I absolutely love Chopt. It is my favorite salad place since the first time I had it in DC many years ago. Their dressing are absolutely fantastic. I ordered from Uber Eats. When I discovered they existed in Atlanta, I was ecstatic since they haven't expanded to California yet. I had their summer special which is a peach burrata salad and it was incredible. I have gotten it a few times since and still think it's great. I do customise it a bit to include other ingredients that I enjoy but the burrata and peach are key. I also always ask for dressing in the side so the salad isn't sopping by the time it gets to me. I highly recommend to ask for the same in person or when ordering online. read more

Extremely clean and neat facility, the staff here is also helpful and kind. The ambiance is minimalist and clean. Their service is fast and there are so many options to choose from or build something from scratch. They offer fine in, to go or delivery. Make sure you use the app to earn points and free rewards. I was in the mood to try something new and happened to stumble upon Chopt. I've been trying to find a new Wrap/Salad place so this was right up my alley. I'll start with the shocker! You know how when you go to the Farmers Market you are cuddled by the smell of the fresh produce? That's what it's like walking into Chopt. The smell of the fresh vegetables hit you at the door. This is not only a sign of quality product, however, it is also a hunger increasing tease. LoL! As this was my first time, I was excited to see how the staff engaged with the customer. They were rushing you to hurry up, instead, they took the time to help you make a selection. I was helped by a gentleman named Markus. As I was undecided on whether to pick the Kale Caesar or the Sesame Ginger Crunch, Markus asked me a few questions and suggested I go with the Sesame Ginger Crunch! "Grilled chicken, rainbow carrots, broccoli, pickled red onions, crispy shallots, romaine, cabbage & cilantro blend." If you know me you know I asked for extra pickled red onions. Hehe! When we got to the dressing station, I swapped out the Sesame Ginger for the Limited Time Zia Chile Caesar. One word, WOWSERS! Between me and you, the dressing tastes just as fresh as the produce, not bottled. Hmmm! Could it be?? Ok. I decided to go with the wrap instead of the traditional salad. Biting into the wrap was a mouth shocking pleasure. The freshness of the cabbage and cilantro blend paired with the pickled red onions and the chicken! Oh my. Then top it off with the Zia Chile!! Who in the word decided to play with my taste buds like this? Everything about this crunchy, fresh, well thought out blend of goodness was an experience of bite after bite deliciousness. Because of this, I will be back to try all the other blends of salads/wraps. Gone are my days of lettuce and cucumbers. I have entered the world of Chopt and I am here to stay. read more

Overall the salad dressings and flavors were just ok. The greens were wilted and they seemed to be out of a few salad toppings. Also I wish the bowls were bigger or at least more rounded...the toppings fall/sink to the bottom so it's more like you're shoveling to get to the good bits. First visit. Nice concept, you build a salad or wrap with many options for base (greens), toppings, grains, protein & flavor - Greek, Mexican. Tradoptions. and more, even warm versions. I ordered the Chopt Jr bowl $5.99. What I received did not look like the menu picture they explained it showed 2 additional toppings on top of the croutons & parmesan so I chose 2 more veg. Then it rang up at about $2 more. The Chopt Expert (think Sandwich Artist but with a cleaver) then told me each addition was e$tra. After some quiet discussion the manager was called out & cheerfully rsng me up at the menu price. He admittedly was not happy that the menu & signage lacked info & is working with mgmt to fix that. Also some refresher training to remind staff to explain the iptions. After your salad is built another CE adds your choice of dressing and chops/mixes it thoroughly. You ger a complimentary cookie or brownie, and fabulous slice of sourdough (and I don't even like sourdough!) Gary is also working on getting butter. So I will be back! The store was spotless, the staff friendly, and neatly dressed/coiffed. The greens options and easily 2 doz dressings were nicely presented and I was even asked if dressing should be added "light" "heavy" or "regular" a nice touch which many restaurants get wrong. This is my usual go to place for lunch from work. I love their bowls both warm and cold. Service is exceptionally quick, I call it the "healthier" chipotle. The interiors are extremely casual like a regular diner. It is pricey for a fast food joint but it's so healthy and delicious, I don't mind the price at all. I wish they had more ready to order options , because sometimes I feel like I've tried everything on their menu. Overall a great work lunch station for me because it's close to my office, I'll obviously revisit. read more

Let me begin by saying I hardly ever write pretty bad reviews on restaurants. I ordered a chicken kale salad via DoorDash and I discovered a gnat in my salad. Shocked and surprised I called the restaurant to express this and the person could care less and was not pleasant. Basically, the person said you need to take it up with DoorDash and click the call was ended. I understand you're having a bad day but don't take it out on me. I am stating that I had a bug in my food and you could care less. What kind of customer service is that?! No sympathy and poor customer service. I will not be going to this location. Mistakes happen and I get it but hanging up on me wasn't cool. There were other ways to handle that situation. read more

The salads here just are not good to me. Nothing has any flavor. Everything is so bland every time I've came here. I tried the warm chicken, I regret it. It's so mushy that I can't even enjoy my salad. The food is terrible. The fried chicken looked weird and old so I didn't get that. I should have went to Sweet Green instead. However, the establishment is clean & the staff is friendly. UPDATE: I can't eat anymore of this salad, it taste like tuna fish. I'd love to have a refund. read more

I come here for lunch quite a bit! When I visit, I always get the same thing, Kale Caesar Salad, with Panko Chicken (don't forget the bread!) This salad is amazing and is only 180 cals, and did I mention that it's huge! I love that you get to watch them make your order and you can customize anything to your liking. My salad cost about 9 bucks which I think is fair. The staff is friendly and I'm usually in and out in less than 10 minutes, even during lunch hour. Parking is very accessible in the shopping plaza. I'd highly recommend giving this place a shot. read more

My first time hearing about Chopt was seeing this event on Facebook. For the opening, they gave away free salads with a donation. I got there when the line was short. It was a steady revolving door though. It's located in Ansley Mall off Piedmont Ave. Plenty of parking spaces or a great place to walk too if you live in the area. I tried the destination salad, Georgia Summer Cobb. It was fabulous with sweet & spicy chicken, blue cheese, peaches, spinach, and romaine with honey dijon dressing. I'm missing 2 ingredients but it was delicious. Destination salads are only available for 60 days once they are released to the public so hurry up and go try it. The staff was suppppperrrrrr nice. There are plenty of spaces to eat inside or you can take it to go. They are fast and efficient. The materials they use are recycled. They only offer paper straws. The sweet tea was amazing. Not too sweet not watery. They now have 3 locations in the Atlanta Metro area so stop in and give them a try! You won't be disappointed. read more

Did a take out from this place and did not have a great experience. Placed the order online for a curbside pick up. Drove up and was told over the text that someone will bring out the order. Waited over 10min in the car but nobody came. Finally got the order and when I reached home, realized they had given plastic cutlery, even when we specifically requested not to. The receipt literally has "Please do not add plastic utensils" as the first line on the top, but still.... Anyway, the food- Portions are decent and the sauces and salad mix was good. They missed the CHICKEN in my CHICKEN salad though, so that was disappointing. When we tried calling the store, the associate hung up. Had to wait 15min on the line to get our call through and lodge a complaint. Not a pleasant experience. Also, was expecting a decent portion of bread with the 2 salads we ordered, we got a measly, sad looking half a slice each, dint know what's up with that (picture attached). All in all, we paid $46 for 2 salads, a cup of soup and had a sub-par experience, so I would hesitate to go here again. read more

COVID- spacious inside with tall ceilings. Very clean inside. Three small tables outside for eating. I didn't use this feature but it looks like they have easy pick up from car option. SALAD- I went on a Wednesday during lunch time. It wasn't terribly too busy. My salad was delicious and I would go there again. I got "regular" amount of dressing. Next time I'm going to try "heavy". Chopt Creative Salad is located on the front side of Ansley Mall if you are traveling on Monroe. It is close to Bantam and Biddy and a new Juice store. I was super excited to have one of these added to the area as it's a great place to go after my workouts at LA Fitness. The space is large enough for their typical lunch rush hour and has a wide variety on the menu. You can chose a pre made salad option or you can custom your own based on the toppings that are available. My go to salad was the seasonal Georgia peach salad. Unfortunately it's not on the menu anymore, so I usually do a harvest bowl or a Mexican chicken tinga bowl. I always feel like they have great portion sizes and do a fantastic job at mixing your salad for you. The ingredients are fresh and on my couple of experiences the staff have been friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The manager is also very nice! A little secret, you can order ahead (which has come in handy many times) through the LevelUp application on your phone. You can also acquire points by paying with the LevelUp application that go towards a free meal. When there is a lunch time rush I have skipped huge lines by ordering when I walked in and being able to have my order made to go before everybody else's. It's a great trick to keep in mind! I will continue to go to Chopt for the great salad combinations and as a healthy option when visiting Ansley Mall. read more

LOVE THIS PLACE! I love this spot for two reasons: healthy options, build your own salad creation, and free wifi with comfortable seating. Starbucks is next door, and on my breaks I like to go sit somewhere to work. This place offers that without looking for a place to sit. Great lighting too. I seen some people received poor service, that is unfortunate. Every time I have been in, I received great service! If you have questions, they answer and they offer modifications to salads without an up charge :-). I will be back. I wish they had a stamp card, so on your 10th time you can get a reward or a discount on a salad. In addition, the sales are large enough for you to have extra to enjoy later. I've been a big fan of Chop't since I tried it in NYC. When I moved down here, I was glad to find there was a new one opening right down the street from me. I came in right after the opening so everything was sparkly clean and the employees were upbeat and friendly. My all time favorites are the Mexican Tinga Bowl (w/ warm grains). It really can be split up into two meals -- very filling! I do love trying the other salads/bowls. I have had the Jamaican Jerk Chicken salad, the Mexican Caesar salad, and the Cobb salad. But I always go back to the tinga because it has everything I love! And it's soooo tasty. I recommend to everyone! Even my picky vegetarian mother loves it here. Also: try the teas (delish and not overly sweet) and the brownies / cookies (soooo good!) I never have any complaints. Wellll, maybe one. I came to pick up an order that was supposed to be ready at 4, but I had to wait almost 10 minutes. It wouldn't have bothered me any other day, but I had my uber waiting outside. I asked for no cheese and included this in the notes as well, since I have an allergy, but I got cheese mixed in with the salad. I ordered double chicken and probably got around 2-3 ounces of chicken total. I asked for dressing on the side and got no dressing at all. The store was not busy at all at the time. The salad was absolute tasteless inedible garbage and definitely way over priced, especially paying for double chicken and not even getting a full single order.
