They also have a community fridge for guests to utilize. There is a Nespresso in every room, as well as filtered water. They also have some very sweet farm animals (donkeys, horse, dog) that you can play with and pet. My only complaint about the rooms is that the showers have low water pressure. I assume this is b/c they are on different infrastructure than an "in the city" hotel. Not a big deal to most people, but i have long thick hair and so like strong water pressure to wash my hair quickly. As for the restaurant, it reminds me of a friendlier, more texas version of French Laundry (the famous restaurant in the Napa Valley area). There is a fixed menu of 5 courses, all of which were very tasty!! I would have liked bigger portions, but the quality was great. I greatly enjoyed the food, the other guests, and the nice but not invasive wait staff. The staff largely leaves you alone, so make sure to expect that when you stay here.
