We placed the order for our daughter on September 14 after 8 PM. She wanted to try the restaurant because a lot of other people have spoke highly about it and wanted to give it a try. The food is very pricey to say the least, but we were very disappointed on how her food was delivered. It was not in the yellow cava bag. It was packaged like a regular sandwich, which was not secure or sealed, and her drink was not sealed properly for delivery we were highly upset because anything could happen to her order and it was just delivered like that not in the correct packaging in our bag and no orders should've went out like that especially for delivery all the correct packaging and bags should be available upon ordering. Overall, the food was decent and not worth the price. We may try a different location to order it in person before delivery. We will not be ordering again at this location.

    Spicy lamb boil

First time trying Cava, I had the spicy lamb and Avacado bowl. Added some razzle dazzle extras but I was disappointed that the lam meatballs were undercooked. Pink on the inside. I went to address it with the Manager and asked if I could have the grilled chicken instead. They conveniently agreed to give me chicken and the Manager explained to me that Cavas standard for preparing the lamb meatballs is that it is pink in the center. That's news to me...why is this not on the menu?? Is raw meat now the new standard. But whateverzzzz. Sit down to enjoy the chicken and it's go hair on it. *sigh. The place needs better management and system but also to address cleanliness. Overall the people were nice. Definitely Halal which is nice. Would maybe not revisit this location but would definitely eat at Cava again in the near future.

Well after the game. I said hmm there's a Cava. I been hearing all this hype about them. So walked over and gave them a try. I settled on a spicy lamb + avacado bowl. Now with a drink it was just over $20. Dont get me wrong. For what i had it was very good. But I think $20 for what it was ,was a bit much. Im also not a enviromentalist, but i also seen what i see as waste. Weather its for there or to go,they put it in a paper bag. Seems to me they could do better by not trying to shove everything in a bag especially, if your gonna eat it there. The inside was modern and clean.

A hugely popular big CAVA place in the Summerhill area of Atlanta nice healthy food here as well good tasting as well to everything nice big time

The food is sooooo good! I love that I can build my bowl exactly how I want it. I will say the parking is a little tricky and it took a little bit before I could order because it was packed. But other than that it's great!

Charging me an extra 5 bucks

I ALWAYS get the sameeeeee thing which is 13 bucks they charged me for veggies and harissa TWICE ._. When i get a simple order They scimped on the food too One lil spoon of whatever protein and barely rice I recommend for the atmosphere and where the location is but be prepared to pay for extra just cause bs Do better

For $18 NOTHING should be burnt! I ordered a lamb & avocado bowl online for pick up. I went over to what I thought looked like the pick up area because it wasn't labeled. A young lady came from the back to help as the cashier was helping folks check out. She asked my name and handed me a bag, I said thanks and left, checking the name as I walked out. There was no silverware as requested but the pita bread was included. It was pretty busy in there at 330 on a Monday. My bowl was sub par because all my lamb was burnt! (See photo)

Very disappointing first experience. The taste of my food was great, but the preparation almost made me walk out. Watching the server aggressively throw the items in the bowl without care is concerning. Everyone behind the counter was upset- no greetings, very little eye contact - I felt like I was on a lunch line with the mean lunch ladies. The juice dispenser was empty on most except the basic sweet tea. I will not be back until I see improved reviews. After standing on an extremely long and slow line, I will not pay to be abused.

Hello~ I have dined here a few times- The food is delicious, healthy and moderately "fast". There is usually a line, just be prepared to wait. If you can't wait- place a to go order, they seem pretty good at making those on time. The braised lamb is my favorite protein by far and those pita chips are so great when they are fresh. As for the service- cashier, Courtney was nice, and the other employees seemed a little focused on the food line so thanks for a delicious lunch Cava !

This location has always had an interesting staff. The line employees are usually cool but you can tell management sucks. They are aggressive and seem unfriendly to the line workers. My bowl is always missing something when I order online and they never inform you. It's like a surprise to look forward to a not bowl with everything. Skimpy portions which is wild because I'm sure that's why Zoes Kitchen closed when people stopped going.

Unfortunately, there aren't enough fast food joints with a focus on fresh salads but lucky for me, Doc Green's was right on my pathway for the day. Located in a huge plaza in Smyrna, Doc Green's is a salad lovers dream. I can't believe this was my first visit! The restaurant itself is narrow but long, offering plenty of seating in the back of the place, as well as the entryway. Doc Green's is actually paired with another restaurant it seems, but I was focused on the salad. They have some recommended combos but you can also create your own with a wide array of toppings. I was in heaven looking at all of the fresh veggies, proteins and dressings available. I decided to create my own and just went wild. I was super bummed because I ended up forgetting some favorites (like avocado) because I didn't see/notice them on the cold bar. I chose my dressings, had it mixed up and then checked out. I opted for a fountain drink and unfortunately, the lemonade was toooooo sweet. But that was the only downside because my salad was wonderful!! Everything was fresh, the portions were generous and I felt like I got my money's worth. I'm always in the Akers Mill plaza buying things I don't need so I can't wait to grab another salad at Doc Green's when I'm in the neighborhood!

A true Atlanta gem! They got it all right…read more Where do I begin ? First, they have a free parking lot, so that's always a win in a city where that barely exists. Please be aware that's it's limited but enough. We came on a Sunday around 7pm. There were a few people there so we instantly got seated and had our choice of where. They do have TVs and the March Madness game was on with a captive audience. We ordered the half chicken with cilantro cream sauce, sweet lime bbq sauce, black beans, birria quesadilla and yuca fries. It was all AMAZING. And our food came out quickly after we ordered, as if they read our mind and knew we were on the way. The chicken was so juicy with flavor and easily fell off the bone. It pairs well with all of the sauces. The yuca fries were a perfect combination of crunch on the outside and soft on the inside covered with chunks of garlic. The yuca fries and cilantro cream are a match made in heaven. The birria quesadilla had juicy beef on the inside but a firm quesadilla to hold it all together, and the consumé dipping sauce was a complimentary addition. The quesadilla was good without it and great with it. The black beans were pretty standard but cooked well with a nice flavor. It was all stellar. I found no fault with anything we ate. Our waiter was attentive and very pleasant. This was a great place to have a great time. Despite the food being so great, it's a casually dining experience. The decor is fancy but you don't need to be. I love it here!

I know I know I know…read more I know it's a chain. Believe me, I have been on the 'local' train much longer (and much more vocally/visibly) than many others. I get it. And I know that Atlanta has many local businesses to patronize (I've reviewed a whole bunch of 'em). BUT. I was tired & hungry and in search of healthy, filling, reliable, GF food and I was unwilling to go 'round and 'round looking for it. So, Sweetgreen it was. I regret nothing. I am grateful that I didn't befall some of the annoyances other Yelpers write of. Everyone with whom I interacted was kind -- nice, even -- and professional. I took my food to go but had I eaten here, I would have been fine. The space was light, large, clean, and inviting. My food was made well and I got a good return on my financial investment. I went with the ever-popular Harvest Bowl and I was glad I did. I received a huge, well made (and mixed!) bowl of shredded (and massaged -- so it's not tough to chew, eat or digest) kale, wild rice, roasted sweet potatoes, roasted almonds, apples, goat cheese, and a very generous amount of tender roasted chicken (40g of protein!!) all tossed with balsamic vinaigrette. I paired my food with kombucha and leaned into my health kick.* With every bite my hunger lessened and I felt like I was empowering my body. Eating healthy(ish) is always a good choice and Sweetgreen is a reliable source of just that. Again, I am sorry to read that others have had a tough time at this location of late. On the mid-spring day I got food from here, it definitely hit the spot. *Earning the junk food pig out that was to come.

Came to Georgia and tried to order online, my order was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes, when I arrived to the restaurant there was a long line of people waiting for their orders for pick up. My order ended up taking 45 minutes to be ready and I saw people leaving without their orders because of the long wait. The service should definitely be improved, the two people working on the orders were super slow and not kind at all. The restaurant was empty and only Two people ordered in person while I was there, which doesn't explain why the online orders were so slow. The ambiance was ok.
