Hello everyone my name is Anthony I have been coming to this cava forever now and I have always been treated so nicely and given appropriate portions but I come in today around 15:00 on 07/23/2026 and this girl Emily I have never seen her before made my bowl and was rationing ???? Like what the heck Emily I loved cava until you ruined it for me today I really really loved cava but today it was just so terrible not only were you rationing me and my wife's bowl Emily but you also have us undercooked pita crisps like bruh cmon now so our bowls had undercooked pita chips and it really messed with my stomach I have been on the toilet all day like cmon Emily. I believe in second chances so Emily if I come in again and your making my bowl I will give you a second chance but bruh if you ration again or give me undercooked ingredients again I will go to corporate Emily !!!!! Also now that I'm writing this I just remembered you also almost forgot my sauce at the end I had to remind you Emily bruh so moral of the story please give me appropriate portions next time Emily thank you ! read more

Food is always good, but the service is always SO slow. They do not have enough people working the line and it makes the wait super long.

10/10 Every CAVA I've ever been to is phenomenal in food, service, and hospitality and the ingredients are always so fresh and delicious!!!! Easy to find location for this restaurant, the inside is very neat and clean and staff are friendly and patient with all customer. Those things were a plus for me due to the fact that Pasadena location as hard to find and the staff is not always patient.. The items to choose from for your bowls or healthy options that allow you to choose super greens or rice or black beans, chicken steak or combo. I got three bowls, each one of them a little different. The super greens are quite good if you add a lot of the sides that you can have along with hummus and the different dressings on top.. this locations drink machines were working so the strawberry citrus drink was excellent and I'll go back and get that again I spoke to Walter on the way out and he was very kind and listen to me when I gave positive reviews for the location and the staff. CAVA opening in Azusa is the best thing to happen to Azusa since APU arriving in 1946. This is one of the highest quality fast casual restaurants you can have anywhere. Now, early reviews are correct in that you may end up waiting 30 minutes in line for your food during lunch rush 12-1. I also tried mobile order and received an incredibly small portion, but received an $11 credit within a few hours of submitting a request. Came the next day at 11am and there was no line. I think what they are experiencing is a symptom of greatness not a symptom of failure. They have lots of demand because CAVA is great, period. They took an abandoned KFC and turned it into a luxury looking restaurant inside & outside. If you want to avoid the long lines just go before the lunch rush, or after. If you are concerned about price, get the bowl half grain & half green and stick with the chicken, it's an amazing deal. read more

Cava can be hit or miss with online orders, and how fresh and cooked the food items are on certain days/times. The first time I went in person, everything was fresh and delicious. The second time I ordered online, it was still pretty good. But the third time? Not so much. I ordered online around 7:30 PM, and it was disappointing. One of the dips/spreads I selected was missing, and the sad looking naan was tossed into the bag wrapped in a napkin. No care at all. The worker also forgot the two sauces that were supposed to come on the side. Always double-check your order before leaving if you're ordering online. The quality really depends on who's prepping your food that day. Maybe going in person is the way to go. You get exactly what you ordered. read more

My boyfriend and I love Cava and this location is easily the best one we've visited! We typically order in store and everyone has been friendly throughout multiple visits. Really happy this place is open in my neighborhood. Great flavor but suuuper skimpy portions. Compared to other locations, the food didn't even make it to the upper line in the bowl whereas the other spots are more than generous. I hope they fix that otherwise I'm gonna have to pick up from the Whittier location on my way home from work. read more

I eat at this location LITERALLY every work day. I've been to other Cava locations and this one is hands-down the best, from their staff personalities to their quality of food, to their service. They must hire exceptionally well and train well because they invite the customer to return by the way they treat their product. I'd give 10 stars if I could. read more

Submitted a pick-up order and was really disappointed after receiving my order. We ordered two bowls and the bowls were barely half full. For almost $18 a bowl, I think the portions should definitely be bigger than what they give. The food itself tastes great, but don't want to pay $18 a bowl for barely any food. read more

in its current state, i cannot recommend this cava location. i've never had a bad experience at cava until this one only a few days after its opening. for starters the ventilation inside is awful, and the moment you walk in you're hit with an overwhelming scent of burning meat, which i personally don't care for. my real gripe with my experience was the customer service. it seemed like the staff were not properly trained in their responsibilities, especially during a rush hour. i worked in food service, so i can understand not being perfect in a rush, but some of the mistakes seemed so easily avoidable and almost comedic. i asked for cucumbers when there weren't many left, so instead of telling me they were out or making an effort to get what was left, the worker simply grabbed two slices of cucumber and two spoonfuls of cucumber water to dump into my bowl. the service honestly killed my appetite a bit. to clarify, the food is not bad. it's still cava. but right now, it is not a good cava experience. read more

Everything was great, from unlimited delicious cafe de la oya to the very good tasting food. Our waitress was very friendly and recommended the chile relleno benefits which were delicious. This place is so scammy. I ordered a chef curated pita. The worker puts most of my pita together. He starts closing it and I notice he missed an ingredient. He doesn't say anything and starts to seal up the pita. I ask if he missed something and he acknowledges he didn't put the sauce in. He wasn't going to say anything or offer me an alternative and he was prepared to send me on my way. The scoops are tiny. The prices are super inflated for basically Mediterranean Chipotle. Only reason this isn't a one star is because the pita was still good. read more

My second time at the Azusa Cava location. The food was very tasty, but I ordered the falafel crunch bowl and when I brought it back to Work to eat, there wasn't one falafel inside. Very disappointed in that fact, but overall the bowl was tasty. read more

Placed a mobile order for 8:30 pickup. Waited in the digital pickup line and didn't get our g food until 9:00. When we got our food we did not get our drink. Instead they put an empty cup in the bag. Customer Service was not great either. The food is good which is really the only positive thing about this place. read more

Went 3x this past week. Fully enjoyed my various bowls and they have awesome fountian drinks that you can blend if you want. Ordering ahead with pick up have been seamlessly easy, no wilted green even when ordered 1 hr ahead, they just put the lid on my bowl when I walked in to pick-up. I'm sorry but there were only 2 people in front of me and I still waited almost 30 minutes to get my order done. Terrible, slow service. The worker Amin was basically moving in slow motion. On top of that they serve very undersized portions. Gave me barely any rice and when I asked for another scoop he told me it would be an extra charge, like what? You guys charge so much for a bowl and give me 5 spoonfuls of rice. CAVA is great, just don't go to this one while they're new and figuring their staff out. read more

Steak + Harissa, some older white women made the first half of my bowl and gave me half scoops of almost everything. I can see the bottom of my bowl and I haven't even started eating it.
