I'm so upset that Cava is going so downhill. I used to eat Cava at least 3-4 times a week. I couldn't even eat at this location. I went in and found the place a mess. Food all over the countertops. Workers with food stains slopped all over their shirts. One lady came out, took an extremely long time to put on her gloves but stopped again to wipe her face with her hand. And then continued to put her glove on. Another girl was filling a tub with more salad and threw the excess on the ground. This place needs proper management. There was a line and after seeing all the mess I saw I changed my mind and left. read more

I have 2 stars because I love the food. No complaints there. At all! The franchise has definitely done a great job of offering healthy tasty food. But the reason for the review is for THIS LOCATION specifically. And listen I know everyone is struggling to find help. But come on! Train your people. I have literally come to this location 10x and NEVER received good service. The manager is kind and helpful and seems to understand good customer service, but how can every employee be so literally rude, slow, like they couldn't care less and honestly keep me waiting when the restaurant is literally empty. My 20 min experience to just get food when it should be a 5 min or less when there's no one else in line is ridiculous. Oh and I'll be specific. The black female who is usually there during the day is the worst, but the others are not much better. There were two employees hanging out on the wall watching me wait to get served. They need to take customer service lessons from the Toco hills location. If I didn't love the food. I would never return to this location. read more

This is the worst Cava maybe known to mankind. The service was atrocious- it took 20 minutes to clear a line of 2 people. The manager did not seem to care, the main employee running the line was the slowest employee I have ever seen, and the cook in the back was not working even though they were out of numerous items on the line. Food was good at least, but oh my god was the experience awful. Don't come here unless you have at least a couple of hours to spend getting fast-casual food. read more

Service is terrible on pick up orders. They are always backlogged and I typically wait at least 10-15 minutes after the time my order is supposed to be ready. Will be switching to Chopt when Brookhaven location opens. read more

Honestly hate to do this but I just paid for the worst bowl I've had. They're normally not like this but the rice was beyond stale, my friend can hear me chewing it because of how long they've left it out. They skimped so hard on the harissa honey chicken (which is an extra $1.25 mind you) literally giving me half a scoop. They never have the pita crisps. Honestly the server didn't care about my bowl which was never like that, gonna avoid this location until some change happens. read more

I love CAVA and have ordered online roughly once per week since they opened this location but am not even exaggerating when I say they've forgotten something literally every single time. It's typically a pita, dressing or some other type of side, so make sure that your order has everything before you leave, if you're taking it out. The food was great but the service is horrible. The evening of March 2nd, 2022 7 pm (ish). We decided to have dinner here. The man who took our order was horrible (that's the nicest thing I can say about him), he was dismissive, didn't respond to questions and we didn't have any food allergies or any questions, just wanted to add extra veggies, the nerve I had lol. I hope Cava places this guy in a non-customer-facing role, he was upsetting everyone he was "helping". How do I know, we sat near the register and could hear people complaining. This was my first time stepping foot into CAVA, and I will be coming back. There was only one staff on line taking and making orders. After a few more customers walked in, I noticed that the cook came from the back to assist. I was impressed how he's a team player and did not want the customers to wait long. Bravo, Mr. Cook. Never one to leave a review but this location is so disappointing. One time we were turned away before 7pm because they had ran out of food. Another time, I made an online order and once I showed up it hadn't even been started. Then, along with many others I waited while the staff slowly moved and mixed up everyone's orders. They were out of many items and things that were there were not fresh at all. You can tell the manager was trying really hard but was all over the place. All of our bowls were messed up and missing items (including things we paid extra for). I really enjoy the food at Cava but I won't return to this location. Waste of money. read more

Since they opened today and this location is quite close to me I decided to swing by after some errands to check them out. This was my first time at any Cava location so I went in with no expectations. I got their Honey Hot Bowl which was a collab they did with Butter Atlanta. It has Harissa Honey Chicken, Harissa, crazy feta, roasted corn, tomato-onion mix, yogurt dill, and warm pita chips. The bowl was very good. The chicken was well-seasoned and flavorful, the harissa was creamy and spicy, and was balanced out well with the yogurt dressing. The pita chips were so delicious. Whenever I go back, I'll definitely get them again. As a drink I got their Blueberry Lavender juice which was good, nothing super special, but I did get notes of lavender. They have several other juice options so next time I'll try something different. To get the Butter Atlanta collab bowl precisely as they made it was 17 dollars (including the warm pita chips). I got a drink ($2.55) as well so my total was just shy of $20. There is no wait for the food as it's already prepared, just assembled in front of you (think Chipotle or Upbeet). Reception/service was unremarkable which isn't necessarily a bad thing. This is in the same plaza as Whole Foods so there's a shared parking lot but parking shouldn't be an issue. read more
