    Greens + Grains Bowl

I've heard so many good things about Cava and always see them on TikTok so i couldn't wait to try it! They are located next door to my new chiropractor so i stopped in after. Here's where the positive turned negative. Walked in and was not greeted, there was a guy standing off to the side of the register, a girl at the register, and a girl making the bowls. All 3 had attitudes. I walked up and said hi, girl replied " what type of base do you want?" Ummm this is my first time here no hello or nothing ?! They are worst then chipotle when it comes to the toppings, i had to ask for extra corn and she gave me half a scoop of that already tiny spoon. Majority of everything else was sold out. I won't be returning back to this location. Oh, Pita chips, fire. Bowl: romaine, saffron rice, tzatziki, crazy feta, grilled steak, harissa honey chicken, corn, pickled onions, cucumber, tomato and cucumber, feta, pita crisps, garlic dressing, and tahini Caesar. 2 bags of pita chips.

There wasn't a Youtube girly I watched that wasn't obsessed with Cava. I heard about it all the time. My issue was that I assumed because Cava replaced all of the Zoe's Kitchens here in GA, that they were the same. A few years ago, I got food poisoning from a Zoe's Kitchen so I was afraid to try Cava. After googling, I learned that while Cava did acquire Zoe's Kitchen, they were different. I decided to try it. OMG, I'm now obsessed with Cava too. To be fair, all I've tried is the chicken and rice bowl and I add extra hummus and garlic dressing. The grilled chicken is seasoned well and they give decent portions. I usually get extra chicken in my bowls and it's actually EXTRA chicken unlike Chipotle whose "extra" meat is what the regular portion should've been. One day, I'll try something different but for now, I'm content with my chicken and rice bowl.

DO NOT EAT HERE. Save your money. They were out of bowls, and I paid full price for half the food. The staff is inexperienced, and we were told the manager does not order enough supplies and food. They were out of mostly everything. It's really just a disaster in there honey. Go spend your money somewhere else.

Lunch buddy adventure! First time ever in a Cava. Won't be the last. Food was excellent and flavorful. Staff was friendly and courteous.. think that chicken sandwich place. And the place was clean. The only negative comment was my buddy said she would get the dressing on the side because she felt they used too much dressing. That is still a 5.

My friend and I were standing outside the car tossing different food places in the air to eat at after our workout. A lady in the car next to us told us to try Cava and the way she described it we were sold. I ordered the Greek salad with the falafels. I through on a few toppings, one being pita strips. Those things were so stale I dang near broke a tooth so I just picked them all out and went back to enjoying my food. I asked for a sample of the lamb meat which was fire by the way. I put the leftover sample right on top of my bowl! The guy helping us was very nice and took his time explaining how things were. It was a very clean and spacious spot loved that! I almost forgot, the Cucumber Mint refresher was BOMB!! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was outta respect for my almost cracked tooth lol

lol it was cute or whatever. Heard about this place from TikTok. It suppose to be better then chipotle but it's a big no for me then I was saying stuff like do yall got queso and they was like this ain't chipotle im like dang my bad I'm just asking. I just wanted some cheese idk what's this powder stuff they put on my bowl oh and the proportions please don't get me started this was $16! It was more lettuce then anything

    Chicken + Rice

I just had surgery and can't drive so I ordered uber eats.uber eats only refunded me $5. Most of the ingredients in my bowl were missing including items I asked for extra. I got chicken rice and lettuce and cucumbers. They didn't even make the standard rice bowl, and why is it in this weird bowl!!! And the rice is under cooked so I cant even eat what they did send! I'm starving and irritated!!!!!

Cava is solid in my books! A variety of spices and proteins to choose from along with the refreshments. The service from the team was also in flow, especially since it was rush hour. Cava is perfect for a quick bite and or to meet up with friends. If you are looking for healthier alternative, give it a try!

The service has always been really great, and the owner is genuinely nice and always ready for a pleasant conversation. But sometimes the food comes out... average at best? I really only come here when I have the taste for mediterranean fare but don't feel like cooking it since it's so nearby. There are some things they do well. I like their baba ganoush, hummus, and beet salad. But other things are a bit lackluster and the meats can be a hit or miss. Sometimes it's dry, other times it's succulent. The pita is toasted, but you can surely tell it isn't made fresh. My husband is obsessed with wings and even he said the wings served here are a BIG no. Also cannot recommend the fries, as they've been notoriously dry and cold. Perhaps we should not have expected good wings given that it's primarily mediterranean fare lol. The parking situation is also abysmal. They share a really small lot and the individual spots are poorly marked. This place is off of Briarcliff and the traffic is notorious for being bad, so that makes coming and going that much harder in a lot that's already a little treacherous. When the parking lot is full, it is like playing 2-ton Tetris. I'll also note that the hours can sometimes be a suggestion, and they unexpectedly close earlier than indicated (but will leave a handwritten note). This place seems to be a local favorite. The prices are nice. I just wish it was more reliable with taste and quality.

There was indoor and outdoor seating and we chose to sit outside as it was a beautiful night. We had amazing service, great food, in a really cute neighborhood. We were especially impressed with the staff, and we had a member come out more than once to check with one of the people dining with us who had food allergies to ensure that how they were offering the food would be safe for her. It was also impressive that this restaurant was so busy on a Monday night. There were three of us dining, and we didn't even order any of the meats, and there was plenty of food for us. From the Mazzes, we had the Omani Shrimp, which had a great dipping sauce and the Beet Carpaccio. (they were very accommodating and put the whipped feta on the side). For the Spreads, we did the hummus with mushroom, shisito and egg, which was amazing and the labneh with pickled fennel on the top. It's served with taftoun bread which I would describe as a mix of a cracker and pita with sesame on top. We also enjoyed a raw vegetable dish with radish and the most delicious apple slices. Their heirloom tomato salad was beautifully presented and plentiful. They had a flight of condiments and we were able to sample zhoug, spicy tahina and torshi, which was a mixture of pickled vegetables. We ended with a pistachio lava cake with the most delicious cardamon gelato. Overall, we had an amazing meal in their beautiful outdoor space, and we thought the food was really reasonably priced. There's something for everyone on this menu whether you're vegetarian, vegan or a meat eater.

We were greeted by smiles and a welcoming team at the host table and I quickly appreciated the Mediterranean charm of the restaurant -- I felt like I could have been in Rick's Cafe Americain or the Blue Parrot! The dim lighting offered a great blend of intimacy and privacy, while still letting me see the people at my table and the food! And the food! My goodness, the food! We had a wonderful sampling of shared appetizers. The hummus and Dill labneh were solid and would have been deemed more than worthy by my Lebanese grandmother! Olives were a revelation, and were done in a preparation that included pomegranate which paired really well with the brine of the olives! The star of the first round, however, was the whole cauliflower, roasted and spiced. Without reservation, I can say it is the most I have ever enjoyed cauliflower - and I shall return for it again! I was already full by the time my falafel arrived for my main course. Falafel was exactly as it was supposed to be, and it was good. I ate it all, and then, a la Violet Beauregard upon leaving the chocolate factory, had to be rolled out of the restaurant! Our server and his food runners were all gems! The manager also came by to chat with us a couple of times. Great people at Delbar!

We are big fans of Mediterranean food and found this place when we searched. When we walked in, we were greeted by a host and got sat pretty quickly. CL has been a dependable neighborhood choice out of the dozens of restaurants in Decatur. Before yesterday, my last visit there was 6 months ago. Yesterday, though, was surprisingly disappointing. Three of us met there to celebrate a birthday. To make a long story short: the problems were with the service, the food and the management. My friend ordered the special--Chicken Marsala- and was served another dish altogether! The dish that she ordered was not what she got. When she questioned whether or not she'd been served the right dish, TWO(!) waiters said that yes, it was indeed "Chicken Marsala" and that the (non-existent) mushrooms were "tiny" and "chopped up." After another couple of bites, my friend realized that she'd been served fish--not chicken! We alerted the server who took the plate away to the kitchen. She returned --with the plate admitting that she had put in the wrong menu "number," but that the kitchen and manager said that nothing could be done because my friend had eaten some of it. We asked if my friend could have what she originally tried to order (Chicken Marsala). The answer was "yes," but we were told that the MANAGER said that she would still have to pay for the mistake since she'd eaten some of it. The server acknowledged that she didn't know what the dish was supposed to look like. Apparently servers can only identify the "nightly specials" dishes by number and not by sight. In other words, the staff didn't (doesn't?) know WHAT they were bringing to the table! What happened to quality control and oversight? We asked if Cafe Lily would compensate my friend in some way for their mistake (comp that meal; offer to comp drinks, etc). We were also disappointed (and surprised) that the manager didn't come over to discuss what happened or to apologize for the mix-up. This is not a way to say "we care." To add insult to injury, when the bill came, we were charged not for what she actually had ordered, but for the dish that they had mistakenly served (and sent back to the kitchen)--which was more expensive! Additionally, the other meals (salmon and the moroccan chicken dish) were not particularly tasty (the salmon was not that fresh). Overall, it was an expensive (appx $200 for 3) and disappointing experience. Sadly, Cafe Lily seems to be slipping in quality and service. I am crossing this once reliable mainstay off our list.

The gyro wrap has plentiful gyro meat in it, on the other hand the bread itself is wet, which one can assume happens during preparation of the wrapping and the experience isn't particularly pleasant. The gyro meat itself is fine. Nothing about this gyro is really amazing, but also nothing is terrible. The price is $10 in 2025, which is reasonable for what it is.
