My husband and I came to this store yesterday with a plan that we were going to purchase. We worked with Ian. Lovesac is not cheap and it's a HUGE investment. He showed us different layouts and let us sit on the model couch in the store. I had many questions. I asked one question and he bluntly responded with "what don't you understand?" Then, I wasn't understanding what a deep seat was. I interpreted it as a vertical vs horizontal seat. I asked him about the horizontal seat and he swore that was the one I had sat in. It wasn't until that I had made the sale, that he finally started to calm down and lose the smart ness. I also was trying to find a referral code and he was adamant that it had to be added prior to purchase. I was unable to get it then so I figured I will just call the store and get the $100 applied to my credit. We asked him a few times about the delivery. he told us to download the fedex app and when we did, the address would be linked to the tracking number. That's how we get it. I haven't seen anything yet. I certainly hope that he was right and he wasn't just telling us thing to get us out of the store. read more

Excellent service Sky high prices for not-so-expensive material the sacs are made of. Decided not to purchase. It also grabs lots of dust and every time you have to remove and wash the cover, which does NOT come with the sac itself. Makes no sense to me. Even with 60% off from the cover and 20% off the sac, it was still over $800 for medium size. You can get a top notch velvet couch with the same price as this. read more

We purchased a Sactional here and we couldn't be happier with it. The customer service was excellent throughout the whole process, especially since we're paying such a premium for furniture. Sven helped us out and was informative throughout the whole purchasing process. He showed us various fabric swatches and also showed us the different modifications that you can create with a Sactional. Like Nicholas A mentioned, they're basically adult Legos. We even purchased a set of blocks for ourselves to play around with the modifications. One modification is basically like a huge king size bed! You can also change the covers anytime (instead of just buying a brand new couch) and they're also washing machine friendly. We've had tons of compliments on our couches, especially about how comfy it is! We happened to stumble in during the Friends and Family sale which gave us an additional 20% off our purchase. We were quoted at 2-4 weeks for shipping, but we happened to get our couch within 1.5 weeks. 5 stars all around! read more

If you're seriously considering Lovesac you don't care about its price / have disposable income / enjoy the finer things in life; so let's talk quality! The sectionals are comfortable, versatile, rearrangeable/piece-meal-able, and you can change the covers to change the look of your room or to match if you paint, without having to buy new furniture. Great warranty, too. The sac gets its own paragraph. Mmmmm Lovesac. Who ever doesn't think "beanbags" are furniture can suck it. Put it in front of your computer so you can write Yelp reviews, definitely! Read and subsequently take a nap on it because it's so comfortable, you betcha! Fit three grown women and a cat on it to watch a movie, no doubt! Plenty of other things to use it for, but I'll let each potential owner be the judge of that, afterall we each handle our sacs differently. Really the only downside is what Jake K. mentioned: breaking the 55lbs of love (for my moviesac) apart into plush individual pieces of foam. Yeah, I gained so much experience doing that I felt like I should write "professional fluffer" on my resume. No, I am not accepting job offers. The sectionals, though great, can be a bitch. But I owned them, with the help of a friend. There's no way one individual could unpack and put everything together by herself if she wanted to realize the fruits of her labor in any acceptable time frame, regardless of what they'll tell you. So get a buddy and tag team those pieces; they won't say no. You'll likely need help during transit/movement, managing to properly cover each base/side (safety first!) and having one push while the other clamps (oooh, naughty) each piece into place. Even with the added help I certainly worked up a sweat, made primal noises and may have let some expletives escape. I fell right to sleep afterwards...and on something nice and comfy. As for service at the Tyson's store, I can see how some of the workers are indifferent and are just there to look pretty and get paid. That was the case my first time...it left much to be desired. Needless to say, I left the store convinced I'd never buy anything. Then after lounging on a friend's sac and becoming infatuated with it (I swear it was love), I was back. Digan happened to help me my second time around and could not have been more helpful. When I came back with room measurements, he helped again, using their "game board" of scaled furniture pieces to set up the dimensions of my living room with intended placement of furniture. I may update this once we receive our sactional, which will take another 2-3 weeks from this date. We placed an order for a ~$7k sactional, that officially submitted on March 24th. This order was scheduled to take approx 6 weeks to ship to us -- no biggie, we appreciate that the items are bespoke to your order! We noticed a new sale on the items we purchased, and asked if they would price match our set, as this would save us ~$500 on the sactional that we know we cannot return/exchange. However, we were informed of their FIRM 14-day policy on price adjustments. This 14 day policy is based on the date of order placed, not order received. So, on an order we cannot cancel, return, or exchange, and on an order that has not yet even been shipped to our home, we will not be given the price adjustment on this highly priced item. When I spoke with a "manager" on the customer service line, she was rude and dismissive, simply repeating "...it's the policy...it's our policy...", which is not an answer, but a deflection. Keep this in mind when purchasing their products, as most companies offer price adjustments based on delivery date, not order date. I know we expect more from companies that demand a higher price for their items. I would recommend Ethan Allen for similarly priced furniture over LoveSac, as their customer service is MUCH better than what I experienced with this company. read more

Not a bad place! I usually walked past this place thinking that it was some weird German store and never really took a deep look inside beyond the shaggy bean bag in the front. Well, in quest of a bean bag, I ended up walking out a few hundred clams lighter with a Lovesac in tow. The store is manned by a guy who looks like what our own Kevin L. might look like if he were white - both The Wife and I made this observation in the car on the way home after the stunned look on our faces wore off from spending so much on a bean bag chair. Of course, we did manage to land a bit of deal and had no clue what was in store. The chair itself is pretty good - granted, breaking apart that foam inside got to be a royal pain in the ass after about 10 seconds but I understand that it's the easiest way to pack it so you're not trying to stuff a 20 cu ft bag into your car. The more you jump/sit/make out on it, the more comfy it gets. I'll swing by again when I finish designing the "man cave" aka basement space. But this place is definitely worth a look! read more

Purchased the 5+5 Chaise Sactional from the Tysons location. It was the best purchase ever! The couch is so so so comfy and sturdy! If you are not familiar with the Sactionals let me fill you in: 1) They are configurable. The couch breaks apart into 3 types of pieces, seats, arms and backs. You can change them around into any style you want. When I have guests over I keep it as a chaise lounge. When I want to watch a movie, I can change it into a movie lounger. Why hasn't anyone else thought of this??? 2) You purchase fabric for the couch. You can change it to any color/pattern/fabric style that fits your mood and/or environment. Most of the fabrics are machine washable and pet/kid friendly. 3) There is a lifetime warranty. Enough said. The store has many different products you can try out. There is an in store designer that can walk you through the entire process and give you demonstrations on how the couch works. They have tons of fabric swatches and you can literally design your dream couch. Another added plus is that since the couch comes in multiple pieces, it makes moving and/or moving it around very simple. Want to move the couch to your basement? Easy! If you just want a bean bag chair and you want sooner than a month, do not order from LoveSac. I ordered a CitySac for my special needs son. I was told it would ship in 7-10 business days. The fine print? It may ship from Canada. Pieces will ship separately. And if they don't honor the 10 business day commitment? Customer service will not only barely apologize, they will tell you to be thankful for free shipping and refer you to said fine print on the receipt. I really wanted to rate these folks higher because the salesperson, Sven, was exceptionally helpful in walking through options and providing advice. However, it is seven weeks since I placed my order and I am still waiting on the basic 3x3 sectional sofa modular inserts, which aren't even customized. I received a "your items have shipped" note 3 weeks ago and despite 3 calls this week, each promising a call back, the call backs never happen. Four days ago I finally got a "we will be reaching out to you tomorrow to schedule delivery" call, presumably from the delivery service, and that never happened. Also two emails to corporate help ("arealperson@lovesac") which have gone unanswered. This office appears to have serious problems with their local 3rd party delivery service and either no ability to fix it or no interest in fixing it, and little regard for my inquiries as shown by not calling back with status as promised. This is after the question of why their basic building block sectional units, which are identical regardless of sofa, should take 7 weeks to begin with. I can understand delays on custom upholstery, given their wide selection. But not on the plug and play parts. This company and its franchise clearly have serious logistics and customer relations problems, which might be understandable if we weren't paying a "modularity" premium for what is ultimately mid-range furniture. We have been considering a Love Sac Sactional for awhile. On April 18th, we went to the showroom in Tysons and the first employee we spoke with was extremely unhelpful. He showed no interest in actually showing us the products. He basically just let us in the store and then went back to the front to talk to the other employees. We left the store quite upset and went back later that day to ask specific questions. That's when Ashley stepped in. She let us in the store, explained the products, showed us the storage seats, showed us different options and fabrics, and helped us decide how many components we needed using the blocks. I am so glad we went back because we would not have made a purchase after leaving the first time. Ashley was friendly, attentive, patient and answered all our questions. We did not make a purchase that day because of the delivery timeline. However, Ashley's attitude did not change at all after she realized that we wouldn't be making a purchase. Product isn't bad but i guess I wouldn't know for sure since I am still waiting for it to be delivered!! I lost count of how many times i called the store so they can give me a solution but the staff seem very incompetent! They told me It would take a MAXIMUM of two weeks for me to receive my furniture, well It's been three! Now i wouldn't complain if they at least knew when the product will get to the warehouse but they don't even know that! So unless you don't mind getting your couch by christmas, i would say think twice before you visit this store. read more

This review is specifically regarding my experience at this particular store. Enough people have posted enough things about the product itself so I won't go into that except to say that husband and I have three sacs and just purchased a sactional, so we obviously like the stuff. We knew what we wanted before we went into the store, which helped, of course. We didn't know for sure what fabric and if now was the time to buy, despite us discussing it for a while now. Wesley took his time to sit and talk with us, demonstrate the easy cleaning of the fabric we chose, showed us the (amazingly minimal) amount of (repairable) damage a customer had done to another cover (after 2.5 years and some seriously abusive behavior to the poor thing), and generally made me feel good about our decision to buy. The salespeople there do NOT work on commission, which I love. Wes sells the product well because he believes in it, not because he makes a fat stack of cash if he foists it off on someone. I purchased a sectional at this store with my boyfriend in November 2015. In store assistance and customer service has been superb. They answered every question very patiently, and make an effort to be attentive to every customer that comes in. Most of the pieces came much sooner than quoted. We had a tiny problem with tracking #s and straggling shipment of pillows, & didn't get an answer via email to corporate, but a call to the store and they looked into it for us immediately and it was resolved without a problem. I love our Sactional and it has stood up to two pre-teen boys and two dogs, without looking any worse for the wear so far. It is pricey, but I think the value is there for the money. read more

Worst Investment Ever Made I purchased a seven piece Sactional after six months of research and comparisons with other companies; two years after purchase I can say without hesitation this has been the worst investment I have made for my home. What sold me on LoveSac was the versatility they claimed was possible with the modular configuration. While I have been able to rearrange the configuration there are limitations when it comes to using the footpads as they only come in squares and for many configurations, to join the bases securely, an L shaped foot pad is required. These do not exist and you either have to leave a wooden corner exposed (endangering all toes everywhere) or purchase an additional foot pad (at a cost of $40) simply to ensure even support. The wide variety of fabric selection is great, however, anything above basic fabrics (which are not desirable) renders the cover ineligible for return or exchange. The fabrics are all billed as machine washable and pet/stain resistant. I have had decent luck in washing the covers when paw prints appear, however, several seat cushions have been permanently ruined when individuals wearing leggings have sat on them. I have a white woven fabric which grates all athleisure fabrics (and who doesn't live in leggings or yoga pants these days) and the resulting pilled fabric is impossible to remove from the cushions, even with a sweater fuzz/pill "razor." Perhaps cushions in a different fabric would be more accommodating, but given it would cost close to $2,000 to replace the seat covers it is cheaper for me to buy a whole new sofa with a trusted brand. As for comfort, I agree with each review that notes these couches are not for lounging or TV viewing. The two velcro strips along the bottom of the seat cushions is flimsy at best and does not keep the seat cushions from slipping. For this price point I expect cushions that stay solidly in place when sat on. In the chaise lounge configuration (two seats deep by one seat wide) a persons center of gravity is placed over the separation between the cushions and they end up sinking in between the cushions, down to the base, without fail. It is horrible to have to get up approximately every 20 minutes to put the cushions back in place and attempt to lay comfortably. This has been true for individuals ranging in height from 5' 2" to 6" 3' and weights of 120 - 225. Not one guest has been comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting on these couches, which is extremely disappointing given they were purchased for a media room. If I could return these couches I would do so in a heartbeat, and if I could go back in time and prevent myself from making this choice I would. Quite simply put, these couches have been the worst financial decision I have ever made and their subpar quality has affected the quality of life I used to enjoy in my home. I am no longer able to truly relax in my house and enjoy the TV or a movie, or even a glass of wine and conversation with a friend. I look forward to the day I can afford to purchase a new couch made for daily use and not for show, until then I will continue to pay off an item I rarely use. I'm giving this a 1 though, because every aspect of customer service after the sale is horrendous. Literally the worst, and when you pay the money you do for their pieces (which is exorbitant) it's unforgivable. From lengthy delays, to problems with delivery, to the store ignoring requests from the national office regarding returns (because, if you buy from the store the national corporate office can't issue a refund, or do anything else with your order), it's been the pits. The corporate folks I spoke with actually were pretty nice, but as they have organized the business structure, it puts authority in the hands of the franchise and the franchise won't help you. I never expected to find a sofa that my wife (short) and I (tall) would enjoy at a store named Lovesac but we were nicely surprised and then the excellent customer service kicked in and we were REALLY impressed. Moving from Northern Virginia to Florida was going to present enough problems but for Sven, it was no big deal. We ordered our sactional, had it delivered and set up in our new place in Florida and have been enjoying it ever since. Now that all sounds easy, but Sven busted his butt to make sure everything was timed perfectly, that unexpected delays (our renovations weren't complete when Lovesac was ready to deliver) were accommodated and even helped us arrange for assembly, once again on our delayed schedule all while he was in northern Virginia and we were in Florida. Bought a black leather couch from the. A year ago. The quality is ok. It is definitely not worth their high price tag. The idea of being able to rearrange the sections is cool but a hassle to do. There is a reason why they use small wooden blocks for the in store demonstration instead of using an actual couch. Once you put the couch together, you will never want to do it again. If the price was less, it wouldn't be such a bad value. Otherwise, it's not a bad looking couch. It is surprisingly comfortable tho. read more

Bought a 4x5 Sectional from the Tysons location a few weeks ago. Good things: The store is immaculate, the staff are approachable and kind. Their product lines are genuinely top-notch and quality. Selection alone is a great reason to consider buying from Lovesac. Bad things: Since our order was delivered piecemeal from different warehouses around the country, we had to assemble and disassemble our couch several times to finish putting everything together. Our covers came several days after our bases/sides, leaving our material subject to damage/usage. Our covers came with half of them IN THE WRONG MATERIAL. We had to send them back (after several back-and-forth phonecalls with Tysons) via FedEx (which also didn't pick them up when we were told they would). Great things: We still think our couch is perfect for our home. It serves that beautiful space between form and function that you want in a big piece of furniture that's supposed to last a long time. Our lovely Lovesac rep comp'd us a cupholder for enduing trouble with our order ($50 value!) 0% APR for 48 months made buying a very expensive piece of furniture more palatable. I am torn about writing this review because I really love Lovesac furniture. I purchased a sactional for my basement a couple years ago and loved it so much that I decided to buy some more pieces for another room in my house. On Black Friday I purchased 14 pieces and had good customer service. Frustratingly, that was the end of the good customer service. At that point Sven, the manager took over. Sven was supposed to call me back no less than 6 times because my order became a royal cluster. He didn't call back to let me know if the order could be expedited. He didn't call me back when I still had not received notice that the order had actually been placed this time. He didn't call back when I needed to find out an approximate week for delivery. He didn't call back when I only received part of the order. He didn't call back when I WENT to the store to find out if the other pieces had actually been ordered. He especially didn't call me back when I told him I expect a discount for my trouble. I suggest going to another location or as someone else suggested, ordering online. read more

She listened to everything we needed and helped us find what we were looking for. Very thorough in her knowledge of the products. We were debating prices and possible promotions they would have in the future before we purchased; Jasmine said she would do research on what promotions they were going to have and when they would have them and call us at home. Most stores never call you back and answer all your questions, but she called me back in 1-2 days. When all our questions were satisfied, we went back there and purchased from her directly. Made 2 trips here: 1st trip was to scope out the place and was pleasantly surprised by the great customer service from the assistant mgr (Niki, I think). She was helpful and informative. After reading and watching youtube vids about the Lovesac, I made my 2nd trip a few days later to buy. We were met by Rishat who was also very helpful and offered advice on configuration and material selection. We purchased a sactional (4 bases and 5 sides) and a pillowsac pkg (rocker, pillowsac, cover and 2 throw pillows) at a pretty good discount (but still pricey!). Rishat helped load up my truck. The few peeps complaining about bad customer service musta got lemon salespeople cuz all the ones I saw were helpful (either helping me or asking incoming customers if they needed help or info). I ordered my custom made Lovesac back in February and it arrived in May. A third party delivery company (Fidelitone) was set up to both deliver and assemble the pieces, as I was not about to give that a go. LOL So, I receive delivery of the 9 pieces on a Friday, but I would not allow the guys to perform the assembly, as they were FILTHY from having moved all day. They were also both sweating profusely, as it was an unusual 95 degrees that day. My delivery was around 3:30pm. One of the guys started by removing some plastic and immediately got one of my cushions dirty. I stop them immediately and we call Fidelitone. I let the Fidelitone rep know that, between the dirt, dust and sweat, I am not going to allow the guys to assemble the Lovesac. I convey to them that I paid far too much money to have it dirtied on the very day it is delivered by the very people delivering it! Neither of the reps I speak with are particularly friendly or helpful, but they finally agree to reset the date to Monday just to have the pieces assembled (all of the pieces were already unboxed and in my home). The rep tells me they can't guarantee that I will be the first stop on the schedule and that no one can override the schedule manually. I tell them that i don't want to keep wasting anyone's time, but if the next guys are dirty and sweaty, I will turn them away as well. They claim they that they can only make a request, but assure me that those requests are typically fulfilled. That Monday, I arrange time off from work to be home between the given hours of 10am - 2pm. 2 o'clock comes and goes and I hear nothing from Fidelitone. A few minutes after 2pm, I call to inquire about the whereabouts of the assembly people and I'm first told that they came and went. I say that is absolutely not true, as I have not left my house all day. I'm placed on hold for about 15 minutes and when the rep comes back, she tells me that I had been removed from the schedule and then added back and that my new time is from 4 - 7pm. This day and Friday, there was never any apology from any rep for the inconvenience, the miscommunications, the misinformation, nothing. Just borderline nasty attitudes and unhelpfulness, as though they are doing me a favor to deliver and assemble this very expensive furniture. I inform them that I feel it very likely that the new assembly people will also be dirty and that I will turn them away if they are. I also tell them that everything that has happened is absolutely unacceptable and that I'm also going to call Lovesac and inform them of what is transpiring. My next call (around 2:15 or so) is to the Tyson's corner Lovesac, where I purchased my pieces. Sven picks up the phone. I remind him that he assisted me the very first time I entered the store and spent the next 2 or so hours answering my countless questions, showing me swatches and generally showing a lot of love for the products and the company itself. I express to him that I am highly frustrated and recount all that occurred on Friday and just a few minutes prior to our call. He listens intently and tells me that I have every right to be upset and that Fidelitone should have done a much better job, as they are reflective of Lovesac (I completely agree!). He apologizes sincerely for my inconvenience and frustration and asks me how far away from the store I am located (I'm about 3 minutes away). He asks me to sit tight while he calls and cancels the assembly people and says that he himself or another store employee will come over to assemble everything in the next hour or so. I finally breathe a sigh of relief. A few minutes later he calls back to update me and then he shows up at my house within the next hour. He puts everything together perfectly and quietly, all while I am stuck on a conference call for work. Several of the covers are damaged, so he orders new ones without me having to ask. He makes sure that the nap of the velvet is facing in the same direction. When I get off my call, he takes the time to show me how everything works for this absolutely gorgeous furniture. He puts an extra piece under the foundation for me. He moves the sofa around a bit so that I can decide the best spot for it. He patiently waits while I field multiple calls from the Fidelitone assembly person whom Fidelitone never even bothered to call and inform that the job was canceled. He rearranges the ottoman in another direction to show me why it works better the original way he assembled it. He then arranges it back to the original formation once I agree. In short, Sven exhibited the utmost in professionalism, initiative, patience, helpfulness, good judgment and friendliness. He ultimately made me feel very glad that I had ordered from Lovesac and essentially erased the VERY negative experience I had with Fidelitone. I have already recommended Lovesac to my friends and family because of my experience and I look forward to enjoying it and buying more pieces in the future! read more

We ordered the super sac, super sac and squataman. Over $1600 we spent. The original manger Trey said we would be covered for life. We followed all the instructions and they never fluffed like the one in the store. We contacted them at the store and thru customer service they told us the manger quit and that they will send 10lbs of fluff but that still did not fix the problem. The new manger Doug was able to get an exchange for us to return the sacs for a store credit in which we spent another $1,000 for the sactionals. So we ordered 4 sides and 3 seats - after a month process, our son sitting on the floor we got a notice that they were being shipped out. They sent us 7 sides - a epic mistake on their part. Now another waiting game. I will also say leaving a message for the manger we never get a call back. I am furious and irate with their customer service and lack of responsibility to customer. read more

We purchased the 6x9 sectional configuration, great quality and looks great. The pieces can be added/changed/removed per need. Pieces can be easily moved from room to room. Great customer service by the Tyson's Corner employees especially CINDY and WESLEY. Cindy helped us with lot of configuration questions. Wesley came and replaced a slightly damaged piece the very same day we made the call, demonstrated and shared valuable installations tips. At first we were impressed with the company. Great showroom service. Easy to deal with and responsive. We had a month to family was visiting and needed new furniture to fit folks. The sales people said two week delivery, we got our products in 6 days - great. However, there was a misunderstanding and we were missing a deep side needed for our configuration. We set up an exchange for the regular side and the deep side and also ordered a deep cushion. Return labels came fedex picked up the boxes and I confirmed they were received by Lovesac three days later. Ok, because of the mistake they agreed to expedite the replacement order. A week went by, then it was two weeks, then four more days went by. During this time I placed numerous calls to the store and customer service and got zero answers. I also went to the store personally twice. We were told that the order was in shipping but they were busy. Our store sent a message to attempt to find out the status, but got no reply. The customer service SUCKS on all levels only at the Lovesac store in Annapolis. It's much better at the other Lovesac's but when I came into this store checking on an item which was already purchase the sales rep use of words and body language was very inappropreate. In short they are very rude. This isn't the first time either because I made a few purchases or product estimating here a few times and most the time met with poor customer service. I do like the lovesac furniture which I brought a 4 bases and 5 side sectional six series after looking at it for sometime. The only thing is that Lovesac is pretty expensive and its better to wait until some type of holiday when they have a special on the sectionals. Even with whatever special they have the furniture is still expensive in my eyes. Another thing is that they can offer deals to go along with your purchase of any sectional like free pillows, free side or cup holders. So if they haven't offered you anything make sure you ask, if they don't just got to another store until you get the best offer. read more

Their customer service is not good. I ordered my sofa in early March and it still hasn't arrived. The covers are backordered, they say. This wouldn't be a problem in general, I understand sometimes demand outweighs supply, but for the lack of communication about it. I had to call them to find out what was going on with my order. I did this after is didn't arrive two weeks after ordering it. I think for the amount you have to pay for these sofas, that the onus shouldn't be on me to continually check in about the status of my order. An email update isn't that hard to send. If I didn't actually like the concept of the product so much I would have cancelled the order. read more

I have been walking by this store for years. My daughter has always wanted one of their lovesacs but I couldn't justify the cost. Well, a few months ago my 4 very large and cute doggies busted the wood frame on my current couch. If I was going to buy a new one I wanted something sturdy. We went into the store and spoke with Rishat. He was wonderful. He took the time to show me how sturdy the sactionals were build and that they were guaranteed to stand up to my dogs. He even showed me the best cover for a house full of pets. While we were talking about the couch, my daughter was on a supersac falling in love. I decided to surprise her with the supersac. I ordered it without telling her and set it up one day while she was at school. She loved it. The dogs love it. I love it. A few weeks later they were having a sale and I sucked it up and got the series 6 sacational and a moviesac. We had everything delivered to the house we are moving into next month. Last night we went over and set up the sacational. It was not hard at all. Before doing it - I watched the videos on YouTube - that made it a lot easier! I also communicated thru email with Mike Cano from their CT office. He is amazing. He emailed me a pdf of tricks and tips for putting it together. So helpful. And when I had a stupid question on Memorial Day, I emailed him and emailed me back. Such wonderful customer service. I can not say enough wonderful things about everyone I have come in contact with in this company. I will be sure to post a follow up review in a few month to let you know how the couch is holding up! As for the supersac - the first week we had it my daughter slept in it. Now it is a fight to see who gets on it first - her or the dogs. The super sac is large but my dogs are huge - not everyone can fit on it together. But there is enough room for her and two 100 plus pound dogs. My husband and I love it too, but we don't get to sit on it that often - it is always occupied. Once we get set up in the new house we shouldn't have any issues - we will have the supersac, the moviesac and the sacational. Can't wait! read more

Although their sacs are great, there promotions are less than honorable. Anyone you bought in on their Black Friday 50% off sale was BAMBOOZLED! They use a random retail price to justify their 50% sale when in reality their every day prices are at least 30% less than that listed retail price. They quote sacs retailing at $1000 when they sell those same sacs for $500-$700 depending on cover grade. After its all said and done, your actual discount was only about 10%, give or take. They should be ashamed!! read more

I'm outraged at your customer service to someone who has purchased a product of yours. Customer Service rep Mike told her that should be thankful that shipping is free and that she should have read the fine print on them not honoring their stated shipping times. How would you feel if you were doing everything in your power to make your terminally ill 3 year old comfortable and this is the customer service you received?
