Ordered from here a few times, the online mobile app is very user friendly. I can add and remove whatever I want. If the food isn't that great I only have myself to blame. My favorite is the steak mezze salad with pita chips. Delicious! Picking up from the store has been an easy experience except for once when the pick up shelf was empty and I had to wait for them to put my items in the bag. I first tried Cava in Florida and fell in love. Unfortunately, I've ordered from this location twice and it's been significantly incorrect twice. First time, I received a chicken bowl rather than a bowl with falafel (and extra falafel) among other errors. I'm really on the fence with this place. It's a Mediterranean alternative to the worn out Chipotle. That being said, the portions are small and quite expensive. It was 1400 hrs on a Saturday afternoon and the place was filthy. Seats, floors, and tabletops covered in food scraps. The trash cans were overflowing and we won't even get into the condition of the bathrooms. All but one of the employees were brain dead zombies that more readily resembled homeless transients than food service professionals. May try Cava again but not at this location. read more

$23 shook when only ordered a pita wrap, drink, and a "little bit of tatziki" on side. They tried to charge me $3.50 for a "side" (less than 2 oz) of that sauce when I even asked for less. The kicker being that it would've been free if I asked for it directly in my pita. So I guess just don't ask for a little bit on the side of anything.
