Ordered takeout from here last week and oh my goodness I think I've found my new healthy takeout option (sorry Sweetgreen!). Will definitely be coming back 3-4x a month for my healthy takeout meal of the week. Food: Very diverse menu! I ended up building my own salad/grain bowl with SuperGreens and RightRice, getting three dips/spreads (tzatziki, Crazy Feta, red pepper hummus), and half lamb meatballs half harissa honey chicken. All of the above was fantastic with the exception of the chicken, which was fine, but just didn't stand out. Added lettuce, cucumbers, and more feta and it was just sooo good! Drinks: I guess they sell alcohol, but again I ordered delivery so no experience here. Service/Decor: Not entirely sure here either as I ordered delivery. I will most likely order takeout next time as I was a bit disappointed in how long it took (delivery ended up taking an additional 40 minutes from the original projected time, but that's Uber's fault and not Cava's!). I want to add that I do love that their website lists allergens and ingredients for the majority of their food. They should look into making it available for everything, however as I had to call to find out what the difference was between the Supergreens and Healthygreens salad bases. Delicious! Food fresh and portions huge. Great value for money. I had the super greens and grains ( opted for black lentils)bowl. I added lamb meatballs, grilled chi and falafel. Sauce u chose Ted pepper hummus,crazy feta and tzatiki. Also all the extra veggies!!! Skhrug and garlic dressing on side. First of all, I have been a frequent customer at Cava ever since I found out about it! My friend and I were looking for a quick bite to eat and stumbled inside this location. The restaurant was clean, service was great and the greek chicken pitas fantastic as always. As we were eating, a disturbed man entered the restaurant and made us very uncomfortable. Cava was pretty good but nothing to phone home about. This is another Chipotle style eatery- where you pick your carb base, protein, and then toppings. I thought the saffron basmati rice was a great rice option but I wish there was a second lentil option instead of just the black lentils. The dips and spreads are a nice touch but I thought it would make more sense if the these were after you select the protein instead of before. I also wish the lamb didn't cost extra. It's almost teasing the customer keeping a yummy option but with a higher price tag- reminds me of Chipotle's $2 guacamole option. I also wasn't the biggest fan of their menu signs. Why are the signs so small? And why are there menu option signs all over the restaurant? The menu signs should state what ALL the options are for each step with pricing options! Came here for a quick takeout during rainy day. I ordered green + grain bowls with a pita bread on the side. It only costed me $11 and big enough to have it for two separate meals. The toppings I chose was supergreens, grilled chicken, beef meatballs, brown rice, tzatziki sauce, vegetables with garlic and shkzu sauce. It was delicious even after 20 minutes of driving, I will try new ingredients and bowls and next time as well! read more

I love when you can customize your food! And cava let's you do just that! First off, this place reminded me of noon Mediterranean (used to be called verts). You can make a pita, grain or salad bowl, mini pita with soup...basically you can have your food your way. I decided to stop in cava for lunch on Saturday and I tried the grain bowl. It comes with a small pita. I tried the hummus, harissa, and the red pepper hummus. Honestly these were just ok, I honestly liked the dressings better. The falafel was good and it's different than normal ones - it has whole chickpeas in it. You can add unlimited mini salads or pickled veggies. They have soda and also fresh juices (similar to sweet green). I really enjoyed the apple-mint juice. It was very refreshing. Service was great! I'll come back to try other combinations! read more

Fresh, flavorful food and fantastic service - what more can you ask for? I'd been meaning to try this place out ever since I saw a "coming soon" sign on the window. Like other Yelpers have said, this place is kinda like a Chipotle, where you build your own bowl or pita sandwich with grains, veggies, proteins, and sauces. All the staff were so nice and friendly and really explained the different kinds of options you can choose from. Shoutout to the gentleman who was at the first stop on the base and proteins section. He was awesome! I find that a lot of BYO places don't get their rice cooked right all the time- it's either mushy or undercooked and dried out, so I'm really glad that the saffron rice here was perfect. The sauces also add an extra layer of flavor and I can't wait to try the ones I didn't get this time to find out my favorite. You basically build a Greek-inspired bowl and can add all sorts of proteins, veggies, yummy sauces on top of a bed of grains and/or greens. I usually get the splendid greens and brown rice as a base and fill it all the way with diverse toppings and finish it off with their lemon herb tahini dressing (so bomb). Absolutely to die for! After hearing amazing things about Cava for years I finally tried it for the first time a few weeks ago and have already ordered from here three times. The online ordering process is seamless and the food was ready, hot, and exactly how I ordered it every time. The Harissa Avocado bowl is one of the best fast casual meals I've ever had and my husband said the lamb pita was also fantastic. But you're just kinda getting served a bunch of raw ingredients (other than the meats), stuffed into a bowl, and then it's called food. Yes Must-try: Crazy Feta Dip Portions are generous, flavors are authentic, seasoning is on the spot, variety is always there (meaning they are rarely "out" of an ingredient) - those are the things I think about whenever CAVA comes to mind. You can probably guess I've been here many times, and it (almost) never disappoints. I did find some consistency issues through the pandemic but I cannot judge too harshly because...well... it's a pandemic. Things I love: - Crazy Feta dip is spicy, creamy and delicious! I mean you can never go wrong with cheese. - The falafels here are very good! Unlike any other falafel you may have tried, these are not crispy (which I would usually rate as horrible) but the flavor is so good you forget about the crispiness. - Unlimited toppings!! What more can you ask for? Try the pickled onions! - The pita on the side is super delicious and always warm. Things I do not like: - The pita chips just don't do it for me, and I love chips more than anything but these ones are thick and greasy... could improve. Go-to order: Salad bowl with Supergreens + 1/2 Chicken + 1/2 Falafel + Hummus + Crazy Feta + Roasted Eggplant + ALL toppings (except for Black olives) + Lemon Herb Tahini Dressing + Pita on the side. (If you are trying to avoid bread just don't order the pita, it will be too warm to resist). Non-Food Stuff: I've had mixed experiences with service but honestly more bad than good ones. Choose your base (few different salads, grains, pita), choose a protein or vegetable, and all the toppings you could want. I was going for a carb free meal so opted out of pita chips but they looked utterly delicious. I got a mixed salad base with cabbage and kale (chopped up in small pieces), with braised lamb. A friend had recommended trying CAVA and it was such a good choice!!! Due to COVID, I ordered online and went to pick up. From what I saw, it seems like people could also order inside as well. The pick up area is at the end of the order line. The website was easy to use, I ordered 2 greens and grains bowls. I was able to add anything I wanted. The portions were perfect and it was definitely one of the tastier and healthier dishes I've ordered in a while. The dish was super colorful and fun to eat. I would definitely order here again! I like that their set bowls on the menu also displays all the ingredients in it so I was able to make a similar version of a classic bowl but with a bit of my own twist :) This location is on a very busy street so I suggest to come with more than 1 person so you can have one person sit in the car while the other picks up.
