There was no indication on the outside of the box to not use a knife or box cutter. I reached out to the company and they blamed me and said they would send a replacement for $600+. They did not take accountability for not have a better plan for packaging and providing information for opening the box. I understand how I opened the box was not ideal, but I am not sure how I was supposed to know. The cost of replacement seemed ridiculous for plastic mesh. I will no longer order from them.

I cannot tell you how nice this fellow was...did not give us a big sales pitch (the fence samples speak for themselves) and he completely understood the $ would be a stretch for us. He never once made us feel like ours was a piddly little job compared to the mega high dollar jobs he often does. Did I mention he was incredibly nice....? So we earned lots of reward points on our AMX and have been smiling ever since! BEST DECISION we have made in years! The process was painless...we debated the color and are delighted we chose the deep green. ... about six weeks later it.took two days to install. I wish I could remember the names of the two men who came out to install...talk about "top shelf whisky"....they had to be the A crew...happy. friendly and totally knew their craft. You would never have known they were here. All that hand digging and precision measuring...and they "left not a trace" during the install. The process was a breeze and the result was perfection.
