A number of the mom and pop stores are greatly feeling the burn. These are not cheap rugs. While the quality of the rugs looked great, the prices weren't as low as I'd have hoped for the "75% off" advertised in the window. Most pieces don't have prices listed on them so there's no way to compare the original price with the discount. For a 9x12 rug he didn't mention any under $3,000... while the rugs seemed of good quality, I'm not convinced the original price was $12,000 for wool rugs. I was frankly hoping the price would be half of what was quoted. I'll still give them 5 stars because if you can afford it, the quality does seem good and staff super nice. He even urged us to take it home for a couple of days and then just pay him if we liked it. Clearly wants to ensure all parties are happy.

In fact, I'd go as far as to say it was dirtier after their supposed cleaning. they Scheduled the pick up and came after that time agreed, a neighbor caused an stain that I thought it was their dog, but they said it was their drink!! who knows, I have left the rug outside my office for them to pick it up, but I called first to let them know what happened and they said they will take care of it, they did not!!. To make matters worse, the customer service was atrocious. When I reached out to express my dissatisfaction, they were dismissive and unresponsive of my complain even though I sent a before and after picture. It's clear that they do not value their customers' concerns or take responsibility for their subpar work. I also noticed a lack of attention to detail in their handling of my rug. It was returned in a hasty, crumpled state, which is inexcusable for a professional cleaning service. In summary, my experience with Hadeed Carpet was a complete letdown.
