Strawberry matcha was 10/10. It's on the pricier side but at least you know it will taste good! My partner said the coffee was good as well. read more

such an awesome atmosphere and the breakfast burrito was FIRE. workers were also very nice

If I could give this place 100 stars I would! Immediately after entering, I was greeted by a friendly and bubbly barista. After ordering the sage brown sugar drink with almond milk over ice, I walked around to find a comforting place to study. This wasn't hard because this coffee shops concept is targeted to just that. I really loved all the amenities, including the long tables and many chairs, sofas, secluded desks with outlets and lamps and my favorite part the dark lighting. The coffee shop is divided into two different spaces, the front room makes a great hangout spot or to study. The back room from what I felt like was a more secluded place to work. I really loved the calming music that they played throughout the shop enhancing a relaxing and focused environment. I was there for 4 hours and many of those around me were there too. I will be back sooner than later and my coffee was delicious! read more

Love this place! Great drinks - highly recommend the Aerocano. Stellar ambiance, friendly staff.

Amazing amazing amazing! I've been here a few times now, and I've never been disappointed. The space is so incredible. Every time I've come in I've found something new to marvel at. The light fixtures, the tables, the chairs, the bar. The details in here are never ending. The employees are always kind. They have a great selection of pastries (except on Sundays usually ) and the food menu is full of bangers! I luv case study! read more

A lovely vibe and a beautiful coffee experience. I got their signature brown sugar and sage latte. It came served in a beautiful gritty porcelain cup which always elevates a coffee experience when you are looking to linger in a place. The latte was delicious and definitely something I would order again for its brown sugar flavor. It was not extremely sweet as I don't like extremely sweet things. I do wish I could have tasted the sage a little more. I really didn't taste any. Looking forward to returning for a simple Americano. I really want to taste their coffee. read more

Had some wonderful coffee and food today at Case Study! We got an iced vanilla latte which was a 10/10. It was a perfect balance of coffee and sweetness. To eat we had a cherry cheese danish and the ham and cheese croissant. Both were flavorful and delicious. The service was great and staff were super friendly! There is also plenty of seating inside with tables and couches which is perfect for getting some work done or to relax and read a book or chat with friends. read more

Great new little coffee shop! I skated here while I waited for my truck to get an oil change. Super cute, intimate, and clean. Surprisingly packed for how new it is! My matcha latte was great, and the service was friendly and quick. I do wish they'd had Gluten free pastries, but all in all, that's a minor complaint. read more

I came here for the first time today and I think I'm in love! I ordered a macadamia nut milk latte and it was smooth and bold and everything wonderful! The barista was very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. The vibe is very comfy, chill and a great place to get some work done. I'd highly recommend. Very good pit stop for a lovely cocoa beverage first thing in the morning. Friendly welcoming service, and hands-on service. Four stars because you were out of pastries and I really really wanted one!! But, I'll be back and hoping for one next time. read more

An easy 5-star rating for this coffee lounge, which also offers a neat food menu. The staff was super-friendly. Beautiful aesthetics throughout - the owner is a woodmaking artist and this used to be his showroom. The furniture inside the lounge was all crafted by him. Extremely inviting space. I went on a Sunday morning and there was ample parking in the plaza There is limited seating, which may be problematic if it becomes crowded, but I personally liked the intimate feel of the place. read more

Came here today after seeing this place recently had opened on Instagram! Loved the vibe so I could not wait to try it. They make some of their own syrups which is awesome but I wanted the strawberry rose which was not made in house. I got my latte iced with oat milk. They put little dried rose petals on top too! Very pretty! I will say they went a tiny bit too heavy on the syrup but other wise very good. I like how they have the board that says what song is playing! Cool that it is part of a workshop too. The people working here were incredibly nice and welcoming and told me that it was nice too meet me which I thought was sweet haha. Would come back for sure! read more

Coffee was good, overnight oats tasted good but super expensive, breakfast burrito was slimy inside...at first I thought it might be a sauce but after a few bites I quickly realized the entire thing was flavorless and undercooked...potatoes were hard and the bacon was practically raw so I figured out it was the undercooked eggs that I had mistaken for a sauce...plus they ran out of the hot sauce they give on the side...not that it mattered bcz it was inedible anyway. Disappointing experience for a first-timer. read more

I do really like the place. The service as well too. Its chill. However, they are always short of their menu even before 11AM. Kinda suck especially the burrito and quiche. read more

i have heard they had a really good cold brew, so we came to check it out. great space to get work done. there are a bunch of wooden tables beautifully crafted by the owner. does look like a show room. minimal art work. cold brew: smooth, subtle flavor, could be due to lots of ice but that is most likely because we got a 24 oz. will order with light ice next time. vanilla rosemary latte: great rosemary flavor, would order again! but hot. banana peanut butter toast: great presentation, heavy on the peanut butter! delicious. the bread could have been a little more toasted. did not notice much about the service, neutral. no additional questions asked, etc. overall good service! looking like a 3.5-4 star read more

Checked out a new coffee shop in Phoenix on 16th Street between Camelback & Highland. This week is their official first week open. Will (the owner) is super nice! I chatted with him about the shop and how he got started. He actually is a very skilled and talented craftsman / woodworker and this is where his shop is, he decided to add the coffee shop. He made most of the furniture that is in the quaint coffee shop. There is intimate seating, wifi and tasty drinks and eats. I ordered a strawberry rose matcha and it was really good. Will uses beans from Cartel (special roast). And they have a cute bathroom, who doesn't like a cute bathroom?!? I can definitely see myself visiting Case Study often, it's just my type of speed. read more

The staff are so nice! Food is good and the lattes are top notch! The vanilla rosemary is my favorite.

Was impressed with this local coffee shop. The baristas were great and helped us choose our drinks. They make syrups in house and they don't overpower the espresso in the drinks. Inside is decorated well and is cozy to stay and catch up with friends or to study- I will be back! read more

Wasn't quite sure what to expect from strawberry toast but it was delicious! Had it a couple of days ago and keep thinking about getting it again. For me that passes the ultimate test! I will definitely be back for it and the matcha latte was tasty as well. Highly recommend! read more

Very hip coffee joint. Looks small but is larger in the back. With tables and chairs and community tables to boot. Lots of sockets for your electronics. Coffee was really good. Really enjoyed the tone and flavor, not burnt tasting at all. The food items were limited but the breakfast burrito was massive! Tried to give my other half away to someone at the community tables. Just couldn't finish it. The avocado toast was sparse however. Lots of pickled onions but not enough avocado spread for my liking and only one slice of bread instead of the massive burrito. Definitely go here. You wont regret it. read more

Cozy, laid back but fun vibe. We had specialty coffees, a breakfast burrito, the best quiche I've ever had and handmade pumpkin poptarts - Oh man, can't say enough about the quality. Great staff, Great place! read more

Delicious and unique coffee drinks. Food was on point as well, with non-vegan and vegan options. The barista was helpful and friendly. Plenty of indoor seating options with a few seats outside. I wanted to try Case Study because, well, it looks like high quality beverages and it's near my house in Phoenix. The vibe was chilly and weird for PHX. Hipster like Lux on Central but not as warm. The drinks were okay and nothing negative to say, but just a so so experience and while it's "okay," I don't think the $8 or so for one drink was really worth it for me. The staff was nice and it was somewhat efficient service for how busy it was. So while it's not for me, maybe they will make it work here. read more

Welcomed addition to the neighborhood. Drip coffee was tasty. I forget the name of the drink my friend ordered, but she enjoyed it. Friendly service. The food looked really good! Need to come back to try that. I will be back for sure! read more

Very nice, quiet place, amazing place to get some drinks and study and work. Love the drinks!

Case Study Coffee Lounge is hands down one of my favorite study spots in Phoenix. The space is calm without being sterile, there are comfy chairs, armchairs and long tables, so whether I want to spread out with books or fit in with my laptop and notebook, there's a good spot. The coffee is excellent, especially their seasonal/little-twisty drinks like the rosemary-vanilla latte and brown sugar sage latte. The staff are friendly and respectful of the vibe; the food (savory crepes, avocado toast, quiches) is great when I need to refuel. If you want somewhere to get work done (quiet background noise, reliable wifi, decent hours), this is one place I return to regularly. read more

Really nice study lounge & coffee spot! They have ample seating with lots of space! Wasn't too busy on a Monday morning! The two gentlemen working at the time gave a warm welcome and suggested some great items on the menu! (avocado toast was *chef's kiss* in my opinion) Other than the music being a bit loud, I look forward to coming here to get some work done or have a nice cup of coffee! read more

Brown sugar sage latte and vanilla rosemary latte were SO insanely delicious. Both drinks were to die for. However, we also ordered breakfast burrito that had some scrambled eggs and bacon? Possibly potatoes? The eggs were overcooked to death so the burrito was hard and dry to swallow. Yikes. Apparently they have "Noble" bread (a local bakery of sorts) for their toasts and bagels and I would try that instead next time. Baristas are so incredibly friendly and helpful! read more

Case Study is a great addition to the many coffee shops in Phoenix. What sets this place apart is the incredible work space and furniture. Espresso is good, they have multiple drink sizes, and from what I've heard the owner is really kind to his employees. I'm a cortado girly through and through and had a great drink. Pastries and food were also worth trying. Definitely happy this place is open and look forward to seeing their success read more
