Iraqi kebab, yellow rice, grape leaves, veggies.

The food is amazing and very flavorful! Prices are fair. After spending several years living in the Middle East, I am happy to have found a spot with authentic dishes!

Truly amazing falafel and distinctively tasty hummus

We had some amazing falafel here! We also tried the fig pastries, which are made in-house, along with some other delicious sweets that we will have to stop in to purchase another time! The staff were really kind and friendly, too.

Al Chef serves authentic Mediterranean food. Particularly, the falafel was the best I've had in my life. Honorable mentions are baklava, beef, lamb, and baba ganoush. Highly recommend getting the Chef's plate platter if you are with a group of people! One of the hidden gems in ATL! When I went, the owner/Father and son were working together, which I thought was cute. I am considering catering from them for a small event in the future. I am quite surprised that there is such a large discrepancy between the yelp and google ratings. I think google less biased bc there are fewer reasons for google to shift reviews.

Iraqi Lamb with a side of red rice with chicken...except there's no lamb.

Two Fish Myanmar Cuisine is a Burmese restaurant that dishes out comfort food. The restaurant…read moreitself is very small; there is one small table and one long table near the window for seating. But it is located in a small plaza with other restaurants and stores that has a lot of communal outdoor seating (benches, tables). It was not busy when I went, but it took a while for the food to come out. However, I do recognize that it is a small, family-run business so it takes time to make the food. My friends and I came here with our Burmese friend and based on her recommendations, we got the Beef Salad, Samosas, A Sone Thoke, Monhinga, Ohn No Khauk Swe, and Nan Gyi Thoke. I did not eat the Beef Salad or A Sone Thoke, mostly because I do not like vegetables, but my friends liked those dishes. I really liked the Samosas, which were crispy and had potatoes, minced chicken, and other spices inside. I think my favorite dish was the Monhinga! It is a rice noodle and fish soup with lemongrass. If you are Southeast Asian or eat a lot of Southeast Asian food, then this dish will taste really familiar. The Ohn No Khauk Swe is a coconut noodle soup that tasted good and coconut-y while the Nan Gyi Thoke is the Burmese version of spaghetti and it is served cold, but the sauce and toppings worked well with the dish. A lot of the dishes also came with eggs, which I really liked! This was my first time having Burmese food and it was pretty good! It definitely is reminiscent of other Southeast Asian food that I have had, which is very comforting. I think everyone should check out Two Fish Myanmar Cuisine for Burmese food, which can definitely be hard to find.

As someone originally from Burma (Myanmar), it makes me happy when another restaurant opens up in…read morethe metro area that serves Burmese cuisine. I was able to check it out this weekend and came back happy! The location is on a newly built area with a few other shops, all centered by a communal area with tables and grass. While this is a great idea for nice weather days like when I went, this could be an issue when it's raining or more extreme outside. There's very limited seating inside, with only one full table and chairs. There's a lot of signature dishes I grew up eating, and from the samples I tried, all of it was very flavorful and on point to what I think it should be. Tea Leaf salad is a must! For our entrees, we went with Nan Gyi Thoke and Ohn No Khawuk Swe, and really enjoyed both. I do wish they gave the Asian style soup spoons instead of generic plastic ones, would have made the soups easier to consume. Also got the Falooda as dessert, a mix of all kinds of jellies and other things in a pink drink. Service was courteous, and the prices were very fair. I hope whoever reads this can go check it out and support the restaurant!

Food was way too salty. Saw a post on instagram showing this place off and it looked really good, so i went yesterday. The inside is clean, nothing crazy, but there wasnt really any service. The person behind the counter didnt greet us or anything, she just instructed us to go to the register at the end whenever we are ready to order. When it came time to order, we walked over and she told us we had to order whatever we wanted ourselves on a small tablet attached to their register, which is whatever. We ordered the philly and the fish sandwich w the mac and cheese on it. When done ordering, of course the screen asked for a tip (despite them not really doing anything besides standing there and watching us order) which is annoying anywhere you go. Our drive home is only 15min away, but when we opened my side of fries they were so soggy they drooped when you picked them up. Flavor was decent on them, just needed to be crispier. As for the philly, the only thing positive about it was the portion size. It was too salty, had barely any cheese (they offer extra cheese but for $4), had no bell peppers or onions. It was just meat, bread, and a little bit of cheese. As for the fish sandwich, it was extremely salty to the point it was inedible. It was also a pretty big portion size, but other than that, there were no other positive things about it. We ended up eating the mac and cheese off of the sandwich and throwing the rest away.
