We ordered lunch for a meeting that was scheduled be to be picked up at 12 pm. I arrived at 11:55 am and told the employee working on the mobile orders the name the order was under. They told me that they were working on the order. I did not actually receive my order until 12:30 pm, after I repeated the name the under was order multiple times. I only received the order once I showed them a confirmation of my order, to which the employee responded "oh, that is a different name". Upon receiving the bag, the name was listed exactly as I had told the employee. There were three drinks included in the order, none of which were filled. I noticed the empty drink cups only after I had left. The order description listed on the side of the bag had only one of the order descriptions, and did not identify what drinks were included in the order. Since I was picking up an order placed by my boss, I was not aware of what had been ordered, and could not fill them myself. While I waited over 30 minutes for my order to be completed, I saw the employees working on other orders and filling up their drinks. The drinks that were ordered in the mobile order should have been filled up by staff and not by me. Not a good experience at this cava. read more

If this location was my first experience at a Cava, I would not eat Cava again. Ordered a bowl for pick up and though I picked it up within 10 min, it was cold and stale. The sauce was sloppily poured on top (this is new for me because any other time it comes on the side) and pieces of the greens in my bowl were viability rotten. Pita chips were also cold and stale. Picked up after helplessly howling through the to-go shelf (bc they actively ignore you otherwise) four times and they started making it at 12:40pm. I picked it up at 12:43pm. NEVER ORDER AHEAD. NEVER. They'll f up your order anyway trying to do it fast. Just line up and get your food. YES, the line is overwhelmingly long but it's not almost 40 mins after ordering your food to get it at a fast food place. I really love CAVA!!! Personally even more than Chipotle. The portion is very generous with the same price, and toppings have more variety and fresh. This location was big indoor and outdoor and pretty clean. The food took longer than usual, but not too long. If you get food and take it to their outdoor seating, you will be able to feel a little bit of Europe with the nice breeze :) There is a plenty of parking spot shared with shopping mall so the location is great as well read more

Good spot and friendly employees. You'll definitely get great customer service. This is a busy location, right off of route 7. Kudos to the staff as efficient, and a very clean restaurant. Also a comfortable dining area. Parking is a headache. They do have healthy foods. Their bowls have decent ingredients. For me it comes down to Mezeh. Taste is admittedly subjective. I rolled in here right at around 8pm and there was only one other customer in the restaurant. This made the ordering process fast and easy! I pretty much already knew what I wanted which is the same thing that I normally order. That would be the pure deliciousness Greek salad! Theirs comes with grilled chicken which is a rare thing on this type of salad, but I think that it definitely adds to the protein. It also has tzatziki, hummus, tomatoes, and interesting cucumbers. The crumbled feta cheese and Greek vinaigrette are really what make the salad so addicting. The employee behind the counter was great and he certainly knew what he was doing when he prepared this. I love Cava. But this location is just not good. I always use the app to order ahead, but 50% of the time they don't make the food until I arrive. They seem to prioritize walk-in customers over online customers, and the app's approximations on the time your food will be ready is completely off. Not sure why, but they also do not put mobile orders on the mobile order shelf. I would understand if this were in a different area, but this is in Tysons... I don't think people are stealing food left and right here. The Cava location in Vienna has no problems like this location does. I'm sure I will return here in the future since it's so close to me, but it's annoying that this location is not the best. Still, I love the food, which is why this is a 3 star review. read more

Love getting a generously loaded bowl of healthy deliciousness full to the brim! There are lots of options to choose from with the base (rice, lentils, greens), dips and spreads, hearty protein, toppings galore, and flavorful dressings. You really can't go wrong here and can easily double over for another meal. Quite a feat to conquer a bowl and glad mission accomplished! My go-to DIY bowl: Flavorful Saffron ice, lentils, spinach, hummus, roasted eggplant, crispy falafel, shredded romaine, feta cheese, corn, tomato and cucumber salad, pickled onion (1/2 serving size), crunchy pita crisps topped with garlic. What I skip: lemon herb tahini, roasted red pepper, and full serving size of pickled onions. The lemon herb tahini is quite subtle and the flavor gets lost with all the toppings while the spicy roasted red pepper is very bold and overpowers the bowl. There's always an abundance of pickled onions and request 1/2 the serving size. This Cava location is a bit more compact and hard to social distance with other customers at my heels. The staff rushed through my order. I prefer ordering at the McLean location on Chain Bridge Road. This isn't the best grab and go location. A redeeming factor of this location is the nice outdoor patio seating, which is quite rare at Cava. Would come back to enjoy a sit down lunch! read more

I highly recommend them! I got a bowl with super green salad mix, brown rice, chicken, roasted corn, cucumber & tomato mix, red roasted hummus, pickles onions, green dressing and yogurt dressing. Cava is my absolute favorite spot to grab a quick bite from. Every time I come home from school (Chicago, which doesn't have any CAVAs :/) I make it a priority to order a bowl again because I always miss it so much. The greens and grains bowls feel light but don't be fooled they can be quite filling. You can customize your choice of greens and grains, three dips, protein, toppings, and dressing. The bowl is a combination of veggies and protein which leave me feeling healthy and satisfied. I don't know if I was extra hungry or the portions got smaller (or both) bc I devoured my entire bowl but in the past I would only be able to finish a bit over half. But the bowl was $10, very reasonable in comparison to competitors which demand 40-50%+ more for a similar sized bowl. I am heading back to school in a week and will definitely miss this spot :') read more

A new location on leesburg pike in tysons area, we stopped by this location one evening to grab a quick dinner. Their menu is pretty standard with rice and greens bowl, pita sandwich and soups. The servers didn't care much about and were in a rush to get us out even when there was nobody else in line. I have cava plenty of times and I am not sure what happened here but this one gave us stomach cramps and left us feeling bloated. I've always loved coming to this cava but today's experience ruined it. Older lady with grey hair greeted me. I asked for super greens then kindly asked her if she can put the garlic dressing on it before i continued my order. She rolls her eyes, throws my bowl to the side & asks the person behind me what they would like. The lady behind me was just as confused as me, she then starts talking in Spanish to her coworker while rolling her eyes AGAIN.
