My cocktail didn't come out until 5 minutes before my main dish, my boyfriend got a Dr. Pepper and instead of asking if he'd like a refill when his glass was empty, she just filled it with water which was odd. If you like grilled salmon, you need to come to the Beehive. No one in town does it better. We try to stop by here every time we are in town. Never disappoints. My husband always gets a steak and enjoys every bite. I wanted to eat something lighter, so that taking a huge wedge of strawberry cheesecake would seem reasonable. LOL My salmon was grilled over mesquite and cooked to medium. Perfect. I told the server the chef deserved a big hug. So many places cook a piece of salmon to death, making it dry and chewy. But the Beehive knows what they are doing. We only had to wait 10 minutes to be seated at 6:30p.m. After we left, around 8pm, there were people in a 20-30 minute wait. Don't be discouraged, it's totally worth it. The Long Island Iced Tea will keep you coming back. Ample parking around the building and plenty of room for two or a group. The Texas tea is a must try drink as well. Our only gripe was the hostess who gave us major attitude upon asking to put two tables together. Beyond that all other staff were super kind and helpful. Even got to meet Nariman a co-owner of the business so that was special for us. We got seated within 15 minutes of arriving at 710pm without RSVP. Apps came out 20 minutes after ordering but entrees took 50 minutes after ordering to come out. It was very busy I admit also. Two hostesses informed us that they did not allow animals despite the incorrect online listing and offered no apologies or any further assistance to refer us to somewhere nearby where we could eat. My mother in law even mentioned when she arrived before us that the hostesses were not very friendly or polite when she interacted with them.
