4 hours. They spent 8 hours, then came back the next day, spent another 8 hours and didn't finish. So they had to reschedule for 3 weeks away to come finish. The installers (the workers, who so far have been the only competent members of this nightmare) finished the floor part, but said they couldn't finish the steps because we were given the wrong stair noses. ACS called home depot and said they would call me right back. They NEVER called me back. this went on for weeks. Just before Christmas, Home depot said they had the right stair noses and I had to pick them up, which I did. So I called ACS to schedule the completion. Have I mentioned that EVERY TIME I call ACS I get a different person, someone who knows nothing about my project and just answers phones and has to look up "notes" to answer my questions. Also EVERY TIME they said they would "call me right back" they never did. not once. And this was 8-9 times over 8 weeks. The flooring finish got rescheduled, the workers came late January (now 7 weeks after it was supposed to be done) and they said they STILL sent the wrong materials. The right ones had to be "special ordered" and ACS couldn't send the workers back for another 3 weeks. Now here we are, February 23, THREE MONTHS after it was supposed to be done, and the workers are here in my house telling me they sent the wrong materials AGAIN. SHEER INCOMPETENCE from all sides. STAY AWAY FROM ACS AND HOME DEPOT FLOOR INSTALLERS!!!!!

And everything you see in these photos, we had to point out to them! I guess they hoped we just wouldn't notice or would take care of these things ourselves. This project began in Oct with the goal of being done by Thanksgiving. Today is Jan 5th and we're still waiting for some of these problems to be resolved. Our calls and correspondence are often met with silence or being told that the person we are trying to reach is out of the country. In desperation, I even called the cabinet manufacturer to find possible solutions to the unstable island. MK&B responded with an ultimatum that we choose their waterfall quartz counter design or we would be charged $4000 for our desired cabinet material support panel alternative. Even as we wait for them to complete our kitchen job, we receive their marketing emails. The only thing they have been prompt about is requesting payment. If you hire them, expect plenty of change orders and accept that you are paying more for the very items you may find on Amazon or at the big box stores. As for whether that added expense is worth it, based on our experience we would say absolutely not! Save yourself some money and headaches, and take your business some place else!

We made an appointment online the night before, and when we got in, Nickie was there to help us. She walked us through all of the different chairs and features, and helped me find a chair that fit best! She was really knowledgeable and extremely helpful! She even broke out some magnet tiles for our toddler to play with while we waited! My wife is even considering getting a new chair for her office, too.
