South of the Border Wrap (Half Size)
    Maddie D.

Really tasty, really unique flavor. I got the South Of the Border half wrap, and 1: the half size was more than enough, 2: it was like nothing I've ever tasted before. It scratched an itch I never knew I had! I paid something like $18 after tax & tip, which is pretty pricey, so maybe a once-in-a-while treat/justified by its ingredients? Also, the wait time was a little rough and the service was a little janky. The patio is so cute and sunny and inviting, which in my eyes made up for the janky interior. Despite all that I did love this meal, I'm already craving it again, and I will be back.

Interesting local space. Not to many frills at the location, very straight to the point. Had a south of the border half.... The plus is that they pack a ton of food even in the half. I also did 50/50 with spice which some folks recommend and it did help with taste. But overall, it's just alright. Eating "healthy" for the sake of eating healthy. Not much flavor in the wrap. Not bad, but also not amazing. Everyone inside were super nice overall.

Let Me start by saying I'm not vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten free, or a Capricorn [lol]. If you don't know about Tassili's Raw Reality then this just might put you on track to changing your lifestyle. Tassili's has been a staple in THE community for as long as I can remember. This is the original Kale wrap and I'm not sure if anyone can compete. They have tons of RAW vegan & vegetarian options so get ready to test your limits. When the thought hits you you'll feel the gravitational pull at the same time. Pro Tip: order ahead of time online if you can. If you plan on ordering on site then bring a book or just plan on getting acquainted with the people in line [lol]

The rave online for this place is absolutely insane so I HAD to try.... First and foremost my card got declined several times tryna order online and I should've taken that as a sign. I walked in there to pick up my order and the odor emanating from the back was actually a turn off. It was foul. Since I paid prior, I was like let me just take the L it was closer to closing anyway. Maybe a rough day idk. I get home and I'm excited!! The ingredients seem super fresh, the couscous for me was a bit too sweet but all flavors worked well together. As I'm eating my mind goes back to the smell of the establishment, it made me feel sick. I couldn't finish. I like the vision of Tassili's and the benefits of eating this way are so good for the community. But the smell threw off the whole experience.

I've been meaning to come to Tassili's Raw reality know for their juicy wraps with provocative names. I brought a friend visiting from out of town and she loved it Please note we are both meat- lovers but we dabble in the vegan life from time to time. Our wraps were huge, filling and tasty, no meat needed. We definitely felt as though we were doing something good for our bodies. Each wrap is meticulously made in front of you by one of the helpful team members. They answered all of our questions with patience. There was outside seating on the porch. The cafe is small with a boho chic vibe. Very cute. There was free parking lot nearby and we walked to the cafe. Very easy I'm really looking forward to visiting again.

Admittedly, I was planning to go to a different restaurant, but they were closed so I decided to give them a try based on reviews. From the people who worked there and a couple of other customers, their recommendation was the Punany Wrap. It is what I ended up getting and it was so tasty. It is pretty big and I had to eat it in two sittings. I look forward to having other items on the menu, especially as someone who is moving to be more plant based.

I will always always always have a soft spot in my heart for this place! One of the FIRST and in many regards, still the ONLY. I love their wraps and side dishes. The special events are also one of a kind. This place is a community staple. While I understand food being made fresh, I do sincerely wish the wait times can be significantly addressed - even for orders placed ahead there is still an extended delay. Otherwise, worth a visit and on repeat!

After living here for over 20+ years, Ive heard o this place but never have visited. Since my daughter is vegetarian, this was her suggestion and I can find something to eat anywhere. Upon entering this cool rustic "house"we were welcomed warmly and after asking "how does this work" we realized that you cannot eat there- it is a Takeaway restaurant however, everything is super fresh, raw and absolutely delicious. We both decided on the Punani wrap. From memory what I can remember included was kale couscous, coconut corn, onion, and it comes with guacamole & tomato. anything additional is an extra charge.. This sandwich when made spicy, my favorite, blew my mind! It was the most delicious thing I have had in a long time. I believe it had a smoky paprika that made it seem like I was tasting some form of bacon, but not in a bad way it just made it so flavorful. I will definitely be back! And the gentleman who was in line with me, helped me order they were also kind and suggestive. I had an amazing time just ordering my food. I cannot wait to go back.

Myself and how healthy I look after eating here!! I love the Mandingo Wrap - Seaweed Wrap

You can taste and smell the healthiness and every meal you buy! yes, you will pay a little more but you will treasure every single bite! Myself, myself, 26 yr old ultra cool son X and my wife drive well over 45 minutes to get to this place! It is so worth it!

I usually order from Tasellis quite often, but my recent experience was completely unacceptable. I ordered two wraps and specifically requested no avocado on both. The order ticket even showed "no avocado," yet both wraps came loaded with it. I was starving and about to drive off, so I took a bite only to find avocado in both wraps. When I went back, there was no sense of urgency to fix my order and a half apology. For a place I've supported frequently, this was disappointing and frustrating. I expect better attention to detail and customer service--especially when the mistake is clearly on their end.

I have been coming here for years and will continue to come back again and again, I always get the same thing and always will pic is posted, my only issue is every time I come its always a different price for the same thing, I understand over the years things go up but please get it together, I support most black owned businesses but damn.

I've never had the plesure of visiting the location in person but have become an avid Uber Eats customer. The wraps are delicious whether you are vegan or not! Hell, I had 4 wraps in one week because they are that good and I love my meats, but these are that damn tasty. I love the build your own wrap but also, the OG, 50/50 blend for the kale is truly the way to go. The only downside for me is the charge for spreads/sauces. $2 for the smallest 2 oz cup that isn't even filled is honestly ridiculous. I tried the black eyed pea hummus and the RawBQ. Neither worth $2 unfortunately, but happy I tried them. All in all, I definitely recommend anyone to give Tassili

Something good happened. I received first-class service and a Class A wrap during this visit. I am assuming that good help is hard to find. It appears that Tassili's Raw Reality has discovered talented teamwork on Saturday mornings. I was the first to order when the doors opened. I am so impressed with the wrap I purchased today. I tried calling to share my great and beautiful experience, but no one answered. That's ok, yell will close the deal! Whatever you are doing, whatever business plan you are molding. The staff who opened this location on November 22, 2025, was the way to win! The woman who made my wrap deserves a handful of golden stars! It was precision and a love for food that she transformed into a desire for food preparation and healthy dining. The person who rang the order out, dressed in the mushroom T-shirt with a smile that would light up the darkest room, made my day. You taught me something about service and eating to live. This was a fantastic experience and a pleasure, all rolled into the quality of a returning customer's expression. You had me at hello!

Does any of their food have nuts, I don't see anything on the menu referring to this? I'm allergic, but fully vegan and really want to try this place, but can't if nuts are within a dish.

Not that I am aware of. However, occasionally they are listed on restaurant .com. You could purchase a certificate to gift to someone.

I went on a holiday, which was super busy, but even so, service was prompt and attentive. I ordered a pasaflora to drink, which had a beautiful flower in it, queso blanco with chips, al pastor mushroom tacos, chochoyotes, and flan for dessert. Every single dish was inspired, layered with flavor, creative, and truly unique. The presentation was also lovely and each bite felt thoughtful and well-executed. I would order everything a million times over! One thing that especially stood out was the flan's texture, which was silky, delicate, and perfectly balanced. I was also pleasantly surprised to see fried green tomatoes on the menu. It felt like such a special nod to the restaurant's Southern location, blending regional influence in a really cool way. The owner was super nice, which made the experience even better. The decor is gorgeous and so inviting, with intimate, cozy lighting. The whole space feels clean, artistic, and thoughtfully designed. This is an amazing date-night spot that I truly hope sticks around for a long, loooong time. Everything about the atmosphere and experience makes it perfect for a special evening out. I'm already planning to go back and explore more of the menu, but based on my first visit alone, I might even dare to say this is the best vegan restaurant in Atlanta. The jury's still out, but I'm more than happy to keep doing the research to confirm!! lol Last thing I'll say is that I was so grateful not to have to wade through a bunch of non-vegan menu options to figure I it what I could actually order. I also don't have to wonder if my food was being cooked next to a slab of dead animal, which is not the case most places I go. So, thank you for being ALL vegan. The food is so good that there is no chance a non-vegan will feel they've missed out on meat anyway. Logistical stuff: I saw a little bit of street parking, but not a ton. Parking in the deck is definitely the easiest option. You could theoretically bike/skate the Beltline and just walk a couple of blocks to get there. The space is on the smaller side, so I'd recommend making a reservation to be safe if you're visiting on a Friday/Saturday night.

We got: - Chicken Satay: The chicken itself was so believable, stringy and smoky! And crunchy (though I'm used to satay meat being grilled). The sauce was tasty too- peanut-y, sweet, hint of curry. However, for $8, I'd expect at least 4 skewers. - Shrimp Chow Kway Teow: CKT is one of my favorite noodle dishes ever, and Mamak's version certainly did it justice. The wok hei was so present, the noodles perfectly chewy, and the veggies (snow pea, onion, carrot, bean sprouts) well-cooked. The shrimp was insane, so bouncy and real-feeling. - Olive Fried Rice: Can't say I've ever had olive leaves before, this dish was delightful! Lots of great toppings (tofu, carrot, green bean, mushroom) that gave some textural diversity. - Black Pepper Beef: The black pepper essence was clearly distinguishable, but the sauce was too sweet for me. The beef was truly reminiscent of the actual thing. Lots of tasty veggies again (cauliflower, celery, jicama, carrot, bell pepper). Overall, taste-wise, all of the dishes were great; however, we did not feel portion sizes matched prices. Service could also stand to improve, with regards to attentiveness. To note, the restaurant is self-seating (I wish there was something that said this at the entrance). You can pay the bill via QR code, but there's a platform fee (I wonder if you could avoid that if you pay physically). Lots of parking available. 9/10 would recommend!
