He wasn't a fan of the lamb mix, but that is to be expected as he didn't grow up with it and hasn't learned to acquire a taste for it. Staff are really friendly here. Absolutely Unacceptable Customer Service - Deeply Disrespectful Experience I am writing this review with deep frustration and disappointment regarding the appalling customer service I received--not only from the staff but shockingly from management as well. The experience I had at this location was nothing short of disrespectful, dismissive, and unprofessional. The store's manager, Tasia, displayed an alarming lack of leadership, accountability, and basic customer service etiquette. Rather than addressing concerns with any sense of professionalism or care, I was met with rude remarks, passive aggression, and a total disregard for my experience as a customer. Her demeanor was not only off-putting, but it also clearly set the tone for the rest of the staff to follow, who acted with similar indifference and arrogance. What makes this situation even more disturbing is that when I attempted to follow up with corporate to resolve the matter, I was given a fake corporate number, effectively silencing my concerns. This shows a systemic issue--not just a bad apple at the store level, but a company culture that either enables or ignores this behavior entirely. Let me be clear: this was not a one-off misunderstanding. This was a clear pattern of disrespect, a refusal to de-escalate, and a complete failure in customer engagement. If this is how CAVA chooses to treat loyal, paying customers, I will make it a point to warn others before they waste their time and money. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and I am actively working to ensure corporate is made aware of this unacceptable experience. I recently visited Cava and was highly disappointed with the customer service. The staff seemed uninterested and disengaged, making the entire experience unpleasant.
