Half grain and greens bowl with cucumber lime drink
    Nicola L.

First time visiting. I liked it for a lunch spot. Quick, refreshing, healthy-won't leave you slumped for the rest of the day. Parking-in a really busy parking lot. Depending on the time of day, you may have to park further from the restaurant. Service-I immediately told them it was my first visit. Sometimes that's helpful so they can exercise patience with you. I've read that service was on the weak side. But I didn't experience that. Food: Everything is labeled. You can have a salad, pita, or a bowl. Then you can do half and half with the salad and bowl. They also have signature items. But most menu items can be customized. Their falafels are amazing. Not dry and the hummus is good. Drink options are amazing. Not super sweet but refreshing. Enjoyed this place!!! Will order from there again.

2nd time visiting Cava and 2nd location as well. 2nd time was the charm. My daughter convinced me to try it again because I didn't like it the first time (Cumberland location). This location had personality and flavor in the food! The servers were humorous, knowledgeable and attentive. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Clean environment, chill vibes.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] All of the food options were fresh, they weren't out of anything, it was a fulfilling visit. I will frequent this particular location because they introduced me to a very flavorful bowl of healthy food.

Excellent service and fresh food. From the friendly greeting when we entered the restaurant and also the well wishes as we were leaving. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Clean and comfortable facility.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I ordered a chicken and rice bowl with brown rice and romaine lettuce with an assortment of their toppings. It was amazing and they are generous with their portions. Be sure to try their amazing healthy drinks.

Fast casual Mediterranean Food with small offerings of Bowls, Pitas & Salads. A couple of Vegan options including their in-house made Brown Rice. I had the Lentil Avocado Bowl with a few veggie modifications & mixture of the Garlic & Lemon Herb Dressings...pretty good. The overall restaurant, tables & restrooms were untidy. Yet, the welcoming & friendly service rounded out the group lunch on a positive note.

Cava was a good spot to grab something quick while we waited for our car to get new tires. The food was alright. Nothing too special but solid choice for something that felt a bit healthier.

I've been to the other Cava's near this one and this one has the best customer service to me and gives your decent portions of food ! It is always clean when I go here... definitely recommend this location. Free parking and clean inside

Food is ok but the service is horrible! You feel a bad vibe just walking into this place. Lady at the counter has an attitude before she even starts taking your order and the guy working there just won't even acknowledge you. These horrible employees think they are doing you a favor. Just go to Chipotle next door and save your money, you'll end up paying less for better customer service and more food and better food. Got an order to go and didn't even get a receipt or a bag to carry my food, when I asked for a drink she gave me an attitude and said is that going to be all this time? Very confrontational. If she in this case does not like her job she should not be working there or anywhere that has customer service involved. Cava you need to check up on your business!

Really enjoyed my food and the experience at Cava! It was my first time there and we were looking to try something new that was relatively healthy. My husband and I shared two grain and greens bowl to maximize the variety since we wanted to try so many things! They allow you to do half and half of things, including the proteins which is great. Our favorite meats were actually the spicy lamb (for those not into a super lamby taste don't get it lol) and the beef meatballs. My tip for next time is to get all the sauces you want on the side so you can really taste each of them separately. Would definitely come back again!

This CAVA restaurant is in the Peachtree Station Shopping Center in Chamblee. We came here in mid-November on a Tuesday evening for dinner. The parking situation is very good; the lot is large, and, even though it's shared by all of the businesses in the shopping center, there shouldn't be any issue with finding available spaces, plus the lot provides free parking. We walked in, and waited in a short line. Customers go through the food line, and let the employees know their choices of what they want while building a bowl. Customers get to pick out the base, the dips and spreads, the protein(s), the toppings, and dressings. There were a few employees at the counter, but it really appeared that only one employee truly cared about the customers, greeting them and building their bowls for them, but the others didn't seem to want to engage with customers. I went through the line, and picked out the following items: Base: Greens and grains Dips and spreads (up to three): Roasted eggplant, harissa and tzatziki Protein: Grilled chicken Toppings: Pickled onions, Persian cucumber, crumbled feta, salt brined pickles, tomato and onion salad, Kalamata olives and fire roasted corn Dressings: Yogurt dill Everything looked and tasted fresh. I wish I could say that it was delicious, but I wasn't pleased with this bowl because, overall, it was vinegary/salty. I know, part of this was because of my choices. What I would like to see are a variety of more raw veggies that haven't had vinegar or salt (or anything else) added to them, with an option of adding vinegary/salty dressings. I actually had over half of the available toppings added to my bowl. I later spoke with R, who said he also wished that there were more plain toppings, like raw onions, sliced cucumbers and tomatoes. One more thing, and this is the deal breaker for me: a hot bowl of food from here is not an option. Lots of available and comfortable seating inside the dining area. There are self-serve beverage dispensers, so customers can get refills as many times as they want. The restaurant was well lit and clean.

Uber Eats has gotten sooo much better about refunding for little things like that, so it hasn't been an issue. They do charge by add-on if it's a premium item so you just need to pay attention if you didn't order it in person. I do understand they could be busy and just miss an item or two or ran out of certain ingredients also. I feel like the quality and consistency is better here than Chipotle or Gusto (at least the one I tried). I haven't tried all the other salad/bowl places nearby yet, but I do enjoy the freshness of the ingredients and options here. Their green goddess ranch is good (I haven't liked it at other places). I like their mushroom mix as well, probably even more than their steak. Their rosemary focaccia is a nice compliment to the bowls as well. I haven't had any bad items here so far. The portions are generous, which is not always the case with every salad place. I look forward to trying more things.

But it wasn't like that at all. I had never been before, even though I've passed it so many times. I finally decided, "Let me just try it." The cashier was really nice and explained how everything worked. I asked her what her favorite salad was, but instead of going with her recommendation, I trusted my instincts and built mine based on the ingredients that stood out to me. I ordered the Polynesian chili mango salad with mint and added grilled shrimp. I wasn't a huge fan of the shrimp, but the salad itself was so good that I still ate the whole thing. The flavors were layered and intentional. Not generic, not bland. I love when salads don't taste like an afterthought. What really impressed me was the hot sauce bar. That blew me. They had multiple hot sauces, and as someone who's basically a hot sauce connoisseur, I appreciate that because different hot sauces pair better with different foods. That detail alone elevated the experience. The space was big, clean, bright, and full of color. It felt fresh. Overall, I was genuinely impressed. I definitely want to go back and try the other salads.

Three Buddies has a simple decor as the design aesthetic is straightforward and leaves the focus on the restaurant name itself. The restaurant was very clean and had a diner style setup with ample seating. Once seated, the waitress approached us with a warm smile and cheerful greeting. She provided us with menus, took our drink order, and allowed us some time to review the menus in full. With a variation of halal items on the menu, Three Buddies had me wanting a little bit of everything. However, I decided to go with a classic approach and get the Chicken Sandwich (fried) with Onion Rings (both well done). Once our order was placed, it was back to the enjoyment of the ambiance as we engaged in our conversation. When our food arrived at the table, the visual presentation was extra enticing. I got the chocolate chip cookie as my cookie of choice and the white bread roll as my roll. I forgot the fruit but I didn't need it. The biggest deal to me was that everybody who works here is so incredibly friendly and fun. It was refreshing to experience! I enjoyed my chili (so much so that I came back later in the week and ordered it again--this time, it had the PERFECT level of sweetness to it), along with this delicious orchard crunch kale salad with peaches, oranges, almonds, Brussels sprouts, and cranberries in a lemon Dijon dressing. This time, I got the ginger molasses cookie which I loved and enjoyed more than the chocolate chip, and tried the other roll option but the white roll was better. I really enjoy this place and love that it's local rather than a big chain like Panera. You can feel the care in the staff and in the food. It's cool they get the rolls from Alon's Bakery, another local spot. This restaurant is so precious and cozy and even has a cute comment book to sign. Additionally, when you order the chili, they donate to the Zadie Project to feed the hungry.

It is absolutely amazing, but fair warning: it is *hot*. Even if you're used to Sichuan spice, this one may still be tough to deal with, but it's still incredibly flavorful and enjoyable. Just keep in mind that they don't adjust the heat level for this one. * **The Greens:** These are wonderful. They have a rich, savory pork flavor and are easily a must-order for me every single time. * **Shrimp and Grits:** This has a fantastic sauce that strikes the perfect balance--not too heavy, but not watery either. My only minor wish is that they'd add some andouille sausage to it (even if raised the price), but it's still a really well-executed dish. * **Southern Pho:** Really great and super hearty. It's a comforting bowl, though probably best enjoyed during the winter months. * **Drinks:** The cocktails are always creative and well-made, and they keep a really interesting beer list on hand too. ### 2. I wholeheartedly wish I could give this place 10 stars! I discovered Piraye Kitchen because my…read morefiancée sent me a Facebook video of their massive meat pie. The second I saw it, I didn't care about the price -- I knew I wanted it, so I planned us a date night. When we arrived, there was a birthday party going on, and I asked the maître d' if they were limiting seating because of the event. He didn't quite understand me, so my fiancée just asked for a table for two, and we were seated quickly. The setup was nice, although I'm personally not a fan of pre-set plates and glasses on tables (you never know how long they've been sitting there). Still, our server was fantastic -- attentive, helpful, and made the night smooth. We came for the famous Piraye Kebab Tray. At first, we were looking at the $165 option (Chef Tray + 1 Meze Board + Shepherd Salad + 4 Orders of Piraye Kebab with rice, all baked inside the dough). When we mentioned the price, our server kindly told us about the smaller 2-order option for $85 -- perfect! And let me tell you, Lord above, when I say I would do some things to eat this food again... words cannot describe how incredible it was. It has been three days since, and I'm still thinking about it. I even posted it on my stories, and over 10 people have messaged me asking about it. Chef Tray: Overflowing with juicy, flavorful meat, perfectly seasoned rice with chickpeas (I swear it was made with veal stock), and that roasted pepper and cheese-stuffed dough on top -- divine. Meze Board: The hummus was creamy and rich, paired perfectly with fresh pita. Shepherd Salad: Fresh, crisp, and balanced. My only small regret was that our server misunderstood when we asked for the dough crust to-go -- I realized the next day it wasn't packed up. Honestly though, I couldn't even be upset, because the food was just that good. For drinks and dessert: Turkish Coffee - small but strong, beautifully presented with a piece of Turkish delight on the side that was everything I had ever imagined a Turkish sweet to be: chewy, fragrant, and delicately sweet. Künefe - a dream come true! A warm, crunchy pastry with gooey melted cheese inside, topped with sweet syrup and pistachios. It was rich, nutty, and sweet without being overwhelming -- the perfect ending. Turkish Martini - decent, but not nearly as memorable as the food. All together, including tip, it was about $140. For the amount and quality of food, the attentive service, and the one-of-a-kind experience, it was absolutely worth every single cent. Piraye Kitchen isn't just dinner -- it's an experience. This is a must-try-before-you-die type of place. Oh, and happy birthday, Amy!

Wait staff was extremely attentive and kind. My friend spilled some sauce on her dress and our waiter immediately offered some club soda to try and fix it. We had an endless supply of bread which was delicious and our entrees were even better! The restaurant is in a great location and there was plenty of room inside. Whether you're looking for a chill dinner or a fancy dinner this is the place!!
