This is actually one of my favorite locations. There is a parking garage close by or you can parallel park. The place is always clean. The food is always good! Cava always give 10's across the board. The people are really nice and helpful. The workers are definitely well informed on the company and the menu and always willing to help. I have done sit down and pickup and both times were smooth sailing and not overwhelming. This is a hot college spot so please expect busyness all times of day haha. 10/10 recommend. read more

I've been going a little bit after they opened on a weekly basis. In the beginning it was ROUGH. But over the past couple of months, it's been great. They've really figured out the service pace. My order is always ready and always right. If I get there before the time it said on the app, they help get my order ready. It's really a great group of people working up there. This place can be hit or miss sometimes, but in my experience, it's mostly a hit! The food is usually fresh and flavorful. However about two hours before closing, they will start to run out of the items with no intentions of replenishing them. Just something to keep in mind. I've been twice and both times were such a let down, fool me twice...The second time we went they were out of chicken during the dinner rush (Thursday at 5:45). I went to this establishment this morning. In Columbus Ga you know the hours say 1045 when I walk in a business at the appropriate hour I expect to be serviced. I walk in and there is nothing out or prepped, several ppl walked in and ask how long would it take they said about 10 minutes I waited 20 minutes before receiving my food. Being tardy at a business is unprofessional and not good business, the food is great but if you not open at 1045 as stated on the door you might want to change your hours. This place is disgusting. I've been to cava at other locations. They don't look like this. I'm not particular about flies because we live in Georgia and there's bugs everywhere. But there's a difference between a stray fly that got in the door and a swarm of flies nesting in the food. The girls working continued to prep the food and paid no mind to the flies landing in the open containers. When we refused to accept the food because of the flies, one of the girls rolled her eyes at us. All of the employees act as if you're a burden to them. We didn't eat here. read more

Ordered a steak mezze salad and harissa avocado bowl for pickup on the app. Parking is convenient and the food was ready at the estimated pickup time. However, they didn't include utensils as requested, and it seemed like the bowls weren't fully sealed, as the bag was leaking within minutes of pickup. Portion sizes are pretty small- my steak salad bowl was just over half full. The sauce/dressing to protein/veggie ratio was way off, with the salad practically swimming in liquid. Couldn't finish the already small meal, the steak had a weird metallic taste that didn't seem quite right. Location is great, hopefully, they make some much needed changes. read more

The food at this location is pretty consistent and good, however the service is horrible. They have almost 10 people behind the line, and they were all playing around... including the managers. Very disappointed. My first visit to Cava was at the Roswell store the night before. The experience was so good I decided to visit the Cava near me. Sadly the experience was not the same. The store was very messy. The server was nice but extremely sloppy in her food presentation. Food was everywhere but in the bins. She was slinging food and wherever it landed was where it remained. Omg. This place does not disappoint! The last two times I have gotten food here the line was a decent size and moved as efficiently as it could, given all the delicious options. Tonight my family of 4 went to Cava and each ordered our own bowls/wrap. The line was very long tonight but they can only move but so fast with that quality of service. Ms. Tay, Malik and Jason did an AMAZING job of servicing every customer in a timely manner, including the customers who had placed online orders and were waiting. Everyone seemed calm during the wait and the ambiance was never rowdy. We got home and all of our food was delicious and filling! We will definitely be back!! Cava has amazing food and I always have enjoyed the food but realistically I would prefer to go to any other cava than this one despite the next closest one being 3 times the distance. They seem to have several operational and customer service issues. Operational issues: Running out of ingredients- avocado and the braised lamb Improper training- the employee who made most of my bowl skimped out on almost every ingredient Lack of communication- I had asked for pita bread and had to ask again at the register after I had paid Despite saying my order was to-go they didn't give me a bag for my items Customer service issues: When I asked again to have pita bread, the employee at the register seemed to act like it was a hassle for her turn around, put it in a bag, and hand it to me. I didn't even bother to ask for a to-go bag even though I had said for it to be for to-go and the bowl had a lid on. normally I get it. It's Atlanta. Good customer service isn't really expected but that was just the cherry on top of the whole negative experience. Overall just a not very pleasant experience and I'm ashamed to have recommended Cava to friends who have gone to this location.
