As Greeks, we know they're different items with different cooking methods and textures. The employee ended up getting him a gyro even though he wanted souvlaki. Not a huge deal, but it could definitely confuse customers who specifically want one or the other. Hopefully this is something management can clarify with newer staff going forward.
