The Quilt Shop of McLean restored two century-old family quilts and did an absolutely amazing job…read more When I brought them in, they'd spent at least 50 years stored in closets. They were dirty and the fabrics had degraded. The team at the shop found beautiful fabrics to replace the damaged squares and bindings and sewed them so beautifully we had a hard time seeing which were new and which were original. They saved these beautiful heirlooms for several more generations to enjoy. I can't recommend them enough!

Prior to this, we had someone affiliated with Costco come out to quote us for roller shades, and the experience was tense and rushed (and the quote was much pricier). During the Budget Blinds consultation, Nathan walked us through everything as if we were his only client and provided us various options as a solution to our irregular windows (literally each window was a different size, but despite how tedious the job was, Nathan was patient and amazing). We did have to wait a few months for our roller shades to come in, but in 2022 this seemed to be the case for most places. The shades have been nothing but perfect since getting them installed. We loved them so much, our SIL got her blinds from here a year later and had a fabulous experience as well. Would definitely recommend!

The…read moreease of making an appointment, to the home visit by the designer and installation of our new blinds was one of the most pleasant and positive business experiences we've had recently. We needed to have old mini blinds replaced in a bay window in our breakfast nook as well as the blinds in the one window in our master-bath. The designer, Michael arrived at our home promptly, helped us to select the perfect blinds for our needs, and he didn't try to push us in to buying more blinds than we needed (something I was worried might happen). Coordinating all this was Diane. A pleasure to work with, she coordinated all the appointments and answered all our questions. Our blinds arrived sooner than expected, and the gentlemen who came to do the install was professional, and cleaned up all the packing material from the blinds. This is a business that we look forward to working with again, and would highly recommend them for any of your window treatment needs.

I was informed that, because the furniture was custom-built and imported from Europe, there would be a long lead time of about four months, which I accepted. However, delivery now does not seem likely anytime soon. I asked the store to confirm ETA in July 2026, but they have refused or failed to act with any urgency. At this point, I intend to cancel the order, and I would not recommend this store to others. I did not expect this level of service from a retailer located in a high-end mall like Tysons Galleria and charging thousands of dollars.

Huge store with lots of color segmented tile options with prices clearly marked. Just started shopping so not sure how the prices are but we were able to find some options that would work. Not a very customer service oriented vibe. One person at a computer terminal alone didn't even acknowledge us nor did others who were helping others. I did notice a few other customers like us, went in looked, no one asked if we needed help and left like us. Gap has greeters to make sure that they "touch" each customer that comes in. Would not go back.
