My base was a mix of spinach and arugula. The toppings are what set Cava apart: tangy pickled onions, creamy hummus, and their legendary crazy feta that gives just the right kick. The dressings seal the deal. I recommend the harissa if you're in the mood for heat. Service was quick and friendlish, I ordered my meal ahead to go. When I walked inside the guy at the counter handed me my bag and I left. The space itself had that clean, modern vibe that makes for a cute lunch date. They also have outdoor seating available. My only issue with this visit is that none of the 3 hummus that was supposed to be in my bowl was there when I arrived home. Other than the missing part of my bowl, everything tasted crisp and vibrant. My meal was delicious. Definitely a go-to when you want take-out with healthy vibes. Kiara, was so nice, the customer service here was really good. I will say the brown and white rice at this location, the best I've had at any cava. It was fresh and soft. The other locations are doing it completely wrong. I was in the area and craving cava so I got my usual half and half rice bowl. Normally, those bowls last me 2-3 meals. I finished this one before making it home. Only thing is their pita was awful. I'm used to it being made fresh to order. Theirs was cold and hard as a rock. I threw it away. The young ladies serving also have a lighter hand than other locations and are stingy when adding toppings. I thought I was at Chipotle for a 2nd. Can't have it all. read more

I've heard so many good things about Cava and always see them on TikTok so i couldn't wait to try it! They are located next door to my new chiropractor so i stopped in after. Here's where the positive turned negative. Walked in and was not greeted, there was a guy standing off to the side of the register, a girl at the register, and a girl making the bowls. All 3 had attitudes. I walked up and said hi, girl replied " what type of base do you want?" Ummm this is my first time here no hello or nothing ?! They are worst then chipotle when it comes to the toppings, i had to ask for extra corn and she gave me half a scoop of that already tiny spoon. Majority of everything else was sold out. There wasn't a Youtube girly I watched that wasn't obsessed with Cava. I heard about it all the time. My issue was that I assumed because Cava replaced all of the Zoe's Kitchens here in GA, that they were the same. A few years ago, I got food poisoning from a Zoe's Kitchen so I was afraid to try Cava. After googling, I learned that while Cava did acquire Zoe's Kitchen, they were different. I decided to try it. OMG, I'm now obsessed with Cava too. To be fair, all I've tried is the chicken and rice bowl and I add extra hummus and garlic dressing. The grilled chicken is seasoned well and they give decent portions. I usually get extra chicken in my bowls and it's actually EXTRA chicken unlike Chipotle whose "extra" meat is what the regular portion should've been. I didn't get the guy's name, but this is April 22nd on a Wednesday between the hours of 7:30 and 8:00pm. Tall light skin yella fella. So focused on having fun personal conversations rather than the customers in front of him. Almost put the wrong thing in the lady's order in front of me. They were even whispering to themselves about how distracted he was. Then when I got to the front, no acknowledgment. He booted me to the side to service a young lady who got there after me. It seemed like he was maybe attracted to the girl because she got way better treatment than we did lol I mean trying to goo goo gah gah her baby and all. I had been passing by this place everyday and decided to stop in after work. I was able to park in front but it can get busy during lunch time since it's in a shopping center. They were playing some really chill music it's a calm space. You can build your own bowl or choose one from the menu or you can get it in a wrap (pita bread). I chose to build my own in a wrap. My protein was lamb and I added cucumbers, lettuce, avocado, lentils, olives, pickles, and tomatoes with the garlic sauce. It was quite messy but very tasty! My friend and I were standing outside the car tossing different food places in the air to eat at after our workout. A lady in the car next to us told us to try Cava and the way she described it we were sold. I ordered the Greek salad with the falafels. I through on a few toppings, one being pita strips. Those things were so stale I dang near broke a tooth so I just picked them all out and went back to enjoying my food. I asked for a sample of the lamb meat which was fire by the way. I truly enjoy the CAVA brand and the concept overall, but I continue to be disappointed by this particular location. Unfortunately, the issues seem consistent and ongoing. I've experienced cold food items (even those that should be served hot), undercooked lentils that overpower the bowl, and frequent shortages of key ingredients. Last night was the final straw -- my order had all three issues at once: a cold bowl, hard, crunchy lentils, and no chicken available. I ended up paying $17 for a lamb bowl that was practically flooded with undercooked lentils. This happened around 9 PM, and it makes me wonder -- if the restaurant has been open all day, shouldn't someone be checking the food quality and doneness? It's disappointing, especially since I know CAVA can deliver an excellent experience when things are done right. I just had surgery and can't drive so I ordered uber eats.uber eats only refunded me $5. Most of the ingredients in my bowl were missing including items I asked for extra. My first time ever at a CAVA. DO NOT ORDER TO GO HERE! I made my order for one bowl at 12:07. When I arrived there were 9 people ahead of me. I told them about my order and it wasn't ready. ALL 9 people made their bowls paid and left. My order still wasn't ready. I asked if I make my own drink and was told the cup would be in my bag, so I couldn't even make my drink while waiting. 6 more people entered, ordered, paid, and left. My bowl STILL was not ready. I finally received my order at 12:26. They forgot my drink cup, they gave me no utensils or napkins even though I put it in the order. They threw my pita into the bag naked. That was a horrible experience. Isn't Togo supposed to be faster? I gave 2 stars because the food was yummy at least. The strawberry citrus, and regular lemonade are VERY sweet. Their website let me pay for two chicken bowls for pick up, I arrive and they say they are out of both types of chicken. How? It's 6 PM! They say they can do falafel instead. They fully make the bowls, then say that they're waiting for the falafel from the kitchen. I am still standing here. 15 minutes after the pickup said it would be ready. It is also very dirty in here--like to an unsanitary level, in the visible part of the kitchen, the preparation counter, and drinks station. I've liked other, cleaner Cava locations, but I strongly advise to AVOID THIS LOCATION. EDIT: I added a star because the food wasn't bad. Upon ordering, I believe it was the owner who was present, I got the spicy lamb pita and asked for sauce on the side. He seemed a bit disgusted and condescendingly told me that it would be better on the pita....um, I believe I know how I like my food made (can't stand sauces dripping all over the place making the bread soggy). The cashier/other pita maker had an attitude upon getting the toppings. When I returned to the counter and asked for a knife (to cut the pita in half as it started to fall apart all over the place) he looked at me strangely and nastily told me that they don't have knives, as if this was some alien object I was requesting at a RESTAURANT. The lamb was profusely lacking in taste and a total disappointment!
