Man ole man! I really wanted to LOVE this place but it was just ok! Lets chats about it. Cava is located in the historic part of Summerhill, which looks totally different. That area use to be the Home of the Braves. We parked on the street and entered. We were greeted by Ms. Ingrid who was sooooo sweet. Whenever I decide to turn, I hope she is there. I started by letting her know this was my first time and wanted to try a bowl. She let me know they were out of alot of items and it wasn't near closing time either. I ordered half and half the grilled chicken and harissa honey chicken bowl with saffron basmati rice, pickled onions, fiery broccoli, perisan cucumbers and pita crisps. I wanted feta, olives, and avocado BUT They were out. We were able to get sauces as well. I went with the greek vinaigrette bc they didnt have the side crazy feta. I enjoyed my Cava bowl but I will have to try again because some stuff was gone. I will say their pita bread is soooo great! Kyla, I hope I am spelling her name right. In terms of the food it's delicious it's a franchise the recipes are going to be the same the only thing I would say is my pita chips did come cold when she came hot it tastes better hot In terms of the service the assembly line is not effective the guy at the start who starts the bowls was really fast with getting people's orders started he was even doing the protein section as well but then once it gets up to the toppings the girl there was on island time, making everything back up and the cashier is literally waiting for her to finish people's orders so she can cash them out. That definitely made the line pile up and made the wait a lot longer than it really needed to be. If they can work on making the assembly line more effective putting people where they thrive better I think that would help with the long wait. This is not my first time at this location. We placed the order for our daughter on September 14 after 8 PM. She wanted to try the restaurant because a lot of other people have spoke highly about it and wanted to give it a try. The food is very pricey to say the least, but we were very disappointed on how her food was delivered. It was not in the yellow cava bag. It was packaged like a regular sandwich, which was not secure or sealed, and her drink was not sealed properly for delivery we were highly upset because anything could happen to her order and it was just delivered like that not in the correct packaging in our bag and no orders should've went out like that especially for delivery all the correct packaging and bags should be available upon ordering. Overall, the food was decent and not worth the price. We may try a different location to order it in person before delivery. We will not be ordering again at this location. read more

First time trying Cava, I had the spicy lamb and Avacado bowl. Added some razzle dazzle extras but I was disappointed that the lam meatballs were undercooked. Pink on the inside. I went to address it with the Manager and asked if I could have the grilled chicken instead. They conveniently agreed to give me chicken and the Manager explained to me that Cavas standard for preparing the lamb meatballs is that it is pink in the center. That's news to me...why is this not on the menu?? Is raw meat now the new standard. But whateverzzzz. Sit down to enjoy the chicken and it's go hair on it. *sigh. The place needs better management and system but also to address cleanliness. Overall the people were nice. Definitely Halal which is nice. Well after the game. I said hmm there's a Cava. I been hearing all this hype about them. So walked over and gave them a try. I settled on a spicy lamb + avacado bowl. Now with a drink it was just over $20. Dont get me wrong. For what i had it was very good. But I think $20 for what it was ,was a bit much. This location does NOT pay attention to details at all. I am a regular at CAVA in my neighborhood. I was pleasantly surprised to see this one pop up as an option on Uber Eats way out in Conyers. As a vegetarian, limited options where I am visiting. Placed my usual order last week. Missing ingredients, especially the Tsaziki and dressing. For $18 NOTHING should be burnt! I ordered a lamb & avocado bowl online for pick up. I went over to what I thought looked like the pick up area because it wasn't labeled. A young lady came from the back to help as the cashier was helping folks check out. She asked my name and handed me a bag, I said thanks and left, checking the name as I walked out. Watching the server aggressively throw the items in the bowl without care is concerning. Hello~ I have dined here a few times- The food is delicious, healthy and moderately "fast". There is usually a line, just be prepared to wait. If you can't wait- place a to go order, they seem pretty good at making those on time. The braised lamb is my favorite protein by far and those pita chips are so great when they are fresh. I think these guys are continuing to work out the kinks and improving. We've actually been twice in the last week. Super happy to have them in the neighborhood as it's affordable, quick, and can be healthy and delicious. I can see why others have complained about the service and wait times but both times we've visited we haven't had issues. Our servers were very friendly and helpful. We tried the Greek bowl and steak bowls and both were delicious. Kids meal is also a good deal at $7 for the drink, pita chips, and bowls. The food also carries well and I am a fan of the dressing too on the bowls. The drinks include tea, lemonade, and some flavored juices all made in-house (my fav is the mint cucumber). They have some nice upscale soda options too. These days it can be hard for a family of'4 to eat out for less than $50 but it's possible here and it's real, freshly made fast food. Priscilla is such a great employee. Paul and my Harissa Avocado Bowl was well portioned with Harissa Chicken but unfortunately the chicken wasn't well done. When I came in with the bowl, Priscilla immediately noticed I wasn't pleased and she directed me kindly to the front so she could personally address my issue. She took the time to make my bowl on her own (while keeping the food assembly moving smoothly) and asking questions to make sure she made it to my preference. It is this type of Customer Service that makes me believe in the American Dream. An employee in the industry that enjoys and takes pride in her work and does her best to make the customer happy. This type of attitude is what keeps places like Cava in business- genuine and kind human connections. Priscilla deserves the world and more. This is actually one of my favorite locations. There is a parking garage close by or you can parallel park. The place is always clean. The food is always good! Cava always give 10's across the board. The people are really nice and helpful. The workers are definitely well informed on the company and the menu and always willing to help. I have done sit down and pickup and both times were smooth sailing and not overwhelming. This is a hot college spot so please expect busyness all times of day haha. 10/10 recommend. read more
