And then I topped it off with like corn, pickled onions, broccoli, and the other toppings that were there. Just left here and had very poor customer service experience. I ordered one of the curated bowls. I was asked do I want everything on it that it comes with, in which I responded with yes. The worker proceeded to ask me OK what do I want on the bowl? I said I would like everything that it comes with. The worker then replied with "I don't know what it comes with". What kind of establishment is this that you have workers who don't even know the menu items and what they consist of. I'm not building a bowl. Please get it together. read more

First of all, l've been to several cavas but this one def is the best one l've ever been to. Not only was the staff super sweet but so patient since it was my friend's first time trying cava. Arely walked him through it and even let us try one of the different proteins to make sure we chose the right one. Their portion sizes are so small, the employees scrap off so much from the scooper for the toppings. Some employees don't do this and some do, when they do it barely leaves anything. Also for the free pita, you always have to ask for it. They will never just give it. The last few times I've gone they have run out of the dressings. The honey chicken is very good. The harissa topping is also good. Their greens don't seem to be fresh. read more

I work nearby and have eaten at the Burbank Cava many times. Even compared to other locations, the staff is incredibly friendly without being overbearing and you can see that they take great care to maintain the cleanliness of the location and the food. If you are looking for a quick, healthy meal, I highly recommend this location. (Do be careful of the parking lot as it is quite cramped; but that's not on them) read more

Our office ordered for 5 people, not a single persons order was right, 2 of us had no chicken, two had no sauces or drinks, and one got someone else's order. I never leave bad reviews because I don't want to hurt businesses, even if they treat me bad or whatever, but I'm tired of this place intentionally putting barely any chicken when I order double chicken ever single time. It's like double chicken for a kids bowl. I've mentioned it several times and they keep messing up my order. I also never/rarely complain, but I'm paying $26 for bowl multiple times a week from them.. like are you really trying to save $0.20 per bowl by cutting chicken? I've mentioned this to them politely several times too and the vast majority of the time I just don't say anything but I've had enough. read more

About a week or two ago, we visited Cava for the first time and had no idea what to expect. We weren't familiar with the menu and felt a bit lost, but thankfully, it wasn't busy, and an employee named Deja helped us out. She was incredibly patient and kind, taking the time to thoroughly explain each part of the menu and highlight some of the most popular options. We also asked for her recommendations, and they did not disappoint. I appreciate the Friendly Customer Service, even though initially we were being rushed to choose the different options available to create your own bowl. As a first timer I don't want to be rushed and I can imagine that most of Your customers are fairly new therefore I would suggest being a bit more patient and choosing to better assist customers while they decide. I placed one when they first opened & during lunch rush hour, both have been incorrect - missing items each time. My mother and I walked into this location and stayed max 10 minutes. The older female manager started a conversation with the customer in front of us, that was going on for five minutes, talking about each others birthday and how being a manager here isn't a big deal. We were waiting patiently for our turn, and five became 8 and so on until we left. The manager never acknowledged us at any point, didn't even attempt to speed up the conversation. When we were exiting the store I kept looking at the manager to see if us leaving would trigger a respond of any acknowledgment, and NOTHING. The female manger is white, the customer that she was talking to is white and my mother and I are brown. This definitely made us feel that the manager that is currently working, is racist. read more
