Kiara, was so nice, the customer service here was really good. I will say the brown and white rice at this location, the best I've had at any cava. It was fresh and soft. The other locations are doing it completely wrong. I was in the area and craving cava so I got my usual half and half rice bowl. Normally, those bowls last me 2-3 meals. I finished this one before making it home. Only thing is their pita was awful. I'm used to it being made fresh to order. Theirs was cold and hard as a rock. I threw it away. The young ladies serving also have a lighter hand than other locations and are stingy when adding toppings. I thought I was at Chipotle for a 2nd. Can't have it all.

I've heard so many good things about Cava and always see them on TikTok so i couldn't wait to try it! They are located next door to my new chiropractor so i stopped in after. Here's where the positive turned negative. Walked in and was not greeted, there was a guy standing off to the side of the register, a girl at the register, and a girl making the bowls. All 3 had attitudes. I walked up and said hi, girl replied " what type of base do you want?" Ummm this is my first time here no hello or nothing ?! They are worst then chipotle when it comes to the toppings, i had to ask for extra corn and she gave me half a scoop of that already tiny spoon. Majority of everything else was sold out. I won't be returning back to this location. Oh, Pita chips, fire. Bowl: romaine, saffron rice, tzatziki, crazy feta, grilled steak, harissa honey chicken, corn, pickled onions, cucumber, tomato and cucumber, feta, pita crisps, garlic dressing, and tahini Caesar. 2 bags of pita chips.

There wasn't a Youtube girly I watched that wasn't obsessed with Cava. I heard about it all the time. My issue was that I assumed because Cava replaced all of the Zoe's Kitchens here in GA, that they were the same. A few years ago, I got food poisoning from a Zoe's Kitchen so I was afraid to try Cava. After googling, I learned that while Cava did acquire Zoe's Kitchen, they were different. I decided to try it. OMG, I'm now obsessed with Cava too. To be fair, all I've tried is the chicken and rice bowl and I add extra hummus and garlic dressing. The grilled chicken is seasoned well and they give decent portions. I usually get extra chicken in my bowls and it's actually EXTRA chicken unlike Chipotle whose "extra" meat is what the regular portion should've been. One day, I'll try something different but for now, I'm content with my chicken and rice bowl.

The location of the CAVA I'm referring to.

This review isn't even about the food. It's about the service-- when I tell you the level of unprofessionalism and care was present lol it's ridiculous. I didn't get the guy's name, but this is April 22nd on a Wednesday between the hours of 7:30 and 8:00pm. Tall light skin yella fella. So focused on having fun personal conversations rather than the customers in front of him. Almost put the wrong thing in the lady's order in front of me. They were even whispering to themselves about how distracted he was. Then when I got to the front, no acknowledgment. He booted me to the side to service a young lady who got there after me. It seemed like he was maybe attracted to the girl because she got way better treatment than we did lol I mean trying to goo goo gah gah her baby and all. Then when he got to me, he literally just stood in front of me.... No "I'm sorry ma'am, what toppings or dressing"? Bump the "I'm sorry" he didn't say a word like "what do you want" even smh....... It be your own folk. Yes, I said it. We stay complaining about outsiders but can't even set an example in house. It's a shame. I've been to way better Cava's that's FOR SURE. They need retraining.

DO NOT EAT HERE. Save your money. They were out of bowls, and I paid full price for half the food. The staff is inexperienced, and we were told the manager does not order enough supplies and food. They were out of mostly everything. It's really just a disaster in there honey. Go spend your money somewhere else.

Lunch buddy adventure! First time ever in a Cava. Won't be the last. Food was excellent and flavorful. Staff was friendly and courteous.. think that chicken sandwich place. And the place was clean. The only negative comment was my buddy said she would get the dressing on the side because she felt they used too much dressing. That is still a 5.

My friend and I were standing outside the car tossing different food places in the air to eat at after our workout. A lady in the car next to us told us to try Cava and the way she described it we were sold. I ordered the Greek salad with the falafels. I through on a few toppings, one being pita strips. Those things were so stale I dang near broke a tooth so I just picked them all out and went back to enjoying my food. I asked for a sample of the lamb meat which was fire by the way. I put the leftover sample right on top of my bowl! The guy helping us was very nice and took his time explaining how things were. It was a very clean and spacious spot loved that! I almost forgot, the Cucumber Mint refresher was BOMB!! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was outta respect for my almost cracked tooth lol

lol it was cute or whatever. Heard about this place from TikTok. It suppose to be better then chipotle but it's a big no for me then I was saying stuff like do yall got queso and they was like this ain't chipotle im like dang my bad I'm just asking. I just wanted some cheese idk what's this powder stuff they put on my bowl oh and the proportions please don't get me started this was $16! It was more lettuce then anything

Cava is solid in my books! A variety of spices and proteins to choose from along with the refreshments. The service from the team was also in flow, especially since it was rush hour. Cava is perfect for a quick bite and or to meet up with friends. If you are looking for healthier alternative, give it a try!

I just had surgery and can't drive so I ordered uber eats.uber eats only refunded me $5. Most of the ingredients in my bowl were missing including items I asked for extra. I got chicken rice and lettuce and cucumbers. They didn't even make the standard rice bowl, and why is it in this weird bowl!!! And the rice is under cooked so I cant even eat what they did send! I'm starving and irritated!!!!!

My first time ever at a CAVA. DO NOT ORDER TO GO HERE! I made my order for one bowl at 12:07. When I arrived there were 9 people ahead of me. I told them about my order and it wasn't ready. ALL 9 people made their bowls paid and left. My order still wasn't ready. I asked if I make my own drink and was told the cup would be in my bag, so I couldn't even make my drink while waiting. 6 more people entered, ordered, paid, and left. My bowl STILL was not ready. I finally received my order at 12:26. They forgot my drink cup, they gave me no utensils or napkins even though I put it in the order. They threw my pita into the bag naked. That was a horrible experience. Isn't Togo supposed to be faster? I gave 2 stars because the food was yummy at least. The strawberry citrus, and regular lemonade are VERY sweet. I combined the cucumber mint with the strawberry citrus and it was good. Good luck.

The chicken was excellent. We've tried some other nearby places and the seasoning on the meat was very well done. I did have a disappointment - I ordered Kalamata olives on my pita and it was served with black salad olives (which I do not enjoy). I also ordered a jalapeño tahini dressing on the side (thankfully). It was very bitter and I skipped it (the sandwich really didn't need it either) Ambiance: the most odd thing ... for a Mediterranean restaurant, they were blasting country music. It was extremely loud and didn't match the vibe of the restaurant Menu: it's basically pitas, grain bowls, or wraps. You can essentially build your own at the kiosk. I was very disappointed to see that many, many items were out of stock. Thankfully, I wasn't looking for a soda bc they only had 1 flavor available.

Stopped by here kind of on a whim, and I was not disappointed. We were heading home on a day when the rain was coming down very heavily. We wanted to wait out the storm but didn't want to chance going somewhere where there would be a wait. We also had a taste for something fresh, so I hopped on Yelp and came across this place with pretty good reviews. When we walked in, a woman was leaving and complimented one of the employees saying, "I'll definitely be back." At that point, my expectations were a little higher. Like a lot of places, the concept is simple: pick your base (rice, greens, etc), protein, veggie toppings, and sauce/dip toppings. I chose the field greens and kale as my base, chicken shawarma, plus cucumber, tomato, roasted pepper/garlic/onion blend, zesty feta, tzatziki, crumbled feta, olive oil, and spicy green sauce on the side. The chicken was full of flavor and wasn't dried out at all. The sauces were really good, too. The flavors just came together really nicely, more than some of the other more common places with this model (including the other place that has crazy feta). My husband really enjoyed his meal as well. We've been back once more since our first visit. I ordered pretty much the same thing, except for my third "dip" I chose hummus instead of getting a second helping of the zesty feta, and I added crunchy chickpeas on top. The employees have been very kind, patient, and attentive each time. And the space was very clean and quiet both times if you're considering dining in. Highly recommend Hummus Republic!

The service has always been really great, and the owner is genuinely nice and always ready for a pleasant conversation. But sometimes the food comes out... average at best? I really only come here when I have the taste for mediterranean fare but don't feel like cooking it since it's so nearby. There are some things they do well. I like their baba ganoush, hummus, and beet salad. But other things are a bit lackluster and the meats can be a hit or miss. Sometimes it's dry, other times it's succulent. The pita is toasted, but you can surely tell it isn't made fresh. My husband is obsessed with wings and even he said the wings served here are a BIG no. Also cannot recommend the fries, as they've been notoriously dry and cold. Perhaps we should not have expected good wings given that it's primarily mediterranean fare lol. The parking situation is also abysmal. They share a really small lot and the individual spots are poorly marked. This place is off of Briarcliff and the traffic is notorious for being bad, so that makes coming and going that much harder in a lot that's already a little treacherous. When the parking lot is full, it is like playing 2-ton Tetris. I'll also note that the hours can sometimes be a suggestion, and they unexpectedly close earlier than indicated (but will leave a handwritten note). This place seems to be a local favorite. The prices are nice. I just wish it was more reliable with taste and quality.

The ambiance is classy while not being stuffy, with business casual dress code. All of the staff were welcoming and kind to us, from the hostess to our waitress to the food runners. We shared several tapas: paella verduras, Pulpo parrilla (grilled octopus), Pan con tomate, empanadas with beef, Calamares fritos (calamari) , Espárragos (asparagus), and Patatas bravas. Everything was absolutely delicious! One of my favorite items of the night was the bread with tomato (pan con tomate)! The bread was toasted perfectly and came with garlic and grated tomato to spread on it, along with a sprinkling of greens. My typical favorite at Spanish restaurants (patatas bravas) was done very well here too, with the right crunch and tasty sauces. The perfectly tender octopus came with a side of beans that I wished to ask for the recipe for because they were seasoned so nicely! The calamari was breaded lightly which allowed the natural flavors to shine. The beef empanadas were juicy and crisp. The asparagus was cooked to perfection. The vegetable paella was also filling and wonderful! We ended our meal with the toffee butter cake which was an absolute dream. We look forward to coming back for more!
