Save your time and money and order online - unless you want absolute terrible customer service and your mattress on the floor for four months. Ordered a king size mattress with a bed frame to match. The sales associate said "yeah we will get both shipped to you this weekend" after he closed the sale he immediately calls me the next day and says the bed frame won't be in until mid March - I believe his name was Joe. To give him credit, he gave it to me at the queen size price (got a king) and decided to wait. It's now April 1st with NO SIGN of my bed frame being delivered- not even a follow up call! I decided to call in to check the status of my delivery as they promised mid March and another gentleman picked up who seemed to not know what was going on. Eventually after going back and fourth he said he would call joe and call me back - I'm still waiting on that call back. UPDATE: the sales associates name is LEE. I decided to give them a call back and he proceeded to have a screaming match with me over the phone denying ever hanging up in my face/never calling me back! STELLAR customer service! If I could I would have refunded every penny I spent here at this awful store. Part #1: Buying a mattress - The Arlington MW has an extensive selection from which to choose. We really appreciated Amir and Rolondo's assistance in the purchase of our mattress although we recognize that once they got our credit card info, the customer service stopped. We originally rated MW a 5 based on the initial experience, and because they asked us to provide a review, but just read on... Part #2: Delivery day - the delivery company called and arrived on time but then the driver informed us that they could not take away our old mattress because of a stain (a coffee spill in 2009) because of "COVID restrictions." (picture attached) He called his dispatcher who was an incredibly rude robot who could only repeat (4 times) the line "we cannot remove a mattress with a stain." In response to the question of what options do we have... her response was the same. The delivery men basically ran out before we could anything. We called Amir who said he would speak with his district manager about the removal of our mattress and that he would call back that day. Needless to say - no call back, and we have a king size mattress still sitting in our bedroom. After spending nearly $6000 with this firm, their so-called "white glove delivery" is anything but customer friendly; it's insultingly rude. I would turn to a more reputable firm in the future. Part #3: Dashed hope - on Weds Nov 30th we received an email, text message, and voice mail from the delivery service stating that they will pick up the old mattress on Friday between 10 AM - 1 PM. We thought great, our messages had gotten through and they were correcting their mistake. On Friday the delivery truck called when they were "10 minutes away"; two hours later - no show. I called the delivery service and was told that some peon, John Gibson had recalled the delivery service and they wouldn't be picking up the mattress. Three voicemails later, this Gibson person refuses to return my calls. We called Mattress Warehouse and spoke with the District Manager, Winston who said that he never heard of them coming back to pick up a stained mattress. SOMEONE made a decision - emails, text messages, and voicemails don't just trigger and the delivery truck was on its way until Gibson recalled it. Winston was going to look into it on Friday and get back to us within two hours - no calls and after we left messages - again no return phone calls. Several subsequent phone calls have not been returned. Just presenting the facts - if customers choose to deal with this shady business - buyer beware! read more

I'm not sure I'd recommend this company overall, but I 100% recommend working with Hicham if you do decide to buy a mattress here. I walked into this location very angry after a negative experience I had at the Bailey's Crossroads location. Hicham immediately began to correct that bad experience by letting me try as many mattresses as I wanted for as long as I wanted. He left me alone so that I could concentrate on how the mattresses felt. When I told him I needed to think about it, he was completely gracious and didn't pressure me into buying a mattress that day like I had been pressured at the other location. All told, I visited seven mattress stores (and this location three times) before I purchased, and Hicham was a big factor in my decision to purchase a mattress here. I ended up missing my delivery because I have poor service in my apartment, so Hicham went way above and beyond and actually delivered the mattress and boxspring to my apartment himself. He even took away my old mattress set! I ultimately needed to exchange boxsprings since my bed was too high with the regular boxspring, and he helped me with that transaction as well, taking my information over the phone so I did not have to go back into the store. He also left a note in the order that I have bad cell service, so the delivery guys texted me to let me know they were coming when they were on their way to do the exchange! I can't say enough good things about Hicham. He is a true professional and a very caring individual, and he made my mattress buying experience about as good as it could have been! read more

When I arrived, the workers barely acknowledged I was there, and when I asked about a specific model, they just pointed me to the corner and told me to take the mattresses out myself and lay them down on the floor. I went here for a veteran's day sale ad they put in the Sunday paper. It advertised a price for a full mattress at $199 each piece. I just wanted a mattress and not a boxspring. When I arrived at the store there was a sign on the door that said back in 5 minutes and the door was locked. I waited out in front in the cold for about 5 minutes. I was ok with that because it was one guy working and he probably had to use the restroom. When he let me in I told him exactly what I wanted. He took me over to look at the mattress and asked if I was getting the boxspring. I said no. He said that the price was only if you nought the set. I asked him to show me where it said it on the ad. He couldn't show me. He said that that was just how it was. I said that that was deceptive advertising. If it was only the price if you bought both it should say so. I went to leave and he asked me to sit down and fill out paperwork and we could work something out. I said the only way it would work out is if I leave the store with the right mattress for $199. He kept saying that I should air down and we would work it out. I told him I wasn't interested in his bait and switch and left. I will not be back. read more

Came here at short notice over the weekend to purchase a full memory foam mattress. The guy who worked there called Hicham was very helpful and led us exactly to what we needed and for a very good price. He was not pushy (which always worries me at these places) and made sure we were satisfied with the product. We purchased our mattress in January 2021 and told of the price match guarantee. When we returned home from purchasing the mattress we found a lower price and my husband returned to the store in person before it was delivered and was told that the match would be honored. When it was not, he then called back and spoke to the manager 2 weeks later and discussed the situation who told him it would be processed. I then called back on March 8, 2021 and spoke to the manager again who said it would be processed. We had no response or refund on our credit card. Thus we filed with American Express to dispute the charge for $212. Mattress Warehouse claims we never went to the local store and is denying the claim (now May 21st 2021. This is terrible customer service as we have now contacted the local store 3 times, disputed the charge with AMEX and now have to open a re-dispute. I would never purchase a mattress from this store again and would not recommend anyone else do so. They do not follow their advertised price match guarantee and have now wasted hours of our time trying to obtain our $212. read more

Ordered a boxspring and paid the delivery fee (~$90). Waited for the item for the entire day on Saturday for a no show. Followed up with the store manager who I placed the order over the phone with and he informed me that the item was back ordered and no one was able to reach out to me to tell me because it was his day off. I then explained that the only way I wouldn't cancel the order was if the delivery fee was waived. The store manager said that since the item was a low price that he couldn't waive the delivery fee and said he would call me back. No response. I called back a few days later and asked to cancel the order. The amount was never credited back to me and I never received an invoice. I'm currently disputing the charge with my credit card company. This is the worst place ever. I bought a bed that cost me at least $1000. They told me the bed comes with 10 years of warranty if anything happens to the bed they would replace it at no cost. It has been one year since I got the mattress and the middle of the mattress in sinking in already. I asked them to warranty my bed and they said they couldn't do that. I wasted a lot of money on this bed and they also turned out to be liars to get my money. I don't know who they think they are, but they really don't care about customers, all they care about is your money. They will make anything up to take away your money, they will not warranty anything. This is a horrible place to go, please do not go there. This was the first time we bought a spring mattress and despite our expectations, it was a good experience, thanks to the salesman, Amir, who was a good businessman, and in the same time, very honest and helpful professional. We really did not intend to buy our mattress in that particular store, nor we had a good idea where to look. One night, we just stopped by because it was on our way home. We, as a couple, have a type of personality that is not in favor of driving around from one store to another and wear ourselves out, but also consider ourselves smart shoppers who cannot get fooled easily. There, he explained everything for us and offered us a very good package with tax and delivery that was very attractive. We later did a little bit of research and found out that the price was right in comparison to other competitors and so we were convinced that there is no need to even go elsewhere. I went in to buy a tempur-pedic mattress and found there were ones being closed out at real bargain prices. In the end, I purchased a showroom model with an ergo base for less than half the cost of a new, non-showroom one. The staff worked with me to get the best price and included free delivery (even though that isn't normally offered on close out, showroom models).
